The room was as advertised and the location is excellent. The 2 full bathrooms is a major plus as well. The condo could use a deep clean it appeared to us but overall very good.

This is a great place! The condo was VERY clean, spacious with lots of comfy seating and linens. Huge lanai again with comfortable seats for everyone - and the best view. Thanks for the perfect stay- we’ll return!

Absolutely beautiful view, tons of seating, the murphy bed was a life saver. Had plenty of everything we needed. Would 100% stay in this place again!Pull out couch mattress needs updated badly and curtains kind of deteriorate and make a mess.

The unit was not clean and the beds uninhabitable. Communication with host was difficult and had to contact VRBO’s customer service team for help.

Our third time staying in this building. Location, location, location!!! you can’t get any closer to the water and have a beautiful view, especially if you like the people watch. The unit is very clean and well kept. Everything we needed for a fun week on the big island. We got to see eruption number 43 on our stay. Parking is also free which is a big plus right behind the unit. Felt very safe.

We stayed for 2 weeks and this was a great location. Shopping and restaurants very close.

View was simply amazing! Yes there were some electrical wires but it didn’t hinder view. Unit was well stocked with everything we needed. No AC (which we knew) but ceiling fans and floor fans worked just fine. Did get traffic noise of course but to be expected - just closed lanai doors when it got loud. Location was nice because restaurants, farmers markets and basic shopping was all walkable.

Wow! The view is amazing!! The location is great as we could walk to shops, restaurants, the beach, and the pier. The condo is comfortable but we spent most of our time either out and about or on the lanai.

Great stay! Great location, nice sized unit. 3 beds, two baths, in-unit laundry, reserved parking, ocean front view, what else do you need? Yes, it was a bit warm when we arrived, but if you open the doors and let the air flow through, it cools off just fine. For sleeping at night, there are ceiling fans and floor fans provided. Host was very responsive and helpful. Thanks!

Location and a lanai!

This is our second stay there. Location is exactly what we were looking for and sitting on the lanai people watching is great.

The location was excellent! Enjoyed people watching while we were in the condo. So well appointed. W didn't need for anything. The security of the building and close parking was a big bonus. The pool was amazing. We had a friend over for a visit who lives on the Island and she absolutely loved the place. Great time!

Get a cleaning crew out there. The rugs need to be steam cleaned, wall vents are full of dust, tops of cabinets near the vents are full of black debris, hall shower head needs replacing, louvers in bedroom do not work and don’t lift up the runner at the front door of your may pass out when you see what’s underneath it.

Location, lanai

Loved the location, very convenient to restaurants and shops. Safe.The lanai was wonderful for watching the waves and relaxing. The place could have used a good deep cleaning, couch needs cushions replaced.

Loved the location, in the heart of Kona. The condo was clean and well stocked. Had an issue with the TV and it was corrected right away. Appreciated the attentiveness. Would stay there again. Highly recommend this property. Thanks for a great trip

Mesmerizing view!

Stayed 6 weeks. The condo was very nice and located in a great area. Lots to do! But the most amazing thing was the view! The lanai is about 100 feet from the ocean. You see the most amazing sunsets!

Great Access to the Queens Race

Location was convenient. Mattresses could be updated. Property Manager entered uninvited unaware that we had checked in. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

Heart of Kona and recommended

Great location. Loved hearing the waves and people watching. Friendly feeling as guests extras were left including sunscreen, spices in kitchen and plenty of dish and laundry soap. There was hardly any toilet paper which must have been an oversight. We were there 15 days. Bed needs replacing. Overall, I loved staying here for the location and free parking which is a huge ripoff in town these days. I recommend.

However no AC should have been included in the property description. Fans, open doors and windows still made for miserable conditions in the heat and humidity.

This property is not advertised as having air conditioning. Advertising what a property does not have is counter intuitive to the purpose of advertising in general. Giving a poor rating for a feature that was not asked for is improper.
