Hacienda Punta Vista is a one of a kind property central to all that Cabo has to offer. It is a 1/2-acre oasis boasting amazing views of the marina and downtown Cabo San Lucas. This spacious, open-concept villa is well maintained and includes your very own large walk-out patio with private pool, hot tub and grill. It has 3 bedrooms with 3 en-suite bathrooms, with two including ocean views from your super comfy king-size beds.
You will love all that the property has to offer; relaxing by the pool, enjoying happy hour, drinking your morning coffee, singing, dancing with the LED light karaoke machine, playing yard games, watching whales breaching, gazing at cruise ships in the bay, viewing Cabo city lights and fireworks. Many of our guests also enjoy poolside massages and private chef services.
The hacienda is CENTRALLY LOCATED WITHIN 5-10 MINUTES OF EVERYTHING CABO HAS TO OFFER. You can quickly and easily get to Costco, Wal-Mart, Fresco (grocery story), the famous Medano Beach, and the downtown marina tourist area. There are also at least 5 other beaches and adventure parks within 10-15 minutes of the hacienda, and nature and hiking trails just outside the property for those of you who like to adventure a little. There are also two convenience stores walking distance from the property.
The hacienda is ideal for anyone wanting high end accommodations with the comforts of home. It is enjoyed by couples or families travelling together, honeymooners, and girl/guy groups.
As an added bonus the rental includes the use of a Ford Explorer for use during your stay. Super convenient to explore Cabo and run errands to the surrounding stores. It can transport 7 people. Transportation from the airport to the house still has to be arranged separately.

Fantastic property

Another great stay. We had issues related to nearby construction beyond the owner's control, and Cesar communicated well and did his best to rectify the situation.

Great Stay

We had the opportunity to vacation with our adult children. Plenty of space for the six of us. Cesar the property manager was very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed two meals cooked by Harry the local chef. Heated pool and hot tub were great.

Amazing Stay

The property was amazing , Cesar and Eduardo took care of our every need. Any questions I had they answered as quickly as they could. Eduardo provided excellent transportation around Cabo and good price. The view of the arch of Cabo from the house was the cherry on top, I would book this property again.

Great house with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Pool and hot tub steps away from the main living area. Free use of minivan comes in handy when people are going in opposite directions. Owners were very helpful and accommodating. The views of the Pacific were outstanding. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

This was an amazing house and the owners are wonderful.

This is an amazing property, I would definitely recommend this house to anyone wanting to get away from the downtown Cabo, but have amazing views looking down over the city. Wonderful pool, so much space. We also were given the free car option with the rental and this was great. Just book transfers roundtrip to the house and the car is waiting for you.

The pool was incredible. The beds were way nicer than anyone should have in a VRBO. Everything was easy and incredible at the same time. Caesar was very accommodating and efficient with replying. Adele’s travel spa was fantastic - the massage therapists were very good. Pricing was reasonable and the owner Adele comes with the therapists to ensure we were pleased with the service. We liked it so much , we booked another massage just before we left.

First Class!!

The house was amazing. The shuttle service was easy. Ceasar took care of everything we need and always responded to all of our requests. The chef and his staff were absolutely amazing. We regret ever eating out for dinner because by far the food made right at the house was first class. Would highly recommend you have the chef make you at least one meal a day.

Great place to stay

Loved the property! And Cesar was great with communication. My worries of safety were put at ease quickly. We paid for round trip services for a black car and only received a van and was rushed and charged for taking to long in a foreign grocery store. But every other accommodation that I asked for was prompt.

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT

The property is beautiful, roomy and very well maintained. The view was stunning, and we were able to watch the ships coming in and going out of port. The swimming pool and hot tub were amazing along with the courtyard area where we could enjoy playing cornhole. The use of the vehicle was an added bonus and was very much appreciated. The location was very convenient to town and shopping. If you like to walk, the bus stop was within 10 minutes to catch the 7-minute ride into town. I would definitely, without a doubt stay at this property again and also would recommend it to family and friends. Thank you Russel, Amy, and Cesar for this wonderful escape!!

Beautiful Home and Great View

We have been coming to Cabo for over 12 years, this is as our first time in a private home and we could not have been more thankful. Upon arrival, the chef greeted us with delicious appetizers and margaritas. Caesar the property manager was exceptional! He arranged all our transportation from airport and to all our dinners in town. Would answer all my questions within minutes. Had a minor hiccup and he was on property within 20 and had the repair man there the same day. Five stars to Caesar! We will be back!

Little Piece of Heaven in Cabo

We had a fantastic vacation in Cabo San Lucas because of this property that we stayed at! Michael was amazing! He met us at the door and answered all of our questions about ANYTHING throughout the week! The property was unbelievably beautiful--the pictures don't do it justice. The swimming pool was gorgeous and overlooked the entire beach and the El Arco famous rock formation. The home was spotless and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could ever need. The bedrooms and bathrooms were large and the towels were soft. They even had beach boogie boards and floats that we could use. We couldn't have had a better trip! Thank you Michael!!! We hope to come back soon!

No views as advertised

The property was clean and great location. However, I was quite disappointed when we arrived and the view was NOT AT ALL as advertised. We booked this property because of the views so my expectations were high. There is a building under construction so there is no longer a view as advertised. Property manager stated emails were sent from both owner and himself to advise of the obstructed view however I never received any thing from either. So not sure if this was a bait and switch situation or genuine mishap. Otherwise stay was nice and the house chef was EXCELLENT!

Fantastic Vacation!!

