A few steps from the Vatican City you will find the "Domus Giulio".
Recently renovated, the structure offers its guests every comfort for a pleasant and relaxing stay in the heart of the Eternal City; furnished with care has two large and bright rooms. Particular are the ceilings with original vaults in all rooms, you will also find the bathroom / bed linen service, hairdryer, air conditioning, LED TV, free wi-fi, washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, also in the kitchen there is a small sofa ect ...
It is perfect for traveling families, in case there are children, in fact, we have a high chair, camping cot, stroller, games for children and play stations. Furthermore, it is also perfect for business stays, or for a romantic holiday as it is a quiet and reserved environment.
It is in front of the historic church Madonna del Riposo, in the immediate vicinity there is the hospital "SAN CARLO DI NANCY" or "IDI", it is only 2 km from the Vatican Museums. At 20 meters there are the bus stop (lines 46 and 49) and at 200 meters the Metro station "A" Baldo degli Ubaldi.
The area is also well served by bars, restaurants, pizzerias, pharmacies, hairdressers, supermarkets and clothing stores and more.
The structure has been authorized by the Office for Tourism Policies and is in compliance with recent regulations.

Wonderful Time in Rome

This apartment and host are exceptional. Alessandra was prompt to address any concerns or questions that I had during my stay. Even when the internet went down for a little while she was available to call her internet provider to fix the problem even though it was on a Sunday. The apartment is spacious, clean and close to everything. The metro is a five minute walk and it takes you to all the major sites of Rome. The bus stop is right on the corner. Everything you need is within walking distance such as restaurants, gym, pharmacy and supermarket to name a few. Alessandra even arranged transport to and from the airport and she was assisted by her sister in law Roberta who was also available to help. Weekly cleaning service is available if needed. This apartment has everything to need to enjoy your stay in Rome without having to worry about anything and knowing that Alessandra is available whenever you need her. She even ordered items from Amazon for me that I needed during my stay. I highly recommend this apartment.

Great apartment to stay in.

We took a taxi to and from the airport. This apartment is very clean and has all the facilities you would require, including air conditioning. This was a boon as it was very hot weather when we were there. Alessandra is a great host and readily answered all our questions. There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed and a wall-mounted TV. It is in an area abounding with restaurants nearby. There is a small shop virtually opposite which sells most things, particularly fruit. The metro station is a 10-12 minute walk away and from here you can access all areas of Rome. A ticket costs 7 euros and is viable for 24 hours. It encompasses both the red and blue lines. So, for instance you can get on the train, change lines and exit directly across from the Colosseum. What an amazing site as you exit the station. You can ride various trains during the time frame. Just one thing to mention, the info says that the apartment is a few steps from the Vatican Museums. It is not that near to be honest but there is a bus that will take you there for a remarkably small fee. If ever I am lucky enough to return to Rome I would not hesitate to stay in this apartment. It is the best!

Einfaches, sauberes Apartment mit netter Vermieterin

Die Wohnung ist verkehrsgünstig gelegen und hat eine ausgestattete Küche und eine relativ ruhige Lage. Unkomplizierte Absprachen mit der Vermieterin sind die Regel und man kann auch wünsche äußern, wenn etwas fehlt. Gute Unterkunft.

Die Vermieterin geht auf Wünsche ein. So wenn man etwas braucht, kann man sie anschreiben und es bekommen. Der Reinigungsservice funktioniert sehr gut. Sehr gute Anbindungen mit Bus und Metro, um in die Stadt zu kommen.

Just as stated

The Apartment was exactly like stated in the text and pictures. It is located very near to the bus Station and the Metro Station, which was perfect for us going in the City. All necessary shopping and eating places where in a 5-10 min Radius. At night it was very calm and we also didn´t have any disturbing neighbours. Alessandra prepared some welcome chocolate, which was really sweet and made us feel directly at home. She was also very helpful, she booked us a transport from the airport and back, and when the Toilette flush didn´t work, she sent help right away and the flush was repaired in half an hour. Thank you very much for everything and also for the Great stay. If we will ever visit Rome again, we will surely stay in the Apartment again.

Un appartement tout confort et bien situé

Nous avons passé 5 jours dans l'appartement d'Alexandra. Il est très bien situé, à moins de 10 mn de la station de métro ligne A qui mène au principaux sites touristiques. Il est très grand, propre, bien équipé et idéal pour 2 couples ou une famille. Nous y re-séjournerions volontiers ! Seul petit point d'amélioration : des mugs ou des bols seraient les bienvenus !

très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans l'appartement. L'appartement est comme sur les photos, c'est très cosy et très joli. Alessandra nous a accueilli très chaleureusement à notre arrivée. Notre bébé a eu tout le confort nécessaire : lit, chaise haute, assiette , serviettes, ... Nous gardons l'adresse pour un prochain périple sur Rome et nous la recommandons. L'appartement est proche de toutes commodités. Nous n'avons qu' à traverser la Rue et boulangerie, petite superette sont à notre portée ainsi que l’entrée du métro.

Tremendous apartment! Clean, comfortable, and convenient!

Alessandro was very helpful, including making driver arrangements to get us back to FCO! This apartment was beautiful, great neighborhood, close to metro, bus, and a great patisserie with really nice people and great pastry and gelato! We felt completely at home!

Beautiful apartment in a residential area of Rome

Beautiful, new apartment looks exactly as in photos. All rooms were air conditioned (really necessary in Rome). The apartment is well equipped and clean located in a residential area of Rome close to bus stop and metro. In the vicinity there is a well supplied supermarket and a number of small grocery shops as well as restaurants. Alessandra was very responsive to all our inquiries and really helpful. We highly recommend it!
