an area traditionally suited for the production of wines in excellent gastronomic combinations. the maritime resources of the place and the delicacies elaborated by local chefs lead the palate to moments of pleasure never experienced before. It is recommended to take a walk to Cala Marina, an ancient port of Segesta, where you can choose, from a variety of restaurants, which dishes to taste based on fish, good, fresh and genuine.In the morning you can have breakfast in the spacious veranda, by the pool and find true relaxation already at home, in the garden, between a whirlpool and a dip in the pool, you can go for a nice boat trip, or visit places of great cultural or historical importance or simply do some shopping in the modern nearby cities . Lovely relaxing villa with great views

We had a great time here. Giacoma and Carlo were helpful and responsive. The villa has wonderful views of the mountains and the sea and we spent a fair amount of time by the pool and on the terrace. We had great trips in particular to Segesta and Erice as well as the Zingari nature reserve and local beaches.

It was a great stay. The house is cozy and the surrounding was silent. The pool, jacuzzi and sauna were perfect. The welcoming gifts were very nice. A lot of things for breakfast. The host gave us nice tips for activities. Thanks again!

Wonderful villa and the perfect hosts

5 of us stayed in Giacoma and Carlo's villa, and we had a great time. Stunning backdrops looking at the mountains from the pool. All the facilities we needed - BBQ, air-conditioning, pool (cleaned frequently), plenty of shade, great seating by the pool. We had a car which made it easy to get in and out of Castellammare del Golfo - although we did walk it a couple of times as well. I'd happily recommend this villa.

Superb!!!!

I don’t know where to begin!! Our stay was majestic!!!! The villa antico pozza (antique well, fyi), was incredibly charming. The villa has undeniable rustic charm. Every amenity was available to us. The pool was perfect and immaculate. The location and the sea view is indescribable. Carlo and Giacoma were the perfect hosts. You definitely will need a car though!! Treat yourselves, it’s amazing!!

Beautiful villa and setting

A lovely place to spend our second week in Sicily, close enough to the town but also secluded. Proximal to some fantastic places like the Zingaro Reserve, Scopello, Salt Marshes on the West Coast and Erich. It was extremely hot, up to 47 degrees whilst there, which brought out the wasps in droves, disrupted Wi-Fi connection and restricted our activities for a couple of days. Our hosts were very responsive to our requests and were always on hand to make suggestions for restaurants and places of interest. They provided some lovely treats on arrival, which were most welcomed after a 4hr drive. Thank you.

Urlaub September 2022

Es war traumhaft… Das Haus in unglaublich schön, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und das Grundstück war von keiner Seite einsehbar. Schon bei der Ankunft war für alles gesorgt, nicht nur für einen ersten schönen Abend, auch für unser erstes Frühstück, am nächsten Morgen stand alles bereit. Die Vermieter waren sehr herzlich und konnten uns sowohl mit Tisch Reservierungen als auch mit dem Verleih eines Bootes helfen. Es war ein toller Urlaub und ich kann es jedem empfehlen dorthin zu fahren. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder machen.

Vacanza meravigliosa

Oasi di pace e bellezza a pochi minuti dal centro di Castellammare. Casa pulita ed ospitale. Camere spaziose e comode. Patio pieno di frescura anche nelle giornate più soleggiate. Tutti i migliori comfort immaginabili compresi una sauna per 3 persone, una jacuzzi nuova ed efficiente ed una deliziosa piscina. Impeccabile la squisita gentilezza dei proprietari. Da ritornare!

Sole e storia a Castellammare

"Abbiamo trascorso in questo villino 14 meravigliosi giorni e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La descrizione corrisponde esattamente alla realtà anzi le foto non rendono quanto dovrebbero la bellezza del posto. La casa è inserita in un contensto molto tranquillo e rilassante, tanto più apprezzato se si considera che a poca distanza regna il caos del traffico e della movida di Castellammare. La casa è stata ristrutturata recentemente in modo funzionale e arredata con molto gusto. Gli spazi interni ed esterni sono ampi, confortevoli e puliti. La casa ha una splendida terrazza con l''imponente montagna alle spalle e di lato mentre davanti si può ammirare parte del golfo di Castellammare. E'' ottima per mangiare all''aperto e per godere di qualche ora di relax in quanto è molto fresca in qualsiasi momento del giorno. A rendere la terrazza particolarmente bella anche la presenza di un caratteristico pozzo del 1911. Questa casa è un''ottima soluzione per godersi tutta la splendida costa e il mare pulitissimo ( la Riserva dello Zingaro è effettivamente a 10 minuti di macchina da casa) ma anche per visitare splendide località come Scopello, Erice, Segesta, Trapani, S.Vito Lo Capo, Palermo, Monreale.... Siamo riusciti ad andare anche a Favignana e a Marettimo. Carlo e Giacoma, i proprietari, sono stati degli ottimi padroni di casa soprattutto molto discreti e gentilissimi nel fornirci tutte le indicazioni utili al nostro soggiorno. Vi consigliamo di seguire alla lettera i consigli di Carlo in quanto noi lo abbiamo fatto e ci siamo trovati benissimo. In verità la loro disponibilità e affabilità l''abbiamo constatata via mail già nei primi contatti prima di incontrarli personalmente. Siamo felicissimi di aver scelto come meta del nostro viaggio la Sicilia, terra ricca di storia e fascino con il suo caratteristico paesaggio, capace inoltre di trasmettere emozioni forti non solo attraverso le sue bellezze naturali ma anche e soprattutto attraverso il calore della sua gente. Noi provenivamo da un periodo di intenso stress e nonostante fossimo ancora molto presi da seri problemi personali, in questo angolo di paradiso siamo riusciti a staccare la spina e ricaricarci ed anche per questo siamo grati alle meraviglie della Sicilia e in particolare a Carlo e Giacoma che ci hanno messo a disposizione la loro bellissima casa. Lovely semi rural setting. 3.5 kilometre walk into town/marina area (taxi back after dinner - owners gave us list of trusted taxis). Great to have the jacuzzi as well as the pool. Lovely extras from owners on arrival including pizza, much appreciated as we were hungry. Owners also passed on contact for boat trip, list of recommended resturants & best supermarket.

