The Ocean city condo provides a perfect beach vacation. The owner is very helpful and the condo is just as described, comfortable and well stocked. The building amenities are excellent and there are many restaurants and activities nearby. Highly recommend.

Great Getaway!

Our stay at Connie's place was amazing! The condo is beautiful and the location is perfect for families! The balcony is small, but has amazing beach-to-bay views. The kitchen had everything we needed and we felt at home! We look forward to coming back sometime soon!

Great experience all around

Connie was a wonderful host, so kind and accommodating. The unit was beautiful, fully equipped and you can tell the owner takes pride in the place. It is very home-y and welcoming. The view is spectacular and it is in a very convenient spot. Would love to stay there again!

Fantastic stay right on the beach

Had a great stay. Property was immaculate. Connie was super at communicating all the pertinent details. Was even able to get in 2 hours earlier and avoid the check-in rush. Being right on the beach was great, the location was easy to get around everywhere but not on top of all the evening noise and hustle and bustle. Look forward to going back.

4th of July Weekend

Connie was great to work with. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed and more. The location was great, close to grocery store, restaurants and lots of activities. Easy access to the beach for our morning walks and beautiful sunsets from the balcony. I would definitely recommend this condo.

Amazing Stay

I booked this home for my boss and his family. I must say they were impressed and loved it. The kids had an amazing time. The location was perfect and near to everything. Connie was lovely and keep in touch with any update, easy to reach and stayed in contact. I would book with Connie again.

Our family had a great time. The owner met us upon arrival and explained everything. The pool and beach were big hits for the kids. The condo was as advertised. Newly remodeled kitchen with all the items we needed to cook. The balcony and view from the sitting area was beautiful. The neighbors were pretty quiet so sleeping was great. Would definitely stay again.

Great family vacation!!

This was our first time in OC and we had a blast. The condo was exactly as listed. Beautiful and clean with just the right amount of room. Every room was fully stocked with essentials and even all the beach items you’d need. We vacationed with our two older teen sons and enjoyed all the amenities of the property as well. The owners were super responsive and truly caring of our entire trip with the perfect special touches highly recommended area and rental.

GREAT VIEWS UNMATCHED AMENITIES!!

After renting in Ocean City for more than a decade, finally my family was fortunate to have the privilege of renting Connie,s condo. Great views, fantastic amenities and so very well equipped with all the comforts of home. Owner was very attentive to all details and did not hesitate to be helpful in making our stay such a pleasant one. Will definitely make this our preferred selection for our future O C stays. This condo checked all the boxes for an easy vacation. Clean and neat, full kitchen, great views, on the beach, access to beach chairs and items you don’t have room for in the vehicle, easy to get around town & parking. Great Location!

This property is located on the North Side of OC and has a great ocean front view. We were only able to stay for a long weekend but this condo had everything we needed. We were able to check in a little early…we actually interrupted the cleaning crew when we arrived. I think the condo could use some declutterring and a deep cleaning and it looks like there are various projects in the works. The host is very attentive and communicates each step of the rental process. Good safe place for a family to stay.

Beautiful view!

Connie was a great host and had a chilled bottle of wine waiting for us as well as lots of helpful information about the area. Location was convenient to other areas like Bethany Beach but also had a gorgeous view of Atlantic Ocean and the Bay - great sunset from the balcony. Thanks, Connie!

A Great Place to Stay

Connie is a wonderful, attentive, helpful host! Her property is in an ideal spot with easy beach access and plenty of amenities in the building (pool, arcade games, tennis) to keep kids entertained. The view from the property was one of our favorite parts—the ocean on one side and the strip and bay on the other!

The views though!!

I visited OC with our 2 teen and 2 tween daughters during the unsanctioned and unusually loud weekend of H20i, so even though the south facing balcony wasn't able to sheild from the poppoppopping bangs and squealing tires, it was able to provide magnificent views of oceanside's sunrises, and bayside's sunsets. The 2 bedrooms easily accommodated the 5 of us, the girls slept in the 2 double beds in the master bedroom and I took the smaller kids' room that had two single beds. The beds and pillows were comfortable. There are 2 full bathrooms with good water pressure. The storage space for clothing in the closets and dressers was good. Sunlight flooded in fron the many windows and glass doors. The LR sofas were extremely comfortable and there was a lot of space to move around yet still be together in the open Living/Dining/Kitchen area. I believe one if the couches was a pull out double sleeper. The kitchen will be updated soon but at the moment it has a darling, lived in feel that reminded the girls of their Maternal Gramma which pleased me! The kitchen appliances, includung full size washer dryer, were all in good working order and the cabinets and drawers were fully stocked with Pots and Pans, cooking and eating utensils and plates, glasses, mugs, bowls - etc. Water pressure fron the kitchen faucet was strong and splattered all over me and the floor a few times when I had it turned up too high while rinsing dishes, haha! There were 2 coffee makers and filters: a single cup and also a 10 cup pot. The toaster oven came in handy! We were grateful for the starter toilet paper, paper towels, napkins and facial tissues. The closets had balls, tennis racquets, beach chairs and so much more. The indoor heated pool was great when we were not at the ocean. Beach access was conveniently located from the 2nd floor. All throughout the apartment, we felt the love of familia, and it was a very nice place and a nice time. Seemed like too many photos of the LR though, on the Vrbo website. Connie, you are a great hostess! Thank you so much for thinking of everything.
