The property was just as pictured minus the bar stools. A little outdated, but the property was clean, along with the grounds. It's in a very convenient location for walking to the mall, beach, stores and restaurants.

We loved the location of this condo as it was close to down town but not so close you get as much noise. Walking distance to lots of yummy restaurants/food carts.

Great experience, can’t wait to stay again!

Check in was smooth and easy, management were very friendly and accommodating. The unit was modern, clean, spacious and very accommodating to all the needs of myself and family members. Location couldn’t have been any better, close waking distance to all food, entertainment and beaches. I have no complaints and can’t wait to stay again.

Great stay in a spacious and nicely designed condo

My family enjoyed our stay. The condo is very clean, spacious, with plenty of amenities. The location isn’t great - very close to shops and restaurants. Property managers - Byron and James were very helpful and responded promptly to any questions or requests.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good Location but a lot of noise from the street and neighbor’s barking dogs. Beds were very comfortable. Walls are very scuffed and they definitely need a new coat of paint. Bathroom fan was practically clogged with dust. Some coasters would come in handy for all the moisture coming off from cold beverages. There was an adequate amount of kitchen supplies. The blue chairs are not comfortable for shorter people. Bedroom ceiling light fixtures and the light in the kitchen area need brighter bulbs.

Family trip to Oahu

My family of six stayed for three nights. The property was clean and very well equipped (beach towels, beach chairs, used the laundry machine several times). Met all of our needs for a long weekend stay in Waikiki. Easy walking distance to everything. Only complaint was odor in hallway leading to condo (not the actual condo itself, seemed to be coming from the trash chute). A small convenience store is located directly below Aloha towers for any last minute grocery items or things we forgot to bring which was nice. We rented a minivan and parking was tight but definitely doable and nice to have in the city.

The condo was updated and the layout was good.The second bathroom was ideal having 2 teenagers. The recreation area was great. Nice pool, lounging area and individual grilling areas. The location was easy walking distance to many things. The condo also had a couple of beach chairs to use. We would stay here again.

Overall it was a great place. Would I stay again, probably not, but here are the pros: Location is great if you want shopping, places to eat and coffee. We needed 2 rooms and bathrooms so this was perfect. Having a washer and dryer was useful. Bed was comfortable which was pleasant as exhaustion was a thing per day. Cons: The condo smells of everyone’s cooking per day so be prepared. The elevators were a daily pain as waiting for them was the first thorn then being tricked by it going up instead of down was annoying. The Wi-Fi would not work and I ended up switching off everyday. The cable (non existence of cable) making you choose a free movie to watch on repeat. My family was gone most of the day but at the end of the day to not be able to watch anything interesting was a thorn. I did end up donating many of items I felt like should have been provided as I have stayed at other tourist condos with more of a selection. The parking structure is a tight fit and if a car is coming and one is hoping it is scary, but I guess this is to be expected. We didn’t see a bug until the second to last day and it was a large unknown thing that I refused to label because I needed to believe that it was not what it looked like. All of the cons are to be expected or at least understandable for the area. But they were worth mentioning so that the next tenants are aware!

The VRBO was clean and bathrooms and kitchen updated. When we first arrived the room wasn’t ready so we had to wait 3 hours. Our parking stall was occupied by another car , so the property manager allowed us to park in a cramped stall on the first floor. The cabinet door under the kitchen sink was broken and didn’t close, a kitchen light was broken, and the Spectrum tv remote in the living room didn’t work. The A/C in the master bathroom barely worked, but it was strong in the other bedroom. Nice to have a washer and dryer in the room and free parking. Other than these issues we enjoyed our stay in room 430. The location was centrally in Waikiki and within waking distance to many stores and restaurants. We would stay there again if these issues were corrected.

It’s nice staying in a condo vs hotel

Surprised no concierge in the lobby when you walk in. there’s no one around. Lighting too dingy and dark. Condo is very nice and spacious. Shower could use slip proof strips to keep from slipping & safety, toilet seat in master bathroom kept sliding around, needs a bolt. Used the washer dryer a lot and the lint would fly out when we opened dryer door so it was all over the floor but used a vacuum to swoop it up. Overall it’s a nice stay, I have a view of the pool/garden area. I couldn’t see staying in a hotel after this.

Great location!

My family of six enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location is great! Couple blocks from many food choices and fun night atmosphere! We appreciated the free parking spot. The hallways of the condo building are a bit dim, but the condo itself was very nice and very clean. My kids enjoyed the pool. Overall, it was a great place to stay and would definitely book again!

Great stay

Very good place for families. The 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are helpful for a bigger group. The property manager, James, was very responsive. The only downside is that the a/c in the master bedroom is very weak. There is a ceiling fan that can be used to cool down the room but unfortunately my kid was scared of the fan (coz it was big). We ultimately had to switch rooms with other family members as the a/c in the other room was stronger. In ynit laundry and freee parking were very helpful as well.
