Petit appartement très fonctionnel et bien équipé, le propriétaire est disponible par téléphone en cas de besoin.Tout est à proximité, commerces, plage et au calme, il faudrait juste un matelas plus confortable pour le grand lit.

Un séjour de 2 semaines pour notre 3eme passage et rien à redire: nous adorons toujours autant y venir, appartement idéalement situé (les pieds ds l'eau!!), propre très fonctionnel et très équipé (wifi, clim..). Nos 2 enfants (8 ans et 17 mois) ont passé d'excellentes vacances!! Encore merci au propriétaire mr fabaron d'être toujours aussi disponible pr ses locataires.

Superbe séjour!!

C’est la deuxième fois que nous venions à Narbonne Plage. La première fois toujours dans la résidence « les balcons de la Méditerranée » notre logement était trop petit et pas du tout propre... Dans le logement de monsieur Fabaron, que demandez de plus, il est parfait!! La situation idéale on voit dans la cour la mer, on a qu’une route à traverser. Le logement est fonctionnel, très très bien équipé avec la ventilation, la clim, des assiettes, des couverts... et surtout PROPRE!!! Pendant notre séjour, nous n’avons pas pris notre voiture, tout est à côté. On a une place de parking attitré et bien située. Je peux que le conseiller les yeux fermés! Vous allez avoir aucun regret et vous allez passer de merveilleuses vacances!! Pour dire nous revenons bientôt

Deuxième séjour en famille dans ce petit appartement conforme à la description et tout confort. Propriétaire à l'écoute et disponible. Nous avons apprécié le nouvel équipement dans la cuisine. Un petit bémol pour la chambre 2 pers dont le confort sonore reste à améliorer.

L'appartement à proximité de la mer est bien conforme au descriptif, il est agréable de trouver des produits d'entretien, ėpicerie et autres. Lors de l'arrivée il est appréciable de rencontrer les prorietaires. Cependant, il est regrettable, que pendant les 15 jours passés dans cet appartement dépourvu de fenêtre, la ventilation mécanique était en panne, impossible d'aérer WC-Douche, cuisine. Dommage que ce soit après notre séjour que ce problème ait été résolu !

Le loueur est tres serieux et vous apportera tte les informations dont vous aurez besoins, l'endroit est paisibbbble et ideal pour une famille, l'appartement est fonctionnel et dispose de beaucoup pour repondre aux besoins, 4 * car pas de fenetre dans la chambre et n'ai pas adapte a un nourisson, oblige de laisser le bebe dans le salon car la chambre est trop petite pour acceuillir le.lit parap voila sinon allez y vois passerez de bonne vacance

Nous sommes de nouveau très satisfaits par ce second séjour dans un appartement confortable et à deux pas de la plage. Les équipements offrent tout le confort nécessaire pour passer de bons moments au calme, mais avec toutes les commodités à proximité. Le propriétaire est en plus disponible et sympathique !
