La villa dispose d'une piscine chauffée avec un supplément de :
- Les mois de novembre, décembre, janvier, fevrier et mars est de 350 euros par semaine.
- Les mois de avril, mai, juin, septembre, et octobre est de 300 euros par semaine.
Si vous souhaitez une piscine chauffée, vous devez en faire la demande tout au long du séjour.
L’Andalousie est une rĂ©gion trĂšs visitĂ©e, connue pour ses maisons typiques avec des patios ornĂ©s de fleurs et d’influence arabe, de sorte qu’à Villa Mar, nous avons conservĂ© son style andalou afin que les locataires puissent passer leurs vacances dans une maison typique de la rĂ©gion.
L'entrée principale se fait par un magnifique patio andalou orné de fleurs et une fontaine centrale.
la villa se compose de 2 Ă©tages. Au dernier Ă©tage, nous trouvons un salon spacieux avec accĂšs Ă  une incroyable terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur la mer oĂč vous pourrez profiter de beaux dĂźners ou jouer au ping-pong et une cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec une grande table pour 10 personnes.
À l'Ă©tage infĂ©rieur se trouvent 4 chambres avec salles de bains privatives et accĂšs direct au jardin.
Toutes les piĂšces et le salon ont des ventilateurs de plafond et des systĂšmes chaud / froid (pompes Ă  chaleur).
La villa dispose d'une connexion Wi-Fi (fibre optique).
Dans le salon, vous pouvez Ă©galement profiter d'une table de billard et d'une tour de musique fonctionnant avec USB et Bluetooth.

1300 m2 de jardin vous profiterez d'interminables journées de soleil en raison de son excellente orientation (sud), est également équipé pour tous les clients de profiter d'excellentes vacances, a 10 transats, parasols, barbecue, pergola et de nombreux meubles jardin

La piscine mesure parfaitement 10 mĂštres de long sur 4 mĂštres de large et sa profondeur est parfaite pour jouer Ă  plusieurs jeux. (La villa comprend un filet de volleyball pour jouer dans la piscine)
Dans le jardin, nous avons une douche solaire avec eau chaude et froide.
La proximité de la villa à la mer donne à la maison une excellente température,

Villa was exactly as stated in the listing. Mar was very quick to respond to queries. The villa was very clean and we enjoyed our stay and had great fun in the pool and used the pool table a lot.Although the beach was close there were no sunbeds and umbrellas for hire in that section, the nearest for hire were a good 20 minute walk away.

Wonderful villa for family holiday

Great villa well equipped for children (and adults). Fantastic communication with Mar, who was very helpful. Could walk to the beach in about 10 minutes and walking to the centre of Marbella took around 30-40 minutes along a lovely boardwalk. Fantastic family holiday.

Perfect family stay in Marbella

Wonderful property. Well equipped with everything we could possibly need. Travelled with 4 adults, 19 year old, 3 x 17 year olds, 15 year old and 10 year old. We absolutely made the most of the pool table, pool volleyball and ping pong and catering facilities. Gorgeous views of the ocean and mountains and sunset. Close to the beach and easy access to Marbella centre in 10 minutes by car. Mar was wonderful: kind and responsive to all our requests. Would highly recommend this property for a perfect family holiday.

Amazing property

This property was even better than it looked on line. It was spacious, very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Our host(Mar) could not have been more helpful, and supplied us with timely and clear arrangements. Her responses were also prompt which eliminated any anxieties. Our granddaughters enjoyed the garden and pool and made full use of the many toys provided. We couldn’t have asked for more .

best holiday villa we have stayed at

This was our 2nd visit to this amazing villa. Mar (owner) is outstanding and always contactable. Villa was spotlessly clean and kitchen very well equipped. Pool area is large and grassy so not hot underfoot. we didn't have it heated and it was lovely to use. the vast covered veranda is a big plus,we used it all day for eating/relaxing/table tennis. only 2 things to note:no bathroom on upper level,just room en suites. turn through gate quite tight, so might be difficult for large MPV/SUV. Thanks for a great family holiday.

