Very conveniently located close to the centre of the village (but still quiet) and close to the beach. Very easy check in and useful to have a garage given the limited parking areas in La Flotte.

Great location, lovely house

The house is spacious, with a lovely courtyard, ideal with children. It is close to the port and restaurants and 300m to a small beach. The beds are comfortable and the owner very friendly, responding quickly to messages. A great place to relax. Highly recommended.

Une belle surprise

Nous étions 6 (4 adultes et 2 jeunes enfants)...et quelle belle surprise! La maison est magnifique, esprit cocooning, décorée avec soin, conviviale, bien agencée, propre et bien située à La Flotte pour faire tout à pied et rayonner avec les pistes cyclables (vers St Martin, St Marie, Le Bois etc...) Nous avons eu la chance de rencontrer les propriétaires en fin de séjour qui ont eu la gentillesse de partager l'histoire de ces "vieilles pierres"...à vous de venir les découvrir.

La maison est très bien située on peut tout faire à pied. Il ne manque rien tout y est ! Télé micro ondes cafetière machine à laver vaisselle et linge, barbecue, fer à a repasser, sèche-cheveux, seche linge......idem pour la vaiselle et les produits d'entretien. Nous recommandons cette location, propriétaire sympathique au top !

Wundervolles Haus, nur jeweils 500 m vom Hafen und Strand, trotzdem ruhig!

Das Haus von Francoise ist wundervoll. Es liegt sehr ruhig und ist schön geräumig. Die Parkmöglichkeiten in La Flotte sind eher begrenzt, daher war es toll, dass wir eine Garage hatten (ein zweites Auto kann direkt vor der Garagenausfahrt) geparkt werden. Francoise und ihr Mann haben sich super schnell gekümmert, sogar als im Nachbarhaus über mehrere Tage eine laute Baustelle war, haben sie extra beim Ordnungsamt angerufen und so für mehr Ruhe gesorgt. Trockner und Waschmaschine stehen im Keller. Nach langen Strandtagen ist das sehr praktisch. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Location totalement conforme à l'annonce et plus encore. Agreable, grande, claire, tres confortable, moderne, tres propre. Idéalement située à la flotte en ré, ce qui permet une belle découverte de l'île. Propriétaires charmants et attentionnés. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette maison très agréable, élégamment aménagée et dotée d'une cour bien protégée de la vue et du vent. Les photos et les renseignements postés sur le site internet sont très fidèles à la réalité. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié que chacun ait pu y trouver sa place, au salon ou à l'extérieur, au soleil ou à l'ombre sous l'auvent, aussi bien quand nous avons été 8 que seulement 4. Merci aux propriétaires pour la qualité de leur accueil et leur gentillesse. Nous comptons bien revenir.

Traumhaus auf Trauminsel

Wir haben unsere Trauminsel gefunden. Die Insel sowie das Haus mit dem ganz besonderen Flair. Das Domizil ist authentisch, einladend und mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet. Dazu mit sämtlichem notwendigen Equipment ausgestattet. Alles ausgesprochen gepflegt und sauber. Ein wunderbarer, großzügiger nicht einsehbarer Innenhof sowie eine Garage ( ist bei den engen Gassen und begrenzten Parkmöglichkeiten äußerst angenehm) gehören dazu. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants, der Hafen usw. sind in wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Strandfanatiker sollten den unserer Meinung nach schönsten Strand der Insel in Bois en Re ( in wenigen Autominuten oder mit dem Rad zu erreichen) aufsuchen. Unser Fazit: ganz schnell wieder hin!!!! Haus und Insel absolut empfehlenswert!

Maison dans laquelle on se sent immédiatement chez soi et dans laquelle absolument rien ne manque. La literie est excellente et la décoration exceptionnelle pour une maison de location. La possibilité d'indépendance des deux niveaux est très appréciable Ravissante cour pavée fleurie, orientée plein sud, fermée et sécurisée, très appréciable avec des enfants petits La proximité du village à pied est un gros atout. L'accueil des propriétaires est extrêmement sympathique. Le seul point négatif, la proximité de voisins (adolescents) très bruyants et mal élevés A part ce point négatif, séjour d'une semaine de rêve Chantal BADRE

Belles vacances dans une location super-équipée...

Belle maison de vacance rénovée et décorée avec goût en utilisant des matériaux et ustensiles de qualité. Très bien équipée, il ne nous a rien manqué. On se sent très vite à l'aise. La literie de qualité participe également au repos général. Un seul petit bémol concernant le lave-vaisselle qui semble un peu fatigué mais cela reste un détail qui ne nous a pas gêné outre mesure. Idéalement situé dans le village de la Flotte qui est très agréable à vivre avec ses rues et ruelles calmes et typiques et dont le centre-ville organisé autour du port comporte tous les services et commerces nécessaires. Sans oublié le sympathique marché quotidien. Encore un mot pour souligner l'accueil, la gentillesse et la disponibilité des propriétaires. En résumé nous avons passé un séjour reposant et sans soucis dans cette location super-équipée. De vraies vacances tout confort.

Fantastic family rental

This is a wonderful house. Great location, spacious, and quiet. Francoise and her husband were extremely helpful to us, especially when one of us became ill during our stay. I would definitely rent again, and feel that the layout of the house would be great for two families--master bedroom upstair and separate bedroom to sleep a load of kids, and a more secluded downstairs with separate bath for another couple which could have easily accommodated a crib for a baby/small child.
