Entspannter Sommerurlaub

Die Lage ist sehr gut, zum Strand sind es über einen kleinen Weg nur 10 Gehminuten. Auch einen Bäcker und kleine Läden/Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Terrasse ist sehr schön und zusammen mit dem Grill ein echtes Plus. Auch die Lage des Hauses innerhalb der Anlage ist sehr gut, ruhig und mit Blick ins Grüne.

Soleil tous les jours au rdv, calme dans le clos, piscine agréable mais peu d"ombre et de transat pour bronzer. Promenades en bateau, decouverte de la ville, visites et activités en famille( plage, balade en bateau, journée à Sete, jet-ski...). Séjour trop court.. .

Domizil für Traumurlaub

Das Ferienhaus liegt am ruhigen Rand einer größeren Ferienhausanlage, direkt dahinter ist eine schöne Naturlandschaft, in der man auch spazieren gehen kann. Der Fußweg zum sehr gepflegten Sandstrand beträgt wirklich nur max. 10 Minuten. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und wir haben uns darin sehr wohlgefühlt, v.a. auch auf den angenehm schattigen und von Blumenhecken umsäumten Terrassen. Der Vermieter ist ein sehr symphatischer und angenehmer Mensch, er kümmert sich um alles und hat mit seinem Häusschen eine Wohlfühloase geschaffen. Wir können diese Unterkunft aus vollem Herzen empfehlen!

Villa au soleil

Comme chaque année depuis un moment nous louons cette villa. Nous aimons y trouver le soleil et la chaleur et grâce à sa grande terrasse nous pouvons en profiter largement. La procédure d'arrivée et de départ est top. La villa est toujours propre et agréable, seul manque un lave vaisselle et le wifi (car pas de réseau 4G au clos) pour que tout soit parfait 😉 Hâte d'y retourner l'année prochaine !!

Super Urlaub ...nächstes Jahr wollen wir wieder kommen !!!

Kaum zu Hause könnten wir schon wieder nach Portiragnes umdrehen. Super netter Vermieter, der einem bei allen Fragen sofort geholfen hat. Nette Villa mit allem was man braucht. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Zu 80% hält man sich eh auf der tollen Terasse auf und nachts schläft man in gekühlten Räumen. :-)) Nicht zu vergessen die Region (Beziere !!!, Guiresse und Narbonne alles Perlen !!) und die Leute dort alles sehr sehr nett !!!

Emplacement ideal

Pour avoir séjourné plusieurs fois dans cette résidence Clos de Socorro dans des locations différentes, celle ci est idéalement placée. Elle est au calme et la terrasse est spacieuse. Le seul bémol est la taille du drap pour le lit double: le drap est trop petit. Malgré cela, nous reprendrons certainement cette location quand nous retournerons à Portiragnes.

Nettes Haus mit toller Terrasse für Erholungssuchende

Wir waren die letzten beiden August-Wochen mit zwei Teenagern (13 + 16) in Adrians Haus. Das Haus ist sauber und bietet alles notwendige. Die Terrasse ist sehr groß und von einer Oleander-Hecke umgeben - eher schattig, was wir als angenehm empfanden. Das Haus ist am Ende der Wohnanlage. Rundum ist der Naturpark. Man kann zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten einen Bäcker und kleine Geschäfte erreichen. Mit dem Auto kommt man problemlos zu Supermärkten. Zum Strand kommt man ebenfalls zu Fuß in ca. 10 Minuten. Der Strand ist schön und weitläufig und war zu unserer Urlaubszeit nicht überlaufen. Die Anlage hat einen Pool - dieser ist recht klein. Wer einen Pool-Urlaub möchte und im Urlaubsort Trubel sucht, wird hier nicht zufrieden sein. Sportlich aktiv kann man laufend oder radelnd direkt vom Haus aus sein. Es gibt einen extra Strand-Abschnitt für Wassersportler. Montpellier und Carcassonne sind 1 Std. entfernt. Das ebenfalls sehenswerte Beziers ist nur eine halbe Std. entfernt. Dort ist auch eine große Shopping Mall. Der Kletterpark (azimut aventures) ist in der nähe des Ortseingangs und hat sehr viel Spaß gebracht. Unsere Französischkenntnisse sind gering aber wir kamen gut zu recht.

Lovely place and perfect terrace.

Adrian gave us very clear and useful instructions prior to our departure date. Upon arrival, the house itself was clean and sheets and towels provided. Even though the house itself was rather small, all amenities were up to our expectations. The airco was a treat allowing us to go to bed in a cool room, no problems with the Wi-Fi. And the - very large and covered - terrace was just perfect. We practically lived on it during our stay. The only minus was the television, which did not work very well. Under normal circumstances, we would not even consider this to be a minus, as we do not watch television during the holidays. But as we were in Portiragnes-plage just when the Tour de France was on ... The - sandy - beach is only a 10-minute walk from the house and if, on occasion, we wanted to take more than just a few items with us, the parking right next to the beach is free of charge. Portiragnes itself is a perfect base for visiting places such as Agde, Béziers, Montpellier, Pézenas and many others. In short, we really enjoyed our stay.

My family and I came here in 2003 on holiday and loved the place so much that we decided to buy a holiday home here in Portiragnes Plages. This was built and ready to move into in 2004. We have been coming here each year since.

This is a relaxing place with no high rise and is a family centred resort. Lots of local French people own holiday villas here. The Languedoc region supplies wonderful fresh fruit and vegetables throughout each season. The property is beside a blue flag beach (15 years of blue flags continued in 2019). There are no bulldozers, no high rise and very little development. It is beside the Canal du Midi which is a Unesco World Heritage Site.

You will enjoy Portiragnes Plages if you are looking for a good rest, lots of sunshine, sandy beaches, safe and clean Mediterranean Sea for swimming, good restaurants, excellent local food and wine and a relaxed atmosphere. Yet, there is lots to do for the family from cycling, horse riding, tennis, boating, sailing, wind surfing, football, local water park, local funfair and visiting local historical sites.
It is also possible during the summer season to go on daily bus excursions exploring the region. Details can be obtained at the tourist office in the village square.
