Our little villa is situated in the heart of Paradise Coast, in panoramic position on the sea; directly from the garden You may reach the little bays.
Home has no steps outside and inside and this is making it unique in Costa Paradiso!
The pool , built in 2021, completes the proprierty and allows to fully enjoy the sun even when the wind blows on the seaside !! The particular furniture, the large garden surrondings the house , the quiet context giving also the possibility to satisfy the needs of 'dinamic' guests, makes it a good starting point to discover North Sardinia. Nuragic sites, greedy breaks and wines itineraries enrich the offer. Moreover, being situated into a protect park ,it gives You the opportunity of enjoy unexpected naturalistic scenaries!

Bed /bath and table linen are NOT PROVIDED AND IT'S FORBIDDEN TO SLEEP WITHOUT LINEN . IT'S POSSIBLE TO RENT IT .
The chimney IS NOT WORKING , FIRE INTO THE CHIMNEY IS FORBIDDEN . In case of usage try , I will be forced to debit all the eventual damages . Eventual personal damages won't be recognized .

It was beautiful

the holiday in this house was absolutely fantastic. the house is wonderful, the view from the terrace is absolutly beautiful and Vivian is very nice and always approachable. we enjoyed it very much.

Perfect stay

The flat is lovely: even better than on the photos! We had a wonderful stay and missed nothing. As you can see the view is gloriously! We walked to the beaches whenever we wanted since they are just a few minutes away by foot. The flat is very tidy and lovely decorated.

A great place in a stunning area

We had a wonderful time in this great house.You already can enjoy the view over the sea in the morning from the bedroom so as from the livingroom and have the choice of the more wind sheltered terrace in the back or the front one with the roof.Although we were there in late October,we had sunshine nearly every day and enjoyed to go swimming in the cristal clear water.Li Cossi is beautiful.Only the most of the restaurants at Costa Paradiso are closed then,but the supermarket is open and in the kitchen you find everything for preparing dinner.There are a lot of books and games so as informations about the area.A special highlight is the small way in the garden that leads to the stony bay.We did that walk every morning.We definitly can recommend this house!We enjoyed it very much.

Well Located, Comfortable Villa & Very Helpful Owner

We loved our week long stay at the charming La Merla. Vivi was so helpful with all the arrangements and very kindly sent us maps and other helpful information in advance as well as calling to see if we arrived OK and at the end if all was well. The cottage is very well situated being just a few hundred metres from the sea with easy access from the garden to the coastal path down to the coves and a short drive from Li Cossi beach and the development's shops. We loved exploring the beauty of the red rocked coves within Costa Paradiso and the beaches nearby. Sunsets on the terrace were a particularly beautiful experience. We spent a day at the Sporting Centre where we enjoyed use of the pool for 5 euros a person and had a wonderful time at the Fantasy Water Park at La Isola Rossa. Most evenings we cooked dinner and just enjoyed the view but we had a good value take away pizza one evening from Da Comita and a delicious seafood dinner at La Maya. We would definitely recommend La Merla as a well situated, comfortable villa rental with a very helpful and responsible owner.

Das Haus mit dem Blick auf das Meer und dem Pool ist wundervoll !! Die zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad sind großzügig und durch das Wohnzimmer voneinander getrennt. Der Kontakt zu Viviana war sehr herzlich. Sie ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin.

Oase der Ruhe

Ich, mein Partner und unserer Hund waren dort für 9 Nächte. Wir suchten Ruhe und Entspannung und genau das haben wir dort auch gefunden. Der Check-In, Check-Out sowie der gesamte Kontakt mit Viviana der Gastgeberin war sehr nett und auch sehr fürsorglich. Vielen lieben Dank! Das Objekt war sehr sauber und genau wie auf den Bildern. Einfach traumhaft! Auch für unseren Hund war die Anlage perfekt. Der private Garten war komplett eingezäunt und somit konnte unserer Hund auch die Freizeit und die Sonnenstunden am Pool ohne Leine genießen. Wir sagen danke für den tollen Urlaub und kommen sicher wieder! Diana, Bernhard und Diego

Wundervolle Lage inmitten der Costa Paradiso mit fantastischer Aussicht

Wir haben unsere Reise sehr genossen. Die Costa Paradiso ist einfach fantastisch. Man erreicht eine tolle Badebucht (zum schnorcheln, klares Wasser) über das Grundstück zum Meer. Auch der nächste Sandtrand ist fußläufig (15-20 Minuten) erreichbar, wenn man mit Höhenmetern kein Problem hat. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Inklusive W-Lan. Nur sollte man das Stromnetz nicht überlasten. Bei gleichzeitiger Nutzung der Waschmaschine und des Backofens wird der Vermieteren per Monitoring eine Überlastung angezeigt, welche wohl auch zu Stromausfällen führen kann. Was uns jedoch Gott sei Dank nicht passiert ist. Aber jedoch gut zu wissen.

