Duplex apartment in the heart of Paris between Louvre and Royal Palace

Ideally located in the heart of Paris, charming apartment, on TWO FLOORS very quiet and very bright: 6th floor with elevator. 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds and one bedroom with 1 single bed. IMPORTANT: The apartment cannot accommodate more than 4 people. It is also not recommended for families with children. The staircase leading upstairs is not suitable for young children. Finally, the neighbors being attached to the tranquility of this very quiet building, we cannot allow ourselves to accommodate groups likely to make too much noise. The apartment will therefore be in the same way not recommended for adults likely to "party"! A BIG THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING. 2 steps from the house: The Louvre, the Royal Palace, Beaubourg, rue St-Honoré, rue de Rivoli, the new Canopée Forum des Halles center (all the major retail chains). 15 minutes on foot: Opéra, the Marais, Saint Michel district, Notre Dame, the Champs-Elysées. Without forgetting to 5 minutes the charming and lively district of Montorgeuil with its pedestrian streets and its restaurants and brasseries. Apartment surrounded by all Metro and RER stations to go to the Eiffel Tower, the Château de Versailles. WELCOME !

Perfect location

The apartment was beautifully situated between restaurants, access to the Metro, and walking distance to many sites we visited. The building is a quiet, charming escape from the busy day. All the basics are provided, and Daniel is very attentive to any questions or recommendations you might require. Several markets to stock up on necessities are close by. I would definitely recommend this to friends, and would stay again if I return to Paris!

Parfait

On est restée une semaine avec ma fille, mes parent nous ont rejoint pour quelques jours. Apartment lumineux, au calme avec une cuisine bien équipée. L’ascenseur a bien fonctionné. Nous avons apprécié avoir de la place et du comfort, de pouvoir marcher partout sans prendre le métro!

Perfect apartment for a short stay

Well-situated, no frills apartment with an excellent host. Terrific value, especially for a couple with young adult children. Not luxurious but has everything you need.

Exceptional host

We had a wonderful stay in Daniel’s apartment. It was important that we each had our own space so having 3 bedrooms was great. Daniel is an outstanding host. Communication was top notch throughout. It’s a humble apartment that is quiet and comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped. Stairs to upper bedrooms very tight and narrow but totally doable. Thought one bathroom would be a challenge but it really wasn’t. Extra sink upstairs came in handy. Location super convenient. Les Halles is pretty close. Definitely go there for best grocery options. That’s where we picked up the metro as well. Highly recommend, thank you Daniel!!

Exceptionnel grand appartement au coeur de Paris et pourtant hyper calme

Idéalement situé entre le Louvre et les Halles, sur les toits, appartement ancien avec son charme fou et ses quelques petits inconvénients. Très spacieux, très propre, vraiment agréable, 2 belles chambres avec de vrais lits confortables (pas des canapé-lit). Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Un havre de paix assez incroyable au vu de sa situation, pas un bruit la nuit. Notre hôte a été présent de la réservation à la fin du séjour. Merci pour l'accueil, la disponibilité et la flexibilité. Check-in hyper facile. Bref c'est sûr que nous reviendrons.

Great location!

The apartment was comfortable, clean and so easy to access restaurants, grocery stores and pharmacies. For fast easy access to any part of Paris, contact BOLT, cheaper than Taxis and you can order online on their website and they are usually there very quickly! We used them constantly because we could not walk great distances due to our age and health problems and they were so reasonable! Would rent again!

We stayed for six nights and it was perfect. The apartment was just what we wanted. The perfect size and the location was ideal. Daniel's instructions and communication were outstanding. The place was clean and felt very safe. We were there during a heat wave and the fans really helped but could have used more since it was it was on the top floor. Though all things considered the place stayed cooler than outside. I would recommend having a lounge chair or a small love seat in the dining room area. I would absolutely stay again.

Paris apartment

This apartment is in an excellent location, about a 5-7 minute walk the Les Halles Chatelet or Louvre Metro stops. Daniel was an excellent host, extremely responsive. We had an issue with a faucet and I texted him, and he came the next day and repaired it. Check-in was easy. The apartment itself is clearly a real home, and it is somewhat rustic. There is a table for eating, but there is not really a living room, so there is no sofa or lounging chairs in the common area. The master bedroom is spacious. We enjoyed the location, and towards the end of our stay discovered a cool pedestrian zone with many restaurants a few blocks away. This apartment is a good option if you want an excellent location in central Paris and are okay with a more rustic apartment in exchange for a very good price.

