Pleasant stay

Comfortable Apartment in a super convenient location close to the beaches and old Antibes. Spacious terrace to relax on. Close to buses and a reasonable distance from the train stations. Would not hesitate to recommend this apartment and it is even better than shown in the photographs. We highly recommended this apartment.

Just perfect

For us this was a perfect place to stay for 2 weeks. Superb,well equipped apartment with a very pretty garden in a quiet residential area. Only a very short walk to a perfect beach with plenty of facilities. Five minute drive to Antibes old town. 10 minute drive along the coast to Cap d Antibes, &Juan le Pain, 20 minutes to Cannes. For us, just perfect.

Nice and spacious apartment close to the beach

My wife, our little doggie and I spent three wonderful weeks in this apartment in Juan les Pins, a quiet and well organised residential suburb of Antibes. The apartment is not one of the typical “for guests only” holiday flats. Instead it is the “deuxième chez moi” of the Paris-based landlord, who lives here part of the year. Hence, the furnishing reflects the (excellent) personal taste of the owner, showing itself in a very nice asian-style furnishing with genuine carpets etc. Being a “second chez moi” for the owner, the apartment is also considerably more spacious than the typical tiny and crammed “four tourist use only” holiday apartments. While the apartment itself is already very nice, its biggest asset is certainly the nice, big patio, which is well protected by a fence and a hedge, so our doggie could roam around freely, without us having to watch her all the time. Behind the house is a reserved parking for each apartment, so parking is not a problem. The gate to the parking is a bit narrow, so access can be a bit tricky for a big car, but for our BMW X1 it was not a problem. We really enjoyed and love this apartment and would therefore like to rent it again sometime next year.

Gemütliches Appartement mit Terrasse in schöner Lage

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Lage ist wunderbar, es war sehr friedlich obwohl so stadtnah gelegen. Die Terrasse hat morgens viel Sonne, die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, Strand, Antibes und ein schöner kleiner Park sind füßläufig schnell erreichbar, mit dem Fahrrad kann man tolle Ausflüge machen und bei vielen Supermärkten einkaufen. Die Kommunikation hat gut funktioniert, einen Parkplatz gibt es im Hof hinter dem Haus.

Wir hatten drei schöne Wochen im Appartment von M. Javellaud, sehr nahe am Strand. Während der Mittagshitze konnte man wunderbar auf der herrlichen und schön gepflegten Terrasse entspannen. Alles vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht.

Perfekte Erholung!

Die große und gemütliche Wohnung in Antibes hat unseren Urlaub perfekt gemacht. Wir (Familie mit zwei Jugendlichen) haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen. Fußläufig erreicht man in ca. 20 Minuten sowohl die Altstadt von Antibes als auch das Zentrum von Juan les Pins. Zum Strand sind es 5 Minuten. Trotz der Nähe ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine große Terrasse. Jeden Morgen und jeden Abend haben wir unser Frühstück bzw. Abendessen dort genossen. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man im Urlaub benötigt (Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher etc.) Die Betten sind sehr gemütlich, Parkplatz ist im Hof verfügbar. Die Vermietung der Wohnung erfolgt über eine Immobilienagentur. Der zuständige Mitarbeiter war stets sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Kommunikation mit ihm sowohl vor als auch nach dem Urlaub verlief vorbildlich und sehr zügig. Jede Anfrage wurde sofort beantwortet. Die Übergabe der Schlüssel vor Ort hat prima funktioniert. Die Unterkunft können wir 100 prozentig weiterempfehlen. Vielen herzlichen Dank an Herrn Javellaud für den tollen Aufenthalt! Familie K. aus Wiesbaden

Agréable appartement , bien tenu, proche de la plage, dans lequel rien ne manque. Grande terrasse et jardin bien cloturé, appréciable pour personnes avec enfants ou animaux. Le quartier est très calme ainsi que l'appartement. Bon contact avec le propriétaire et avec l'agence. Bonnes vacances !
