The perfect place to explore Orlando

Our stay was perfect for our family vacation. I cannot recommend the property highly enough, really clean, comfortable beds, the pool and hot tub was excellent too. Genuinely we were sad to leave but we will be back in the future. Thanks again!!

House was clean and comfortable. Close to Disney! Had everything we needed. The coffee pot was broke, the owner responded quickly with a substitute. My granddaughter enjoyed the pool! Very nice, roomy place to stay!

A Comfortable Villa

We had a very nice stay at your villa. Very well furnished - we appreciated the bedroom curtains which kept things dark at night (unusual we find in Florida where there is a lot of ambient light). Very peaceful but close to everything you need. The weather was sunny and hot - the pool was bracing though even with heat.

Can’t wait to return!

The house was just as described and perfect for our stay. The owner was easy to reach and answered every question I had very quickly. They had every dish and cooking utensil you could possible need. It was a very comfortable stay.

Florida vacation

When we arrived we had some trouble with the main tv in livingnroom but property manager was very nice and came out and fixed it. Glad we got the pool heated because it was very cool some of the days. All in all we had a nice time and place was everything it said it was.

A great holiday...just what we needed

This quiet neighbourhood close to amenities, restaurants and the highway was exactly what we were looking for. A clean and quiet oasis to recharge and reconnect. We enjoyed walks/runs in the neighbourhood, ending our days in the pool and gathering together for dinners at the large dinning room table. We enjoyed our stay and the communication with the owners was perfect.Thank you for sharing your space!

Nice Stay

We had a very enjoyable time at this property. Although only my wife and I stayed, it is a sizable house. It's in a golf community and the neighborhood is quiet. There is also a nice pool and although we didn't use it, we spent plenty of time in the lanai. No problems, which is the kind of stay you want on your vacation.

Perfect golf getaway

Great Location, fun for kids!

We had a wonderful time. The pool was warm and comfortable to swim in, even the adults enjoyed. The house was clean and orderly. Beds are not the most comfortable, but for a short stay were fine. The location was good, only about 30 minutes from all major parks and an hour or so from Cocoa beach. We found a great restaurant down the way, "Best of British Cafe & Pub", highly recommended, they have the best scotch eggs I've ever had. We look forward to staying at this property again!

Nice Getaway

We had a good time at this property. Wish it was a little closer to the parks- everything we wanted was about 30 min away, but it’s not a bad drive. Communication with the owner was great and timely. We knew after the first night that the bed in the master was not going to work for us- too hard, so we made a trip to Walmart for a mattress pad, which made a world of difference. Hopefully future renters can use this too if they need it! Pool/spa were great to have after long days at the parks. House was as described and very clean. Thank you!

Nice clean house in quiet neighborhood. Convenient to Disney but far enough away from the hustle to enjoy a relaxing swim in the pool in the backyard.

Beautiful and Convenient

Our family had a wonderful time! The pool was perfect, we were able to drive to the beach and parks easily, although there was a small commute, and the house was spacious and we'll equipped. Thankful for a wonderful getaway!

Great vacation house

Rented for 5 nights end of Feb 2020. Encountered minor issue obtaining access upon arrival but got it cleared up. House itself is large, has a lot of things other rentals don't - beach towels, paper towel. Pool area is very nice. Would rent again.

Holiday property review

The property was as advertised and perfect for our needs. Communication with the owners and management company was excellent with responses almost immediate in some cases. The location was ideal not only for the golf but also access to Disney etc. With the increasing traffic along the 192 to Kissimmee increasing this location gave us some respite from that and in some cases reduced travel time. Highly recommended.

Great villa for a family vacation!

We loved our 8-day stay in this beautiful villa! Us being a family of four (2 kids aged 11) we truly enjoyed this spacious home. The place was spotless and equipped with everything you need for your stay. Although the house itself is great, coming from cold Scandinavia, we spent most of our time outside in the pool area. The whole family loved the pool, and it was an awesome space to just hang out. The villa is conveniently located in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood, close to some shops and restaurants. Also it's easy to get around the Orlando area from this location. We didn't visit any of the parks in the area, but I would say it's a good location for going there as well. Communicating with the owners was easy, and they answered of our questions very fast. Hopefully we can come back some time in the future and we recommend this villa to anyone visiting the Orlando area.

Wonderful Home

We loved our stay at this home! It was clean, comfortable, spacious and had everything we needed! The location was perfect for traveling to the theme parks.
