Location was great if wanting to be in this area of the city. Very Peaceful even though dense. Mini van fit perfectly in gated parking area! Other reviews were true but would stay again making personal accommodations. At the end of block there is a walking trail connected to Balboa park I believe. Heard and saw owls three mornings. Very nice neighbors in the area.

This was our second stay there. The house is beautiful, quiet, and in an excellent location. Ricardo was responsive and able to answer all questions prior to our stay. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The patio and hot tub were perfect. The house was fully stocked with everything you need. Loved the location and appreciated the secure parking. Will definitely be back.

The villa was everything we had hoped it would be: comfortable, well appointed, and convenient to shops and restaurants. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and the use of the bicycles.

Great spot for a romantic getaway

Beautiful property in a great neighborhood. Host was extremely responsive to our needs. Would rent again from Host and encourage others to do the same.

Location, location, location! Walking distance to all of the bars and restaurants on University Ave in Hillcrest. So convenient! The hot tub is a nice way to unwind. The front yard is fenced and gated, and nicely landscaped. The parking spot in the back is also gated, so your car is safe. Because the house is dog-friendly, the gates and fences make it very safe for your pups to run around. The house is towards the end of the street, so it's quiet, and there is also a nice walking trail nearby. The bedroom and bathroom are a little tight for two people to move around in at the same time, and the interior shows a little age and wear and tear, but the house is nicely stocked. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay and would definitely stay here again!

Cute bungalow in a great neighborhood

Check-in was easy, the property was clean, comfortable, and a there was cute little courtyard to sit in the nice weather and listen to the birds. The neighborhood is walkable annd near great food spots. All in all an excellent experience and would book again.

Beautiful property, great location

Loved the house, perfect for my wife and I and our pups. Lovely quiet neighborhood, a great location with hiking trails and restaurants close by. Ricardo is an excellent host. Will stay here again.

Anniversary getaway

Loved this villa. It had everything we needed and the location was absolutely perfect. The only thing we'd say probably needed updating (for us) would be the mattress. Will definitely be revisiting on our next trip!

Very Nice Property

We enjoyed staying at this property very much. The home was comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. The location to grocery stores and shopping was an added perk. The surrounding neighborhood was quiet and so nice to walk through.

Sweet little cottage in Hillcrest

This little cottage is beautiful, well stocked, and convenient to restaurants in Hillcrest! Walkable with ease. Close to Balboa park! I loved it and will be back!

Relaxing weekend

Enjoyed staying at this property. Gated parking and front area made for extra sense of security. Would have enjoyed using hot tub after 10pm, but over a very pleasant experience and a great place to recharge.

Perfect place. Perfect Stay.

The property is just as pictured, perfectly clean, and exactly what we needed for our trip to visit family. The home is in a central location making it easy to access all areas of San Diego. It was also a perfect place to just relax in the evening. Additionally, Ricardo was an amazing host - very responsive, and made everything extremely easy.

Great spot in Hillcrest

This is a nice property within walking distance of restaurants, stores, and walking/hiking trails, but still a short car ride away from everything in San Diego. The property was exactly as described and in the pictures. It's on a quiet street and very private. Would definitely stay here again!
