伝統的なコテージの魅力は、モダンな快適さと便利さを兼ね備えています。 有名な桟橋とオーシャンパークの中間に位置するこのプライベートリトリートは、砂まで徒歩わずか4分です。 これは、最近全面改装された2世帯住宅の1階のコテージです。

このコテージは、海とたくさんの日光を一望する前庭と庭を見下ろすリビングルームから開くプライベートデッキを誇っています。

間取り図には、オープンコンセプトのキッチン、リビングルーム、ダイニングルーム、プライベートベッドルームがあります。

キッチンには、すべての新しいステンレス製の電化製品と、必要なものがすべて揃ったキャビネットスペースがあり、適切に楽しませて楽しむことができます。

ダイニングエリアは快適に6席あり、一部オーシャンビューです。

バスルームにはリラックスできる専用ジャグジー浴槽と、浸かりながら楽しめるフラットスクリーンテレビが付いています。 新しい積み重ね可能な洗濯機と乾燥機が内部に便利に配置されているため、洗濯をするために遠くに行く必要はありません。

モダンなデスクと高速インターネットを備えたワークステーションを利用すれば、ビーチに行く前に連絡を取り合ったり、ちょっとした仕事をしたりできます。

太陽が降り注ぐ窓に囲まれた快適な読書ラウンジもあり、多くの本を楽しめます。

クローゼットスペースのある2つの広々としたエアコン完備のベッドルームは、このレンタルで提供されます。 1つのベッドルームには、快適なキングベッドと大型のフラットスクリーンテレビが備わっています。
2番目のベッドルームには、クイーンベッドと2段ベッドのセットがあります。 デイリーベッドと必要に応じてプライバシーのために描くことができるカーテンを備えたリビングルームのそばに、ボーナスのスリーピング/ラウンジエリアが設置されています。

Great week at the beach!

This is the second time my family has stayed at this property. Extremely clean and comfortable for a family of 5. The walk to the beach is quick. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great backyard for yard games with the kids. The grill and outdoor dining worked out really well. It was nice to be able to walk to the beach and to the amusement park. Comfortable seating on the couch for everyone.

I would highly recommend this house. I stayed 4 nights over 4th of July. Quick 3 block walk to the beach. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Nice deck with afternoon shade.

Highly recommend

We stayed on the first floor. The accommodations were perfect. Clean, neat, comfortable. Huge, well-stocked kitchen. Short, easy walk to the beach and shopping. Highly recommend and we would stay here again.

Great holiday house

Our family (two adults and two teenagers) had a lovely relaxing time here for a week in July. The house was really nicely decorated and equipped to a high standard. We enjoyed the table tennis and BBQ area of the back garden and sitting on the deck at the front. The house had a great location, close to the beach, and a short drive to Portland. Would recommend a holiday here.

Beautiful home!!

Very spacious with all amenities needed; TV, Wi Fi, books, ping-pong table, large backyard with bbq and designated eating area. Beautifully renovated, open concept kitchen able to accommodate large groups comfortably. The cottage is less than 5 minutes walk to the beach and also very close to downtown OOB (restaurants, shops, carnival, and pier). We would definitely rent this home again and recommend it to friends.

OOB WAS GREAT!

Very nice newly renovated house in a nice neighborhood. Easy walk to beach and pier/town. Some lights were out and others the switches didn’t work well. Other than that, excellent.

Comfortable first floor of cotage

My family and I had a great time visiting OOB at this excellently located comfortable VRBO. The back yard was fabulous wish we had more time to hang out at grill.

Family Summer Vacation

Owner Kevin was responsive to questions and accommodating when we requested a later checkout. The living room/bonus bed area was hot when temps were 90°+. ACs are only located in the 2 bedrooms. House was comfortable when the heat wave passed. 15 mins walk to the pier and 5 mins walk to the beach. We could hear the upstairs family/children walking around, we didn’t mind as we also had small children on the trip. House was as advertised. Would stay again in the future. Great option, close to the beach.

Absolutely amazing in every single way possible!!! First time traveling far from home (Buffalo, NY) and this place was outstanding. Beautiful home that was perfect for my kiddos. Close walk to beach and stores, small diner that had the best food!! Love this place!!!

Great location

Stayed for the Ironman 70.3 race. The location was under 10-15 min walk to the beach, pier and all our race activities. Plenty of space within the home for our family of 7 adults, was nice to have the extra single bed tucked in a corner. Bought fish at The Bait Shed to grill a few nights and with the great kitchen was able to eat in most of our meals. No storage containers for leftovers, so may want to bring your own. Had a wonderful time, didn't need to contact the host as all was explained in prior email. Would stay again if back in the area.

Simply the best

We Loved our stay here! It was clean and cozy and everything you could need was provided . We walked to the beach and ate at the restaurants near by and cooked there as well! 5 stars to this property!

Nice property

Good location and very well equipped house. However, it is on a very noisy street and there’s a lot of noise coming from the unit upstairs. Other than that, the property is excellent. 3 blocks away from the beach.

COVID Escape

We stayed in the first floor of this 2 family home. It was very well equipped and located very conveniently to the beach and local attractions. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals for the entire family. The backyard was very spacious with a gas BBQ grill and outdoor seating for six. The Roku TV and internet access was great for the days we couldn't make it to the beach. The onsite washer and dryer was very convenient. The only complaint we had, was the large couch in the living room. It was old pleather and was flaking everywhere. Each time we sat down and got up it would stick to our clothes. We ended up using the extra sheets to cover the couch during the stay. Other than that, we had a great time and would consider staying here again.

Beach getaway successful!

We had a great time here. The property was just as listed, loved the backyard and things already here for kids to play with. Close walk to the beach and close by anything else we needed or wanted. Kevin was wonderful and quick to respond to any questions before we came, and we didn't need anything once we got here. We will definitely be back again! Thanks for making this little getaway possible for us!

Excellent experience, I was a first timer in OBB and with renting a vacation home, Kevin was great, very responsive, the place was perfect for us with 2 kids, good space, nice and comfortable, I will come back and I’m not looking to stay anywhere else.

Thank you for your interest in renting the first floor unit of our cottage for your vacation! This house is very special to us and we are excited to share it with you. For as long as I can remember, I have had a passion for turning old into new. Whether it's refinishing an antique chair, restoring a classic Chevy, or bringing an Oceanside cottage back to life, I love making things new once again! I live in Conway, New Hampshire with my wife Susie and our two young sons. We have spent many days enjoying the sun, sand and surf of Old Orchard Beach, and look forward to providing you with a great summer spot for the same!

This house is in the center of all the fun, yet private and quiet, with plenty of space to stretch out and relax. It is one of the original cottages in Old Orchard Beach and was built 120 years ago. Renovated in 2008, it now boasts traditional cottage charm with excellent modern updates.