Fantastic Villa

We booked this villa for a family holiday with our young children (age 1 and 5) and my husbands parents. After seeing the photographs and reading the reviews, we were looking forward to our stay, but on arrival, we realised the villa was so much more than we expected. The location was great, 10 minutes walk to the beach. Here there was a great beach bar (The Point) which served lovely food and drinks. There was an activity centre with jet skis, banana boats, pedalos and more! The boardwalk along the beach was great for an evening stroll. There was a bus stop at the end of the street taking you straight into Marbella or Puerto Banus. The villa itself was beautiful, lovely decor, lots of space and excellent facilities. We have stayed in many villas, but this by far had the best facilities, especially if travellling with children. There were many toys for all ages, a pushchair, bed guard, potty, baby bath, changing table and 2 cots and high chairs. The pool is a great size and the outdoor seating area with fridge was really useful. Mar, the villa owner, is a lovely lady. Extremely helpful, and always on hand if you need her. We will definitely return to this villa! We can not recommend it enough!

Amazing villa with sea views

We had an amazing week with family and two children under 2. The villa has everything you need, particularly well equipped for the children, my grandson loved it. The owner Mar was extremely helpful and easy to contact! Great pool area and beautiful sea views from the terrace. We would highly recommend this villa. Easy to walk to the paseo and beach and a walk into Marbella took 45 mins. Advisable to have a car, although Ubers easy to get. A fab week!

Amazing villa

We really enjoyed our stay here - the villa is so spacious with lots of seating areas and a lovely outdoor area. The villa has everything you need and more, the activities and kids toys are a real bonus. Rooms are very spacious each with their own bathroom. There is no toilet on the upper floor but you can access the outdoor area from each room so it wasn’t too much of an issue. Communication with the host was absolutely excellent- Mar replied straight away to a couple of queries we had. Fantastic villa

great outdoor socialising space

We were a family group of adults staying for 2 weeks in sept. this villa has great outdoor space. pool area has large lawned area around it. we didn't have the pool heated , and were able to use it every day. the large veranda with the big round table was used for every meal, sheltered even when it was raining. Kitchen was a good size and separate from living area, fridge and freezer was big enough for us. there is no dryer, but the weather was good enough to dry outside on the frame. Pool table and Table tennis were great. We didn't use the air con in the main living area as we like to have doors open and fresh air. air con worked well in bedrooms when we had really warm nights. 3 of 4 bathrooms are good size, one has smaller shower cubicle. FYI no toilets on living level, only in ensuites. very tight turn into property through gate. we hired Ford KUGA/Renault Kadjar , anything bigger would have been quite tricky . you can walk to beach ,using bridge over the dual carriageway, then onto boardwalk,but we used taxi/uber to get into town as was abit too far to walk for us. need transport to get to supermarket easily.

Relaxing, lovely Villa with pool 😎

This villa has everything you will require for a fabulous holiday with your family or friends. We stayed there for a week in July (6 adults and my grandson who is 3). The villa is well equipped and the owners have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and something to remember. The beach is a short walk (8-10 minutes), via a bridge across the busy main road. We found catching the bus into Marbella really easy from the bus stop 200m down the road (8 euros for the whole group). Taxi back home were easy (10-12 euros per car). Mar, the owner gives you a useful pack of information which covers everything ie. best ways to walk to the beach, best local restaurants, bus time tables, and other really good info. I would recommend this villa to family and friends without hesitation.

Traumhafte Villa in perfekter Lag

Wir haben mit unseren Kindern und Enkelkindern eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche in der Villa Mar verbracht. Man hat alles was man braucht. Die Villa ist perfekt. 5 min. zum Strand. Gute Busverbindung in die Altstadt. Traumhafte Terrasse mit Meerblick. Wir können die Villa bestens weiterempfehlen.
