In the heart of Paris a lovely 3 room apartment. Light filled on the 3rd floor with elevator and security entrance.
Suitable for couples ,families with 2/3 chidren , or friends for having an enjoyable stay in the famous Opera/Montmartre district.
Comfortable living/dining room with sofa and seats for relaxing with heating and air condition.
The bedrooms have each one two king-size extra comfortable beds which can be single beds ,with side lamps, fans and heating .(baby cot and high chair available )
The bathroom has a full bath with a shower and washing basin and there is a separated toilet with washing basin.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a 4 ring ceramic stove ,oven ,fridge with freezer .Also toaster, coffee machine, boiler and all you need for basic cooking.

In the middle of the most visited sites of Paris ,next to bus and 4 Metro stations.
In front of the building is the entrance of the beautiful Arcades.
There are many cafes, restaurants bakeries and interesting boutiques at a few minutes walking distance.

This was a great place for my family to stay during our week in Paris. Great location that is central but not touristy. Joelle and Livio were fabulous hosts. Very flexible and communicative during our whole stay checking up on us and making sure we did t need anything. Great week in a beautiful city.

Livio and Joelle were excellent hosts. The apartment is in an excellent location for a stay in Paris. Check-in was easy and fast. Nearby are Metro stations, restaurants, markets and shopping. The apartment is very nice and clean with plenty of room. The Chartier, a classic old French restaurant since 1896 is nearby and a must go to. The world class Galleries Lafayette and La Maison Le Gourmet are a short walk, and be sure to go to the sixth floor of the Galleries Lafayette for a view of the city. You can get to all the museums easily on the nearby Metro stations. Overall, the stay there couldn’t have been better and we would stay there again on return.

Not quite what I expected. A bit outdated and be prepared to walk up and down flights of stairs unless you want to use the small scarey elevator. The apartment is in a good location with the metro, shopping, and restaurants close by. You can walk to most places in 15 to 30 minutes. The owner and cleaning staff are wonderful and very helpful.

The buildings in the heart of Paris have small elevators ,because of the big staircases , but are working fine . The neighborhood is fantastic with so many restaurants and easy reachable underground stations. Near to many touristic attractions. The apartment is very comfortable and fine for families and friends for having a wonderful vacation in Paris !

The owner had excellent communication. The location is fantastic. The apartment was very clean. I’m American and I would say the A/C was not what we were expecting. There was no venting hose for the portable A/C and it blows hot air into the apartment. We did open the tall windows and put the A/C unit in front of it., but don’t think it did much good. It was in the 90F range for our whole time in Paris and it was hard to sleep with the heat. Obviously the owners can’t do anything about the weather, but I realized the view of A/C in the USA vs EU, so Americans should just be prepared.If we come back to Paris, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

The venting hose of the AC is in place again and the apartment has also fans in every room . The city hall of Paris does not allow AC machines out of the buildings so the AC is movable in the apartments. The neighborhood is fantastic for travelers and touristic visits.

Great place and location

This is a great centrally located apartment for a couple or small family's trip to Paris. The owners are kind and responsive and the building manager lives there and was able to help us with anything we needed. We had a great time.

Lovely neighborhood very touristic , with many restaurants , cafes and near museums and biggest sales stores . Bus lines and subways stations are in a 2/3 minutes walk from the apartment . An opportunity for having an excellent vacation with family and friends .

Great Location, Excellent Hosts

We were 5 girls for a long weekend. The location was excellent, could walk to so many places and also close to multiple subway lines. The neighbourhood is lovely. The place itself was great. The only thing is that it's only 1 bathroom split over two rooms- ie. one room has the tub/shower and a sink, the other bathroom has a toilet and sink. Hosts were lovely to work with and check in/check out was super easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Charming Parisian Apartment

Our family of 4 had a lovely stay in this charming apartment! We were within a five minute walk to several metro stops, markets, cafes, and restaurants. Right across the street is the entrance to the covered passages, which was a nice option on the rainy days to get to a metro. We would definitely stay here again!

The beautiful arcades are a rare touristic attraction to stroll in and enjoy many special boutiques ,restaurants and art shops . It goes near to the famous Galleries Lafayette ,where you can see the latest fashions and admire the golden and glass colored ceilings . The Louvre Museum is at a 15 minutes walk or 8 minutes bus ride from the apartment . Awaiting your next stay .

Wonderful lively spot to visit Paris from

The apartment had everything we could need and the hosts were kind and showed us around. We were able to walk to the Seine by the Louvre in about 30 mins (going slowly and taking photos) and also easily catch metro trains to the Eiffel tower or the Sacre Coeur. Plenty of places to buy food to eat or out nearby.

Lovely stay in Paris

The apartment was lovely with very comfortable sofa and chairs to relax in. The owners were very nice and made sure that everything was fine. Rooms were large, which is an absolute plus in Paris. Enjoy it enormously

Ideal location for Paris holiday

Very easy and good contact with the owners. Beautiful Parisian apartment in fabulous central location. The street is noisy at night so take ear plugs for the front bedroom.

Lively neighborhood

My adult daughter and I stayed at this apartment for 8 days and thoroughly enjoyed the location and environs. The neighborhood was lively and vibrant with stores, shops, restaurants, bakeries, etc to meet anyone’s needs. Two metro stops were just a few blocks away. The owners were frequently in touch and always readily available.

Great apartment made for a wonderful holiday

We had a good stay- 4 adults and 1 child. The apartment is in a convenient location. The accommodations are comfortable and were just what we needed to spend quality time together as a family. In the listing I mistakenly read two bathrooms to mean two toilets; note there is one water closet with a sink and toilet and one shower room with a tub/shower combo and sink. Having a washer and dryer was a nice perk. The communication with the owners and property manager was great. We look forward to returning soon!

Delightful

We enjoyed our seven night stay. The apartment was wonderfully located and walking distance from many attractions, and so great shopping. It was perfect for my friend and me. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The front bedroom could get somewhat noisy in the evening, but nothing a pair of earplugs could not take care of. Definitely recommend this apartment.
