Why stay in a dull cookie cutter chain hotel when you can pay the same or even less to have your own carriage house in the internationally recognized New Urbanist community of Prospect, named by Dwell Magazine as “America’s Coolest Neighborhood”?
You’ll find everything you need to feel at home in this modern, comfortable and clean second story home.
Sleep well each night in a lovely canopy bed. The bedroom also has plenty of closet space and a small desk from which to work (with wireless high-speed Internet). The well-lit living room with vaulted ceilings is stylishly furnished with a sleeper sofa, a dining table and a flat screen TV that has your favorite channels, including HBO. The kitchen has all the tools and accessories that you would expect to prepare your own meals, but why cook when you can walk down the street to choose from one of Prospect's many terrific restaurants? The home also features a lovely garden patio area where you can relax as you listen to the sound of trickling water from a small fountain.
A highlight of your stay will be taking strolls down the narrow tree-lined streets of Prospect, enjoying the unique blend of traditional and modern architectural styles as well as the lovely parks and a great playground for the kids.