Beim Schließen der Fensterläden eines Zimmers, haben wir vergessen auf einer Seite die Stifte in den Rahmen zu schieben, sodass sie sich nicht mehr öffnen ließen. Da der Schlüssel sich aber gar nicht drehen ließ, dachten wir, dass wir vielleicht gar nicht den passenden Schlüssel dazu haben. Wir haben uns nicht viel dabei gedacht und haben die Läden einfach geschlossen gelassen, da man durch die Fenster ja trotzdem lüften konnte. Dass die Fensterläden„kaputt“ sind haben wir aber ausgeschlossen. Die Brandstelle am Gasherd haben wir gar nicht gesehen. Die Vermieterin hat uns Fotos geschickt und ich war überrascht, dass das so passieren konnte. Wir haben ein paar wenige Male Pasta gekocht, nicht lange und nicht viel. Den Herd haben wir (wie alles andere auch) jeden Tag sauber gehalten. Den Müll haben wir definitiv nicht im Haus gelassen. Wir haben ihn jeden Tag getrennt und zur Sammelstelle gefahren, am Abreisetag mehrere Tüten. Generell entsteht mit dem Text der Vermieterin der Eindruck, dass wir unmögliche Mieter gewesen seien. Aber wir haben alles sauber gehalten und keinen Müll hinterlassen. Wir haben eine Flasche Wein und eine Packung Kaffee zurückgelassen und gehofft Nachmieter, Vermieterin oder Putzfrau freuen sich darüber. Wir bedauern es, dass das anfänglich gute Verhältnis so gelitten hat und wir das Ende unseres Urlaubs in schlechter Erinnerung behalten werden. Die Vermieterin hat pauschal 300€ von unserer Kreditkarte belastet, ohne eine Rechnung des Handwerkers fü

Vacances de rêve

Une semaine absolument géniale dans une maison parfaitement équipée. La vue est incroyable avec les spectacles des couchers de soleil justes magiques. Tout est fait pour se sentir parfaitement bien dans ce lieu. La piscine est super, belle et très propre. Les petites criques sont superbes, idéales pour le snorkeling. Un immense merci à Vivi qui été très arrangeante et disponible. Elle nous a parfaitement guidés et donnés d’excellents conseils. Nous regrettons d’avoir réservé qu’une semaine et avons vraiment hâte d’y retourner l’été prochain!

Une vue de rêve, au calme, séjour idyllique

Se lever et se coucher avec une belle vue sur l'océan, dans une nature préservée . La maison de Vivi est très jolie dans le style méditerranéen, ornée de jolies pierres de façade rouges. Le jardin est soigné, agrémenté de plantes aromatiques telles que du romarin, du thym et de belles fleurs bleues et rouges. La maison est très bien équipée et joliment décorée. C'est un havre de paix que nous ne voulions plus quitter. Nous garderons un souvenir ému des couchers de soleil d'une beauté incroyable!

La Merla - mein Paradies

Ich habe die Zeit auf Sardinien genutzt, um zu arbeiten und zu relaxen. 14 Tage hatte ich von Terrasse aus einen für immer in meinen Gedanken bleibenden Blick auf das Mittelmeer. Mein Hund hat die Küste geliebt, das Springen von Stein zu Stein, das Baden im glasklarem Wasser. Uns beiden fiel die Abreise mehr als schwer. Wir werden wiederkommen.

tolle Ferienwohnung mit klasse Aussicht

Unser Aufenthalt in Vivianas Haus war sehr schön. Das Haus ist für eine 4-Köpfige Familie sehr gut geeignet. Der Pool ist klasse und die Aussicht wunderschön. Auch die Gegend drum herum hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Vivianna hat uns prima betreut und war immer für uns erreichbar. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Haus mit Aussicht

Sehr schönes Haus mit traumhafter Aussicht. Mit Hund sehr geeignet. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Für eine Woche ok

Gute Lage, schöner Blick aufs Meer. Obwohl wir die ersten Gäste dieses Jahr waren, mussten wir leider nach der Ankunft 2 Std. das Haus säubern. Die Schränke im Bad waren voll mit Badutensilien von früheren Gästen. Da das Haus von den Gastgebern als Sommerhaus benutzt wird befanden sich (zu) viele private Gegenstände in den Schränken. Ansonsten war alles ok. Es war alles vorhanden was man benötigt.

Ahahahah, that's funny and incredible, at the same time !!! Uwe arrived on 26/5/23 , had lunch on the teak table without table cloth or american towels . No mention about "having cleaned" home. On the 27 (Saturday Morning h 8, got a call) they blew up the Electricity Meter having too many appliances on. No mention about " having cleaned" home. On the 28 i got a message : the bath had problems . Sent a man, that costed me euro 50, he sent some pics with the clogged pipe and what caused the desease : sanitary wipes thrown into the wc. I said this to Uwe intimating to stop the wrong habit. No mention about "having cleaned" home. On June 1st they left home saying they found some Sand in the living room on arrival, the coffee machine not clean and mess in the bathroom cabinet. I asked "why didn't you told me immediately ? Normally if there's something wrong i'm immediately advised. " Uwe Is a lucky guy as i didn' t debited the plumbing costs ! But for sure i can't suggest to rent home to Uwe !!

Einfach ein kleines Paradies

Wir hatten ein tolle Woche in La Merla. Es ist alles eigentlich noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Wir haben die Ruhe und den Pool so sehr genossen und vermissen ihn schon. Wir wären gerne wieder dort. Danke Vivi für das schöne Haus.
