There has been much time spent on renovating this property to a very high standard.. It is situated in a very quiet private villa urbanisation, only 2 minutes walk to the beach,, thebvilla being situated in an elevated position, overlooks the coast.
The golf course is just up the road ( Chaparral Golf) . La Cala village is only a few kilometres away. There is also the local bus which stops at the bottom of the road.
Inside the villa, the lounge and dining area are open plan and light, with large comfortable sofas and good size dining table, seating up to 8/10
Satelite TV channels and WIFI. Fibre Optic has recently been installed, (which is something very new here on the Costa del Sol.)
There are three good size bedrooms, all with wardrobes, good size kitchen, with all mod cons.
Outside, there are several patio and terrace areas, and it has sun beds, parasols, BBQ, terrace tables and chairs for outside dining. The pool, gets the sun all day. From the kitchen, there is another patio area, for perhaps those who may wish a little bit of shade.

The kitchen is spacious with kitchen table and is well equipped with everything you should require.
All beds are of high Scandinavian standard with high quality cotton bedlinen.

La Cala village, is only a few kilometres away, famous for its' Blue Flag beaches, safe for children. there are several miles of white sandy beaches, where you can walk or cycle along the promenade. Also now built last year is 6 kilometres of boardwalk which takes you to Cabopino. There are plenty of rustic style beach bars with sunbeds and parasols all along this walkway.

This village 2 Kms from villa, gets better and better, with its' tapas bars and other very popular eating places. Ideal for all, apart from the local Spanish restaurants, there is an Italian, Chinese, Indian or try one of the new Gastro style tapas bars.
Two large supermarkets, several banks with ATM

The villa, which is in an elevated position overlooking the sea, and is close to the beach, very near (2, kilometres) to the village of La Cala, and only a short distance to Fuengirola, Marbella.is 20 minutes drive
Along the coastline, there are continuous long stretching beaches, a few v private little bays, one of which is called Playa Chaparral, only a few minutes walk away
Shopping malls only 5 minutes drive, plus many shopping areas in Both Marbella and Fuengirola.
If you like exploring then within minutes, you are out in the open unspoiled countryside, on roads, that even in the high season there is very little traffic.
The COSTA DEL SOL has so much to offer.

Why not take a day trip to Granada, or Seville, or Cordoba, or even Jerez and Cadiz? These are all only 1 - 2 hours drive away from the villa.

My family used this villa for a week in May (5 adults) the villa was perfect for us lots of outside space with lovely garden furniture, lots of different areas to sit in. The inside was also perfect, beds very comfy. We used the Frog and Co french restaurant a couple of times just up the road, Wazza beach bar just a 10 minute walk and Restaurant Sheriff a bit further along the road which were all excellent. We also used the local bus many times and enjoyed walking along the boardwalk in town. There was a small well stocked supermarket about a 10 minute walk away, along with a chemist and a few restaurants but it was a bit noisy to eat there on a night due to the traffic. We had a perfect holiday and would not hesitate to return”
