This unit is part of the quiet and safe Jameson Woods condominium complex, which DOES NOT ALLOW PETS of any kind, unfortunately. With two bedrooms, and their own respective bathrooms, this property is fantastic for roommates, graduate students (UNE, USM), a young family with children, as well as local professionals. During summer months it's a great vacation spot for a long term renter (30 night stay minimum) with a vibrant tourism scene and beautiful beaches. It's also very conveniently located close to I-I95 for easy access to Portland and other Maine destinations. Book now!

It has a fully equipped kitchen with a new washer/dryer, new dishwasher, keurig coffee machine, stove, microwave etc. It comes fully furnished with high-speed wifi and a large flat screen TV and new air conditioning unit. It is less than a mile from the highway with easy access to Portland and surrounding areas via I-95 and Route 1. It is also minutes from the Amtrak Downeaster train service to Boston. The location is ideal for commuters, students at University of New England and University of Southern Maine as well as beach bums!

Ample parking is available with convenient snow removal for the winter months is included.

It is 15 -20 minute drive from the University of New England Biddeford campus, a 20-25 minute drive from the University of Southern Maine Portland campus, and is across the street from Old Orchard Beach High School.

It is ideal for UNE MEDICAL STUDENTS who start their school year earlier during the summer when most vacation rentals are already booked.
