Michaël was a fantastic host! He greeted us at his apartment and played us a beautiful piece on the piano, he’s quite the musician! This is honestly one of the best apartments i’ve stayed in Paris, it’s very central and close to most hot spots! It was pleasure staying here!!

Great stay in the opera district of Paris

We have a wonderful stay with Michael in his flat in the Opera district. Great location, close walk to great sites, Metro, shops, dining, and restaurants. The outdoor patio was wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay at Michael's property. He was out of town so his nephew, Ivan, met us to check in and showed us around. He also greeted us upon departure. Overall, a great experience -- the property was perfect for our needs and our stay in Paris. We had two teenage boys and 2 adults and we were also super comfortable. Beautiful property, thank you for sharing with us and being wonderful hosts!

Unforgettable Paris

Heart of Paris

Absolutely perfect location in Paris, with a gorgeous view from the terrace as well. We throughly enjoyed our stay, and Michael was a very communicative host who made sure we had everything we could possibily need for our stay. Would stay again!

A cosy retreat in the heart of Paris

We enjoyed a lovely week in Paris based in this cosy two storey flat with a sunny terrace. We could walk to many of the tourist attractions like the Opera, the museums, Sacre Coeur and Montmartre. There are many famous restaurants in the area and small local shops for food.

Louvre

This place was in a very nice neighborhood and within 20 minutes of the Louvre by foot. The Opera was about 3 blocks away. We enjoyed the patio, restaurants and bakeries. Ivan and Michael were great hosts.

Location Location Location

Excellent property, great communication with Michael and his nephew made it all so easy. Amazing location in the centre of Paris and within easy walking distance to lots of major attractions yet still very peaceful. Local shops nearby for all your needs from meat to fish to bakeries and a city supermarket for the rest. Metro stations nearby so getting around further a field was easy. Would be our first choice of a place to stay when we return to Paris in the future.

Do choose this place! A great experience.

We had a great time while staying in Paris. The house was just perfect for our party of four, romantic even, and our hosts left us everything we could ever need, from towels to tea and honey. The property is quiet, even if it is in the center of town, and very close to the metro lines, stores and attractions. The hosts are very attentive and helpful beyond reproach and kept in touch with us all the time. We would choose the same place for another visit.

Wonderful stay in Paris in a beautiful apartment

We loved Michaël‘s wonderful apartment in the centre of Paris. Michaël was an excellent host and sent us lots of information for check in and check out as well as local bakeries and places of interest. His nephew Ivan greeted us when we arrived and showed us around the beautiful apartment which was full of character. The balcony was just lovely and perfect for a relaxing glass of wine after a busy day sightseeing. The apartment was in a great location as most attractions were within walking distance. Thank you Michaël And Ivan for a wonderful stay. We would definitely stay again and it was really lovely to meet you both.

Overall, a fantastic experience

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! I would definitely stay here again!! I did not realize the apartment was on two floors, which was great and very nice to have the bedrooms up and away from the main living space. The terrace is huge and you can see Sacré Cœur from it. Communication with the owner was spot on and he even helped us retrieve a cell phone that was left behind. It’s in a great location and steps to metro stations and many shops and restaurants.

Lovely stay

The host, Michael, was fantastic. He kept in excellent communication prior to the trip and during the stay as well. He was traveling yet took time to respond to our questions and even called us once during our stay to make sure all was well. His adult nephew checked us in and he was great! He even walked me to a nearby market to get a special item we needed. The apartment was comfortable and in a good location close to parking and Metro. We would definitely recommend!

Paris done to Perfection

If your looking for a true Paris apartment experience this is it , not fancy just real , what you see in the photos is exactly what you get , the terrace was such a wonderful extra to have a morning coffee or an afternoon drink on , Very comfortable for our 5 night stay , easy walk to several Metro stations & supermarkets , also being on the 5th floor the lift was a great bonus . Michael our host had great communication which made everything so easy . Highly recommend this property .

Cozy Paris flat

I visited Paris w my two teenage sons. This property in Montmartre could not have been more perfect. We loved the close proximity to the Metro as well as the numerous places to visit by foot! The flat was cozy and well lived in w a piano, keyboard, and library of music and books! The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of space for the three of us. The outdoor patio w garden was a big plus for early mornings and late evenings. Michael, the host was very attentive by text and offered us ideas and direction when we needed it. I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

All things are wonderful

The flat locates at the center of Paris. Yor can go to any attraction or important place by Metro or bus. Michael even postponded his appointment in order to meet and welcome us. For each question we got an answer soon. We follwed his insider tips about sightseeings, museums, restaurants, pâtisserie and bakery... and we had a wonderful time in Paris! We are so happy! Thank you so much, Michael!

Nice stay in Paris

Michael is an absolute dream of a host. Very helpful with suggestions and assistance in getting to the flat. I had no clue how to navigate the metro and he patiently assisted me perfectly to the flat. He was always available for any questions I might have. I am eternally greatful. He went above and beyond for us. Would definitely have him as a host again without question. A++

Wonderful Paris getaway

This just a wonderful place to stay in Paris. The location is just great. You aren't far from metro and public transportation so it is easy to get around. I was shocked how quite it was being close to downtown and not far from some busy areas. The apartment itself is spacious for Paris, especially the bathroom. It is well furnished for your needs. We cooked a few meals and we had everything we needed. Michael and his Nephew Ivan are wonderful. They very vert accommodating and had very good communication with us through out our trip. We were there for seven days and they checked in to make sure we were doing okay and gave us great recommendations of places to see and places to eat. Just great people to work with and a pleasure to meet.

Wonderful stay in the 9th Arr.

We had a wonderful time staying in Michael's apartment in a charming neighborhood in the 9th arrondisement. Shops are close by, and it is perfectly situated for easy excursions around Paris via metro or walking. The elevator made the 5th floor manageable, and the balcony has a delightful view of the Paris street below plus Sacre Couer in the distance. As others have mentioned, the bathroom is nicely updated and large for a Parisian apartment and the bedrooms were large enough to easily accommodate my husband and I, plus our teenage son. It is a wonderful way to spend a stay in Paris feeling more like a true Parisian rather than a tourist. Communication with the host is fast and he even provides some recommendations of favorite restaurants, parks, shops, and local attractions. We thank you Michael for a truly memorable visit to Paris!