Perfect little villa for sunshine and relaxing

We had a lovely stay at this picturesque villa, the view is great and it's nice and close to the coast and Castellamare del Golfo for dining out on the marina and hiring boats. We had a great time staying here and our hosts Carlo and Giacoma were very helpful! Would happily come back to stay! I only gave it 4 stars because we encountered a lot of wasps while eating outside but it may have been the time of year.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette jolie maison que nous recommandons sans hésitation. Giacoma et Carlos sont des hôtes très agréables, leur maison accueillante est située dans un cadre reposant où l'on se sent rapidement chez soi.

un peu bruyant la nuit...

C'est une jolie maisonnette, mais un certain nombre de prestations annoncées ne sont pas respectées: climatiseurs en panne (réparation au bout de 8 jours), wifi limité, 1 seule douche intérieure, le réfrigérateur qui a un peu de mal avec les fortes chaleurs, la vaisselle vétuste,...heureusement que le jardin est agréable mais un peu excentré de Castellamare.

Gentile viaggiatore, mi dispiace che lei non abbia apprezzato la nostra villa immersa nel verde ,con un giardino meraviglioso , con una incantevole vista sul mare. Il fatto che il condizionatore si sia rotto e noi abbiamo provveduto a sistemarlo, ciò non è un difetto della casa perchè non avviene sistematicamente per fortuna!!! IL WI FI è di 3 giga che avete consumato in una notte ed abbiamo provveduto subito a ricaricarvi. I piatti sono di finissima porcellana e in quel caso " De gustibus ,non disputandum est". Auguri per tutto .

Un perfetto angolo di vera Sicilia

Sarò sincera, conosco la Sicilia e la amo profondamente non solo come luogo di vacanza, ma come terra delle mie origini, mio papà è di Palermo...quest'estate ho trascorso ,dopo tanti anni, le mie vacanze in questa splendida terra. L'ultima volta che sono stata in Sicilia era Aprile del 2003, ero con la mia famiglia e il mio fidanzato...comunicammo a mio papà, nella sua terra, la decisione di sposarci! Quest'estate sono tornata con mio marito i nostri tre figli, per poi scoprire proprio durante questa vacanza l'arrivo di un quarto...è stata una vacanza meravigliosa e di certo la casa presso cui abbiamo alloggiato ha ben contribuito alla riuscita della vacanza...soggiorno direi familiare! La casa è molto accogliente, dispone di spazi vivibili e ben sfruttabili. E' disposta su due piani, ed entrambi i piani dispongono di bagno, inoltre vi è una doccia esterna elemento indispensabile in una casa di mare. Al piano terra vi è un locale soggiorno-cucina, ben diviso, arredato con cura...vi sono presenti elementi caratteristici di questa terra. Innanzitutto uno splendido pavimento di maioliche dai colori caldi, un lavandino in pietra inserito in una cucina con struttura in muratura e una dispensa a muro che ricorda quelle delle case di campagna. Le camere al piano di sopra, non sono calde e comunque dotate di aria condizionata, gli arredi sono semplici e funzionali. Forse l'unico appunto che potrei fare riguarda la mancanza di cassetti (è vero anche che noi siamo una famiglia numerosa) e magari nei bagni qualche punto d'appoggio in più. Lo spazio esterno è...splendido, si gode di una vista unica, vi è un barbecue dotato di lavandino, un bel tavolo sotto una tettoia di teli, che resta quindi fresca, la casa è in una zona dove si sta bene anche nelle giornate più calde. Per far capire quanto bene si sta in questa casa, noi spesso al pomeriggio non tornavamo neanche al mare! Infine voglio sottolineare la disponibilità dei padroni di casa, sempre reperibili e pronti a soddisfare ogni richiesta per rendere ancor più piacevole il soggiorno. Tra l'altro il servizio di pulizia settimanale con cambio della biancheria...splendida idea per lavorare meno in vacanza! Che dire noi di certo ci torneremo! Emanuela Spera

La casa è bella come nelle foto, ed è perfetta per chi come noi vuole riposarsi. La spiaggia più vicina è a cinque minuti di macchina ed è di sabbia con mare pulito ed adatto ai bambini. Si raggiungono facilmente tanti luoghi bellissimi e tutta la zona è molto pulita. I proprietari inoltre sono persone splendide e sempre disponibili.
