Very nice I’ve stayed at Perdio Sun for 30 plus Summers but the pool here and beach where every bit as good or better. My family enjoyed the stay very much.

The condo is in such a perfect location. So close to get to the water with kids. The mattresses are a bit old and lumpy, and wish there were more towels, but it didn’t affect our stay. Mark was wonderful to work with, it’s very close to grocery store and some restaurants. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Beautiful location. Steps from the beach. The pool on the property is fantastic which was good for the days the beach was not suitable for the babies. We had three grandkids 15 mos, 2 and 12 years old along with our grown children. What a wonderful week!

This place was exactly what we needed! Our two sons with their families joined us, making a total of 6 adults and 3 small children. The view was beautiful (lots of windows to see the dolphins in the morning), and the layout worked out perfectly for us. We loved every minute of our stay!

Very clean. Quiet area. Had a little trouble finding the correct building entry door, however once we figured that out it was completely smooth sailing for the entirety stay. Beach access was great. This was a girls trip with all adults but I would absolutely rent the same unit with my kids.

Perdido Key is an absolute must visit. The beaches were clean and the ocean was warm and fairly calm. We even seen pods of dolphins. The building (Perdido Towers) was average. The property was clean and had a decent pool area. The condo was comfortable for us (family of 8). We will likely visit the area again.

Floor to ceiling windows in the common space makes for an amazing view of the beach. Easy access to pool and parking area from the condo can’t be beat.

Beautiful views, convenient location

We loved the condo and the location. Beautiful view of the gulf. The owners were very nice and always helpful. We had a wonderful time.

We had a great time. It was a shame there were only two of us as we certainly had room for a lot more! Next time we'll get some friends or family to come along. Parking was so convenient. Being on the first floor and parking right outside is great!

Fun in the Sun

Had a great time. Great access to Beach. Close to Restaurants and Outdoor Activities. Only issue was construction was going on at time of visit. Made Parking a little difficult but they worked with everyone to accommodate the issue. Did not have access to upper balcony for half of stay due to construction but access to lower balcony the whole time. Staff was friendly and available anytime to assist with anything needed.

Family vacation

Everything was great the rooms the pool and the beach was excellent it very crowded !! The only thing that I can is There was not enough towels and wash cloths in the condo so we had to wash a lot !! 10 people !!

Enjoyable Stay

We recently stayed in this Townhouse in Perdido Key and was impressed by the home. We were all very comfortable while there, and truly enjoyed our views of the beach and ocean, especially the dolphins. Our little granddaughter thoroughly enjoyed watching those! It made the trip more enjoyable for everyone by being right there on the beach with easy access to the water, as well as the pool as jellyfish were a bit of a problem while we were there. We really liked the area, not as busy and more quiet and laid back. It was a restful and fun week for us all! Thank you Mark & Patience for letting us use your home - we will recommend it to others!

Perfect!

Everything was perfect! The condo was great, check in and check out were so easy, right on the beach, right by the pool and close to everything. We had the best time. The view from the condo was amazing! We loved that it was a short walk to the pool and the beach. So convenient to be able to rent chairs and umbrellas right there on the beach. The little entry way was so convenient to lay all your stuff when going to and coming from the beach. Groceries, restuarants and activities were all a short drive. We would definitley stay again! It was the perfect place to make wonderful memories! Thank you!

No frills, no hassle & beautiful views

If a designer decorated, Sferra sheet clad bed and condo is what you are looking for, this is not it. But, if a wonderful clean complex, beautiful view and ample room is needed… this is a great place. The owners are a dream to work with, the unit is easy in/out, the beach is probably the closest walk we have had to a unit. All great things. The kitchen could use a few more pots & pans, wine glasses and a few things but we managed. The master closet being a locked-off owners closet is not ideal, and hope they rethink that maybe for their guests. But all in all, a no frills/no hassle, nothing fancy stay at the beach. We loved it.

Not the Taj Mahal, but comfortable

We booked this condo after researching if canopies could be used on the beach only to be confronted by condo owners about using a canopy. I read the HOA rules left for us in the condo and there is no rule about canopies on the beach. There are posts on the property about no canopies but we were not prepared to pay for chairs and umbrellas for 6 of us. This put an unfortunate stain on our trip. The condo is clean and nice. Some drawers and more hanging space in the bedrooms would be nice especially in the downstairs king bedroom. Would I rent it again? Probably not. The kitchen is definitely a one person kitchen, the stove top has a broken corner. The property just needs some love.

I am sorry you did not contact us. We would have made sure your stay was a 5 star instead of a 4 star if you had. Unfortunately, a renter before you broke the edge and we were assured it didn’t effect anything and would be safe until we could get a new one in. You can ask any of our previous renters we always fix things immediately- this condo is our home away from home and we take it personal. We never spoke with you in regards to canopies and if we had we could have solved that problem for you. In regards to the kitchen size in over ten years you are the first person to feel that way about our kitchen. My family has had thanksgiving there several years and loved the space being there together. Once again we are just sorry you never contacted us.

Very pretty view

The scenery is beautiful. There are some updates that need to be made in the townhome, itself. Many broken items, including small air hockey table and toys. Area by games needs straightened. Couches were stained. I would definitely rent again because these things do not bother me, but may other renters. Also, when we got there, there was sand all over the floors and pieces of bacon. Again, I can clean, so it didn’t bother me too much. The electric went out several times while we were there. The owner stated that this was something new, so I wouldn’t be too concerned. We wanted to stay on the beach and that is what we got. The views were stunning. I wish the weather was better, but we did have a couple good days. With these updates and some good cleaning, this place would be amazing!!

Perfect location

A great place right on the beach and just down the road from FloraBama bar and grill. Very convenient being on ground level and plenty of room for a family.

Nice get away!

It was a nice home away from home! Plenty of room for the 9 people that went. Comfortable beds to sleep on and beautiful view! The only issue we had was we had to really pull on the door for it to shut! So with 3 kids a lot of time it didn’t get shut and we always had to go back to check it!
