Florentínペントハウスは、セビリア大聖堂の正面に位置する高級ビルの4階にあります。 建物のエレベーターは3階に達しているので、最後の4階に到達するには階段を上る必要があります。

アパート自体は、ヒラルダや大聖堂の一部を見ることが���きるところから、美しい、完全に外装のラウンジで構成されています。 それはまた4人��ためのアパート容量を与えるダブルソファベッドを持っています。 ベッドルームにはそれぞれ90cmのシングルベッドが2台あり、キッチンと同様に外装もあり、必要なものがすべて揃っています。 バスルームにはバスタブ、トイレ、ビデがあります。

We had a wonderful time! The flat had everything we needed, it was clean and bright and right in the middle of everything! We were walking distance to many attractions, cafe's, restaurants, etc...the bed and furniture were very comfortable, check-in was seemless and accommodating. I would definitely recommend staying here and we will again if we get back to Seville!

This charming apartment was comfortable, clean and in the most convenient location, close to the Cathedral and Alcazar. Great restaurant are just steps from the place. The property managers were available and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

Excellent Location!

This apartment was perfect for my husband and I while we spent a week exploring Seville. It was within easy walking distance of every site we wanted to see and many delicious restaurants and shopping. The apartment was clean and well equipped with everything we needed to make quick breakfasts and snacks. I highly recommend this property.

Seville visit

We had lovely stay at this property. The apartment was clean, bed comfortable and shower was good. It was very close to all the main attractions and good restaurants. There is a little breakfast place eight where we step out to turn to the catheral across the street delicious. We had dinner twice at Bacao so fabulous! It was perfect to end our evening on the terrace for a glass of wine to finish our evening. Communication was excellent also!! In addition if you need a taxi it is literally right down the street so convenient! Highly recommend.

Excellent location and exactly as described

It was great! We loved the location, the new appearance and appliances, the outdoor space is fabulous worth views of the cathedral! The bedroom and bathroom were great. We LoVED this place and best of all the AC worked great too!

really great location. I may have missed this in the listing, but the apartment is one level above the elevator. So if you are travelling with lots of stuff, be prepared to carry it up stairs! The terrace with sunshades is a lovely place for morning coffee or aperitivo

Wonderful location

We were less than a block from the cathedral. Great Location! The apartment is very comfortable with a wonderful outdoor patio from which to view the cathedral. Staff was very receptive and communication was fine.

Great location

The accommodation was nice in a very central location. Two small points: 1- there was a lack of cleaning materials in the kitchen and 2- the drains in the bathroom were rather smelly, because of this we had to keep the windows open all the time.

Everything you could want in seville.

Beautiful, clean property. Many amenities and attention to guest comforts. Wonderful duo a/c even on the hottest days. Perfect location in Cathedral, Alcazar area. Terrace in shade both morning and afternoon.

Excellent location with cathedral views

Excellent location - easy to walk to the major sites. The apartment manager worked with us to accommodate our arrival schedule which was greatly appreciated. The apartment manager met us at the apartment and walked us through how to us the different features. Very clean. We enjoyed our visit!

Seville Oasis

Location is superb. Could use a bit of a facelift on the terrace but given the reasonable cost for such a convenient location and comfortable terrace, it was fine. Beds sheets towels all very clean. We very much enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!

Great apartment in Seville

We rented this apartment at fairly short notice after deciding that Seville would be a good location for an autumn break. This is a lovely apartment right in the middle of the city, close to all attractions, yet quiet and secluded. We had breakfast on the balcony several days and the apartment had everything we needed. By keeping in touch on WhatsApp someone was waiting for us when we arrived and gave us all the information we needed as well as useful information about the city. We stayed for a week and this included a midweek clean. Thoroughly recommend it.

Lovely Apartment with Great Balcony

Very Thoughtful unit, everything was in it, very comfortably located and the Host (Andrea ) was amazing. she was waiting for us at the property to greet us and give us a City map with all the attractions marked. Always available and even we asked her for good restaurants and tips and tricks on the city and her recommendations were very helpful. Perfect stay, Highly recommended.

Beutiful place, great location

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here - the owner was very responsive and helpful, the 2 twin beds pushed together made a spacious king bed, the kitchen and living areas were roomy for a Spain apartment, the washing machine came in handy (just make sure you leave time for clothes to dry on rack - there is no dryer), and the patio was delightful. Oh, and the location was GREAT. The only reason I did not give it 4 stars is that the shower and bathroom were a problem. Had to choose between warm water with such low water pressure I could not rinse shampoo from my hair, or cold water with decent water pressure. And even then, the hot water lasted perhaps 5 minutes. Also, the first night a sewage smell began to emanate from the bathroom. The owner sent someone to fix it as soon as we reported it the next morning, and the smell was gone when we returned that day, but it came back the next evening. We reported it again right before we left town the following morning, so I do not know if they were able to fix the problem permanently. Despite the bathroom issue, we had a lovely time in this apartment.