Amazing location, perfectly quaint

Three friends and I were lucky enough to stay at Daniel’s beautiful Parisian apartment in the 1st and couldn’t say enough good things about it. It’s situated in a really wonderful location closeby to a major metro station, cafes, shops, grocer, etc. which made for a really smooth trip. Daniel was incredibly helpful when we requested his expert guidance on navigating the city - he is a wonderful host! We definitely plan on returning one day.

Daniel is fantastic. Very responsive and helpful. Great location in Paris. Felt very secure. Apartment has a lot of charm, a bit funky but worked for us and we loved. All the resources we needed.

Marvelous stay in the heart of the city

This apartment was a short walking distance to so many excellent restaurants, 3 metro stops and RER directly to airport, and the Louvre, Centre Pompidou, and Forum Les Halles shopping area!! The host, Daniel, was quick to respond and so helpful with any little question I had. The apartment was perfect for our stay in Paris with all of the amenities that one could ever want. Highly recommend!!

Un appartement idéalement situé au centre de Paris

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille en plein centre de Paris. Tout était bien organisé: les informations étaient précises et le propriétaire était facilement joignable, agréable et réactif. La situation de l'appartement permet de visiter Paris à pied. Nous avons vu une pièce de théâtre à la Comédie française et nous avons visité Le Louvre, la Tour Eiffel, le Musée Grevin et le Musée d'Histoire Naturelle. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette location!

Our Paris home!

My family and I enjoyed this quaint Parisian flat on the top floor very much. It was walking distance to so many things. (The Louvre was a 10 minute walk.) Though it did get quite hot during the heat wave we were able to cool it down with open windows and the fans that are provided. Daniel was a great host and communicator. The place fit my husband and I on the main and our 4 children up in cozy upper level. I loved the classic courtyard location as well!

Tolle Unterkunft!

Wir haben unsere Paris-Woche sehr genossen. Die Lage der Wohnung war perfekt. Die Kommunikation mit Daniel war - vor und während des Aufenthaltes - sehr freundlich und Daniel war immer hilfsbereit. Vielen herzlichen Dank-wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Heerlijk verblijf

We waren met drie meiden van 19, 59 en 68 en hebben enorm genoten. Niet alleen van de centrale ligging, we deden veel te voet, maar ook van het charmante en zeer rustige appartement in een heerlijke buurt. De bedden en de douche waren uitstekend en qua keuken is het appartement uitstekend uitgerust. Lekker eten en drinken om de hoek wat wil een mens nog meer.

Great Location

Place worked great for our week long stay in Paris for our family including our 3 teenage daughters. Quiet, clean, easy & numerous metro stations nearby. There are a few grocery stores on the way back to the apartment from the different train stations. Daniel was a great communicator & gave great instructions on how to find the apartment the first time since Las Halles Metro Station is huge. We needed a place to sleep & regroup each day and this place worked great for our needs.

Authentic Older Paris Apartment

So charming. Owner was amazing with communication! Location was amazing. End of block had Pharmacy (extremely important during Covid to authenticate shots and get tested for flights) and Grocery Mart. Close to Metro from Airport. We own a one hundred year old house. The Apartment was so like our home it was like being home. The amenities were all clean and working. Clothes washer allowed us to pack lighter and do wash mid-week. Shower has good water pressure, if you travel in Europe you know that is not always present. Second WC available in common space allowed our family to be more efficient in the morning to start our day. A wonderful and memorable time for our family. 5+ stars.

Paris, end of August

I stayed at Daniel's apartment in the last week of August and I can confirm this apartment is ideally located in the heart of Paris and is also very quiet. So quiet that we could afford to sleep with windows open and not a single mosquito bothered us at night. Also, as noted by other visitors, it does have personality. Indeed, seeing the family pictures on the wall makes you think about the family who used to live there. Some people enjoyed the music there. I personally noticed Daniel has a lot of interesting books. We did not shop at les Halles , but rather used the metro station there on our arrival. Seeing it is too big for us, for the rest of our stay we preferred Louvre Rivoli metro station as it is less walking underground and also a very short distance to the apartment. We ate in different places around Paris, usually after long walks, but the best experience was on the nearby rue de Montorgueil. On the last evening we had the best supper at Le Rocher de Cancale. Daniel proved to be a very communicative person, although we did not meet there in person. We had missed our flight because of new Covid-related requirements, so we badly needed one more day to stay in order to get the PCR test and buy new tickets. Daniel was quick to answer and allowed us to stay one more day at a discounted rate. I am grateful for this to him. Mihai

Parfaitement adapté pour une famille avec 2 ados. A 2 pas de l'île de la Cité et du Forum des Halles. Une adresse à retenir !
