完璧に整えられ、12〜14歳の中規模のパーティーに対応する準備ができています。 これは、実際にはそよ風で区切られた2つの家で、片側には2つのベッドルーム、折りたたみ式のソファ、ダイニング、リビング、バスルーム、キッチンがあります。 反対側には、キングサイズのベッドとジェットバスとセカンドベッドルーム、バスルーム、リビングルーム、ダイニングルーム、キッチンのある専用バスルームのある大きなプライベートスイートがあります。

Needless to say I find this review surprising but it seems I get one review like this a year. So I'd love the chance to retort. We just put 100k into this property in the last year. New carpeting, sanded and refinished flooring, redid most of the countertops, new murals, new couch upstairs, new basketball hoop, new pool liner, new pool deck, regrouted everything, brand new grill, everything works, everything is super clean, yes the house is 21 years old but we work super hard on this place. I think this spring alone we had 500 hours into redoing the landscaping, driveway, gravel, bark, lawn, the list goes on and on. I mean it's OK, I understand, because so many others have left us a million great reviews and I think what happened here is people see these modern, cold, stark, white, minimalist houses on VRBO commercials and think this is what every home is but this chalet is rustic, it's cabin centric, it has tons of windows and lots of light but it's painted and decorated in a sort of hunters lodge or maybe even cigar bar or speakeasy vibe. That's just my style. I mean the pictures are there for everyone to see and the house looks exactly like the pictures so I'm not sure why someone would check in and be surprised by anything? We had 10/10s come in just before and just after so yes, this guest has a personal preference for what she likes, which is fine, but this place has never looked better IMHO. The person staying there now describes it as "stunning". I agree!

We had a fantastic stay at this property. We were two families, including three teenagers. The pool, hot tub, volleyball sand court, and basketball court were major highlights! The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The bedroom arrangements worked well for our families and the beds were very comfortable. Having an extra kitchen and plenty of TVs was a nice bonus. Everything was clean, the kitchen was well stocked with cookware, and the check-in and check-out processes went smoothly. The owner was attentive, friendly, and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.

It’s a perfect place to stay with a big group. The property itself is really big and there’s so much to do (swimming pool, hot tub, volleyball court, basketball/pickleball court) at the house itself that you can spend an entire weekend there and never have to leave. It also has a great hiking trail right across the street, a nice golf course about a mile away, and a ton of outdoor living space (large table, lots of chairs, grill, outdoor fireplaces). The house has a lot of beds but the bathroom situation takes a little planning since there’s only three that can be used and two of them are in rooms. But once you figure that out it’s all good. The owner is very nice and responsive and lives close by so can help if you have any issues. I can definitely recommend this house without reservation.

Leavenworth adventure house

We had a great time at Kelly's property. The house is perfect for a big group - with two adjoining houses so there's lot of sleeping space and privacy. The pool and outdoor space was great for some very toasty days in July. We had a great time and would highly recommend to others.

Great extended family getaway!

Perfect place for a multi-generational gathering. Location is great, variety of sleeping and gathering spaces work well for different ages & needs, and the pool & yard are fantastic! — we also loved the cozy bedding and throw blankets for chilly evenings.

I bought this place for it's possibilities. It had the perfect spot for a pool and volleyball court and it had a large garage begging for a conversion. This is essentially two homes separated by a breezeway. Each side has a Kitchen, fireplace, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Perfect for two families getting away together.
