This newly converted south-facing 3 bedroom condo with an open living and dining area provides bright and spacious accommodation for families and friends. Two bathrooms (one en-suite) plus a further cloakroom/utility room, air conditioning, wi-fi and television all makes for comfortable living. There is also a sofa-bed in the lounge which can be used for additional registered guests. There is a terrace leading off one of the bedrooms and a patio garden for outdoor enjoyment. Just 3 minutes walk from South Kensington Underground station and close to the museums and the bustling outdoor restaurants and cafés that abound in the area, it is ideally located. There is a gymnasium just 3 doors away and the street and the surrounding area of Brompton Cross are peppered with upmarket fashion houses and other great shops.
Exhibition road 4 minutes walk is lined with some of the best museums The Victoria and Albert Museum the Science Museum an amazing place for kids and parents alike , the Natural History Museum one of the best in the world, the Geographic Society, Imperial College, The royal Albert Hall, etc. etc etc, all this leading to our most beautiful Hyde Park which in the winter turns into a Winterwonderland and kensington Gardens where some of our Royals live.On the other side, Nightsbridge ten minutes walk offer the smartest shops in town like Harrods, Harvey Nichols an the best designers., whilst Chelsea down the road caters for boutique clients and the young at heart! 4 . to 5 stops on the Piccadilly line will take you to the heart of China Town ,the West end and the world of theatres

We really enjoyed our stay. Sonia was a wonderful host! The location is perfect as it is a short walk to S Kensington station, and nearby pubs and restaurants. The neighborhood was busy, clean and seemed quite safe. The flat was perfect for our family with plenty of space.

Fabulous location, just a block and a half from the South Kensington tube station, and a very walkable neighborhood with everything you could want. Our hostess Sonia was wonderful and welcoming and communication was responsive. The house is perfect with 3 bedrooms (4 beds) upstairs plus a futon style bed in the living room downstairs. 2 and 1/2 bathrooms were very convenient with 4 women traveling together. Everything was spotless. I would recommend this property highly.

Beautiful flat in a great neighborhood

This flat was perfect for our stay. We were so close to great restaurants and a tube stop, which made getting around London so easy. The flat was very comfortable and wonderful for our family.

Great home base for our stay

This home was great for our family of 6. It’s a very short walk to the South Kensington station. We walked there every day to start our adventures and stopped at Pret on the way for breakfast.The home was comfortable for us and we appreciated the two and a half baths with 4 teenage girls. Sonia is a fabulous host, answered questions quickly, and was very reassuring when we arrived two days late after two cancelled flights.

London 2024

Very nice location. 3 small but nice bedrooms. The linens and beds need to be replaced, as they are extremely tired. No clothing dryer - fortunately the weather allowed us to hang towels outside. Could not beat location and hostess was lovely.

Perfect London Location with a Personal Touch

For us (two adults and one child just turning 17 during the stay) both the location, Sonia's warm personal welcome (including several small, fresh flower arrangements and a fruit basket, some breakfast basics and also a white wine which we just didn't manage to drink) and the personal touch of the three bedroom-apartment were perfect. All three of us could sleep very well. Of course, you could hear a bit of the street life and the trains - which did not disturb us in the least. The dining / kitchen area is nicely designed and equipped with everything you need. The living room is very comfortable to sit - and also to watch TV or to read one of the many London guidebooks. You have personalized cushions everywhere and, of course, large paintings in the dining room area and in the hallway. Our own house is quite old, and we simply love older houses with a character of their own. On the next occasion we would very much like to come again.

Comfortable and charming!

This was a vey comfortable flat with the owner's (Sonia) personal touches which added to its charm. The flat was well equipped and perfectly located within walking distance of several great museums. The nearest tube, South Kensington Station, was also a very short walk away. Sonia helped with directions, dinner recommendations and everything else we needed to know. We appreciated her generous hospitality.