My husband and I traveled to Cabo with another couple and shared this home for 7 days. The home has plenty of space with all the necessary amenities. The outdoor living space is amazing. So nice to have your own private pool and hot tub with an amazing outdoor living area. Amy and Russell were great to work with prior to arriving. Cesar, the property manager was the best!! Cesar arranged our transportation to and from the airport. He suggested and made reservations for some amazing dinners. He also helped us arrange two in home dinners with Chef Harry who served the most delicious fried ice cream. Thank you Harry!! Cesar also helped arrange for in home massages by the pool by Adele's Mobile Spa. Probably the best massage that I have ever had. We will definitely be returning and taking advantage of all these fine services again.

Perfect vacation home with everything

We had the most wonderful time staying at Michael and Shannon‘s place. It was absolutely beautiful and it felt like a second home. The house had plenty of space, wonderful amenities, the location was an easy drive to beaches, downtown and very close to Costco. Being able to use the van was such a blessing and a huge bonus. The house was beautiful inside and out. It was very clean and well maintained. We were a family of seven with four boys ages 16, 12, 10 and 8, there was enough room for us all and we felt very comfortable. We spent a lot of time outside on their patio just enjoying the views, playing games and swimming in the pool. They were very accommodating to anything we needed and if we had any questions Michael got back to us right away. They were flexible, informative, kind and friendly, totally invisible until needed them even the smallest thing and then immediately responsive. I couldn’t imagine staying any other place. It was absolutely perfect.

Even better the second time!!!

Our family travelled to Hacienda Punta Vista two years ago for the first time. Before we left Cabo last time and in the two years since, we decided if we were lucky enough to return it would only be to this house!! We have no desire to work with anyone other than Russell, Amy, Cesar and their team. Russell and Amy are the most gracious hosts. We didn't think it was possible, but Cesar was even more attentive and amazing. From start to finish, he handled everything not just with professionalism, but treated us as if we were decades long friends (family even!). We know he has many clients and properties to manage but we felt as if we were the only, most important ones. We also had Harry's delicious food twice and cannot recommend him and his staff enough. Always sad to leave, but grateful for another vacation at Hacienda Punta Vista full of wonderful memories for our family. Until next time!!!

Everything was amazing!!

First of all the owners, Michael and Shannon are two of the kindest people you could ever meet. They will give you a packet that will answer any question you could possibly have, from transportation to entertainment, shopping, restaurants, delivery services, etc. As stated in one of the reviews that I read before my stay, they live upstairs but you would never know it unless you call them for something because they are there to assist within minutes. I am kind of germaphobic so I also worry about cleanliness where I have to eat and sleep and so soon as I walked into the house, I felt just as comfortable as I am at my own home....house was immaculate , view is gorgeous, house is exactly what it looks like on the pictures, which is something that I always worry about. Location....omg....perfect, less than 15 minutes from everything and they are kind enough to loan you a nice van for transportation . I cant thank Michael and Shannon enough for helping me to have a fantastic 50th bday vacation with my family. It was an experience that we will never forget

Cannot say enough great things !!!

This was our second visit to Cabo and and our second stay at Hacienda Punta Vista! We cannot say enough great things about our hosts and their comfortable, clean, meet your every need home!!! Cabo itself is beautiful and this home has a perfect view of the ocean while lounging poolside! There is an outdoor grill and dining table that we thoroughly enjoyed during our stay. The three super comfortable bedrooms allowed plenty of privacy to each couple and each bedroom has a full bathroom with nice hot (or cold) shower. The kitchen is fully equipped and met our every need. There is a laundry room with full washer and dryer, pool floats, bug spray etc etc The corn hole outside next to the relaxing hammock was a lot of fun! The mini van was the cherry on top! We loved me independently mobile! The van was large enough to seat our group comfortably and Cabo itself is safe and easy to navigate! Michael and Shannon are available 24/7 should any problem arise, but there were no problems for us on either visit! We cannot wait to return to Hacienda Punta Vista 2019!!!! The views are worth every penny!

My husband and I visted Cabo with two other couples over the 4th of July week and had a wonderful time. The house is very comfortable and open and the views were spectacular! I had several communications with the owners, Amy and Russell and they were extremely helpful and responded promptly. They have a guy named Cesar that helps coordinate anything you need from massages on the pool deck (which is a must) to having someone come in and cook meals there. You can be pampered as much or as little as you like. It is also about 8 minutes from downtown, so very conveniently located. The only disappointment was that it didn't specify on the listing that you would not be getting the whole house. We only had access to the bottom level of the home. Which was fine and plenty of space, but would have been nice to know ahead of time. Also, the van that came with home was very convenient to have, but it does need some maintance. We recommend this home for your vacation! You really won't be disappointed!

Wow, what a place!

STOP LOOKING! You have found what you have been looking for! Shannon and Michael, are tremendous hosts' and will stop at nothing to make your stay a memorable one. This home is beautiful and you will need for nothing during your stay. They have thought of everything to make your vacation the best it can possibly be. Costco is a couple of miles away in order for you to stock the fridge. Your privacy and where the home is situated assure you the scenic vistas you want, with the comfort you need in this gated home. If safety is a concerns of yours, allow me to assure you there is no need to be concerned, what a tremendous area. The homes location, gives you close proximity to the heart of Cabo, with "Million Dollar" views of the city of Cabo And Lands End. I cannot begin to explain how helpful Shannon & Michael were during our stay. They answered all of our questions and more, pointed us in the right direction for restaraunts and activities. Michael will even take you deep sea fishing if this is what you desire. Our son was fortunate to have caught a 140 lb marlin during our stay. This Family vacation is without a doubt very memorable as we enjoyed Cabo very much. This home allowed it to be a memory that will be forever one of our best vacation destinations. Thank you Shannon & Michael for allowing us to build these memories. You guy's will always be welcome if you ever come North as our guests.
