This large luxurious villa is perfectly locate in Empuriabrava being both close to the beach and shops and restaurants but giving privacy and peace in its secluded location. It has recently been completely refurbished to a very high quality giving todays travelers the standars and luxury they now expect . The Villa has every amenity you require from Air Conditioning , English Satellite TV to internet access and Wifi through out. The Villa has beautiful terraces and garden areas and is completely walled so creating a large safe and secure area for children to play in. With its large 8m X 4m pool it creates a fabulous private and peaceful environnement to enjoy your Holiday. We take great pleasure in ensuring that all of our Guests need are catered for and our Guests can just relax and enjoy our beautiful location on the Costa Brava.
Accomodation . Air conditioning and Heating cost are included in the price . The Villa is fabulous for Children and the Elderly althrough Supervision would be required for Non swimmers within the pool area. Wifi is available through out the Villa . The family's best friends their pets are most welcome. The Villa is fully alarmed.
Accessibility : The Villa has one double bedroom with a private bathroom on the ground floor which is ideal for elderly relatives or any who has restriced mobility. The gardens and terraces have wide pathed areas allowing ease of access through out.

Wir hatten im Vorfeld schon ein paar Fragen die uns immer sehr zeitnah beantwortet wurdenEig. sollten wir die Villa ab 16 Uhr haben.wir durften allerdings schon um 10 rein,als wir ankamen und vorwitzen waren.die Villa war einfach ein Traum. Alles sehr schön und vor allem sauber. Sehr schöner, sauberer Pool. Der Poolmann kam 2mal in der woche.wir bekamenAlles erklärt und gezeigt, wurden gefragt ob noch fehle.....Es war wirklich so toll wie beschrieben.Wir waren alle sehr zufrieden.Sollten wir wieder einen Familienurlaub mit unsren Erwachsenen Kindern und unserem bis dahin geborenen Enkelchen machen werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder versuchen diese Villa zu bekommen

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus, tolle Gastgeber, sehr gerne wieder!

Toller Empfang, sehr sympathische und herzliche Gastgeberin, wunderschön gelegenes Haus, ruhig, schöner Garten, toller Pool! WM, Grill, top ausgestattete Küche, tolle Nasszonen, grosszügig, hell, alles sehr sauber, begehbarer Kleiderschrank ;-) Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche, in der wir uns um nichts kümmern mussten! Es hätte noch einen riesigen TV, den unsere Kids einmal benutzten und eine Stereoanlage. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, mit dem Auto sehr gut erreichbar, relativ grosses Grundstück, viel Privatsphäre, alles in Kürze erreichbar. Sehr sehr gerne wieder, es war toll!

Wir hatten einen superschönen Urlaub. Das Haus ist perfekt für mehrere Personen und Hund. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Pool ist das Highlight in dem wunderschönen angelegten Garten. Danke an unsere Vermieterin Signora Irene. Sie ist immer ansprechbar und sofort da, wenn man etwas braucht. Strand, Geschäfte und Restaurants sind alle zu Fuß erreichbar. Würden es jeder Zeit wieder buchen.

Sehr schöne Villa.

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub, der Pool ist großartig und für die Kinder, das beste nach dem Strand. Die Gegend ist sehr schön, der Strand ist Zufuß in zehn Minuten erreichbar und ist sehr sauber. Wer mit einem großen Hund anreisen möchte,sollte bedenken das zum Gassi gehen auch so im Schnitt 5 bis 10 Minuten Fußweg benötigt wird.

Fabulous Villa

Lovely, spacious villa, very well tended, large garden area- both very secure. The Villa is in a quiet residential area on a small street surrounded by other villas. It's an easy walk to shops, restaurants and beach of Empuriabrava. There are numerous supermarkets in the area. The Villa more than lived up to expectations. The pool was very clean and checked twice during the week we were there. We made use of the bbq and the outdoor terrace area was ideal for family meals. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with everything you could need -although only one shelf in the oven is a bit limiting when the Villa sleeps 8-10 people. There were ample large and small towels for our use. We had a wonderful time (6 adults 2 children). The house has a comfortable, homely feel. As the Parents/Grandparents we had the large master bedroom with its walk in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom!! Really lovely! The other bedrooms have plentiful storage and are nicely decorated. On our arrival day, Irene met us at the house as planned and was happy to be contacted should the need have arisen.

Mr Hubert, en réponse à votre écrit, si vous lisez le contrat de location de ma villa que je vous avez envoyéle 5 mai 2017, il y a très clairement écrit que le nettoyage final / laverie est de 100.-€ + la taxe touristique de 0,45.-€ par nuité pour personne majeure de 16 ans. Cette taxe je ne vous l'ai pas demandée ni encaissée. Dire que ma villa n'ai pas intime, ma villa à tous les details meubles equipement qui sont dans le descriptif, le seuf point est que pendant votre séjour il a plu chaque jour et vous n'avez pas pu profiter de la piscine et des journées ensoleillées Domage peut être à une prochaine visite. Cela fait 2 ans que nous louons cette superbe villa auprès de sa propriétaire Irène accueillante et toujours disponible pour un séjour de rêve. Nous y restons maintenant fidèles. Villa très agréable, impeccable, très bien équipée ménage très bien fait des l arrivée. Irene sait vous mettre a l aise des le début du séjour. Parfaite hôte vous pouvez compter sur elle en cas de besoin. . a l Année prochaine malika

Wunderschönes, sehr sauberes Haus mit TOP Ausstattung

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt, im Haus fehlt es an nichts - sogar Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind inklusive. Die Küche ist prima ausgestattet, die Betten bequem, alles bestens. Die Betreuung durch Irène vorort war sehr herzlich. Vielen Dank!

Schöner Urlaub

Zwei Personen, kleiner Hund für zwei Wochen -tolle Unterkunft, sogar mit Alarmanlage und kompletter Ausstattung. Die Vermieterin super freundlich und immer erreichbar. Das einzig Störende war die defekte Terrassentüre, welche aber nach uns gerichtet wird. Sehr zum empfehlen.

Schöner Urlaub

Wir hatten für zwei Wochen einen herrlichen Urlaub mit allem Komfort, sogar Alarmanlage war vorhanden. Einzig störend war die Terrassentüre, die sich von innen nicht sperren ließ, wir mussten immer das Gitter zuziehen.

Fantastic

The villa was exactly as described but on arrival it was better. Very clean and well appointed, only down side was not enough microwave/oven cooking containers or trays. There were plenty of towels provided. The villa and grounds were well maintained. Irene the owner was very friendly and accommodating. We had driven over several days to get to villa and stayed in a local hotel over night so Irene allowed us to go earlier to villa than stated arrival time. There was a welcome pack of milk, water, wine etc provided which was a nice extra touch. It is walking distance to the beach shops and numerous good restaurants. The villa and pool are very child friendly, we had 2 young grandchildren with us who loved the pool and an older one who appreciated the wifi connection. Irene speaks English well, as we do not speak Spanish this was good. I would highly recommend a stay at this property. However we did have a problem trying to explain to Irene (who had gone away herself for a few days) or her manager who does not speak English that the sprinkler system came on at 1430 instead of in the night. This did however prove entertaining when my daughter set her friend up when she was sunbathing on the grass and didn't know!!!