Great location with pros and cons

Pros: great location! Close to Underground and many restaurants. Very nice for our family to gather in the morning for coffee and after our busy days of traveling. Kitchen well stocked and refrigerator had some staples for us. Lots of closet space. A nice courtyard in the front where we gathered for cocktails. Cons: checkout time in vrbo said 11am but owner told us we must leave at 10am. For the price we paid vrbo for cleaning, I expected a very clean house. Floors were dirty (our white socks were filthy on the bottom), bathroom tiles were moldy, and under the bed was dirty and dusty. Linens in main bedroom were stained as well as the mattress pad. Mattress was very thin, uncomfortable, and the bed was squeaky. Other bedrooms had uncomfortable beds as well. Towels in bathrooms were old and rough. Linens and towels should be upgraded to allow for more comfort to the guests.

Sonia was very easy to communicate with prior and during our stay. She is genuinely concerned that you enjoy your stay and her flat. The flat is spacious and we were very comfortable there with our 10 & 11 year old grandkids. The location to the tube and to many shops and restaurants made it very easy to get around. Beautiful flat in South Kensington

We had a wonderful time staying at Sonia's lovely flat. The garden out front was beautiful and the house was full of light. We loved the location and talking with Sonia about all the things to do nearby. Thank you again!

Great location and property!

This was a great stay for our family - two adults, two teens, and a pre-teen. The three bedrooms were great, and the two twin beds allowed all of the kids to have their own bed. Two showers were also helpful in getting everyone ready in the morning. The washing machine and drying rack made doing laundry easy. The kitchen was well-appointed, though we didn't do any cooking as there are plenty of restaurants nearby. In terms of location, the tube stop is a short, easy walk. With three underground lines at the stop, we rarely had to change trains to get to the popular tourist areas. Sonia, the host, was easy to communicate with ahead of our stay. She met us when we arrived at the property and gave us a thorough and very friendly orientation. We didn't have any issues during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location

Great apartment in a great location. And Sonia was the perfect host. She allowed us to check in a little early and even supplied some food essentials to get us started for the week. The property is right next to the Tube and there are plenty of restaurant options in the area. Would definitely book again. Thanks Sonia!

Wonderful Spot!

Easy check in, Sonia gave us great direction from the Tube to her place. She provided us with a mall amount of food and beverages to get us through the first night. Place is in a great location to explore all of London. Would look here first on our next visit!

Great place, great location

We stayed for five days, parents and adult kids. Was a terrific location and the home was a perfect place to come home to after a long day. You can get anywhere easily from South Kensington tube station which is just down the street. Would definitely stay again.

Fabulous location

Absolutely perfect, close to the South Kensington Station and within walking distance of sights and shopping. Sonia is the perfect host, even provided some basic staples, wine and fruit to get us started. Good room set out for the family with kids in separate rooms and 2 showers. Perfect location

Comfortable and homey, perfect location for our party of 3 adults and 2 teens. Very short walk to tube station, museums, restaurants. The neighborhood was lovely. Sonia kindly allowed us to check in a bit early and had stocked some basic groceries that got our vacation off to a great start, which was much appreciated. We all found the beds to be comfortable and hardly ever needed to use the heating units even though it was a chilly week November. All amenities functioned as described, we had everything we needed!

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It is in a great location to explore London. Sonia has bread, milk, juice etc for us which was wonderful. The beds are somewhat uncomfortable but otherwise a great option.

Sunlight spacious and near everything

The three bedrooms worked well for our family. The living, dining and kitchen we’re comfortable and provided all we needed. Bathrooms sunlights added light to the rest of the home. We were very close to the underground for trips within and outside London. You can hear the underground from the home but back windows were double to dampen the sound. Lots of great places to eat nearby and groceries were very accessible. Sonia and Andrea were were great about communicating and helping with our stay. We really enjoyed our stay and were out and about everyday with so much to see!

Location, Location, Location!

Great location near South Kensington tube station. Beautiful neighborhood with great dining, shopping, and close proximity to the museums, Knightbridge, Hyde park, Fulham road. Our host, Sonia, was there to meet us and very helpful with anything we needed. We love London and hope to return.

Good location, Comfortable Stay

The location couldn't be better. The home was very comfortable and the kitchen was pre-stocked with fresh fruit and milk in the fridge. I will be staying here again (if available) on my next visit to London....
