The apartment has just been renovated, it is brand new and is rented for the first time. It retains its traditional appearance and charming in a typical Parisian apartment (wooden beams and floors), but modern design (fully designed by an architect) makes it functional and practical. Located in the heart of the Marais, you are within walking distance of the most important museums, art galleries, restaurants and trendy boutiques. you will be one block from the Picasso Museum, an easy walk to the Place des Vosges, the Carnavalet Museum and the Pompidou Centre.
