We built our dream house in the Arizona sun and we’d like to share it with you!

Brand new gorgeous 1831 sq ft home built in april 2014 in the quiet community of Johnson Ranch with 9 foot ceilings and bright open floor plan.

This home boasts stylish 20 inch tiles all the way from the wide entrance hallway through to the beautiful fully stocked kitchen, into the dining room and cozy great room. The entertainment size kitchen has stunning granite counters with a large island and brand new stainless steel appliances, including side by side fridge with water and ice. Water is softened and filtered throughout the house.

Enjoy lounging on full size soft leather couches while you view the 46 inch flat screen tv. Included are cable, dvd player and free internet for your laptop or handheld device.

Sit and sip wine on the serene covered back patio on new Martha Stewart outdoor loveseats, relax in an anti-gravity chair, enjoy the cozy warmth of our fire pit, or grill ‘til your hearts content on the new stainless steel bbq, all in the very private back yard.

Our handsomely furnished 3 bedroom home sleeps 6 with high end king-size memory foam gel-top mattress in the master suite and quality pillow top queen beds in the other two bedrooms. All bed linens are high thread count hotel collection with hypo-allergenic mattress and pillow protectors.

Relax and watch tv in the private master suite or pop out the 8 foot tall sliding glass door for a glimpse at the sky full of stars.

At this time den is open and could accommodate any size inflatable bed.

Enjoy the winter months golfing in the sun! Nearby is a full-size par 72 golf course with great rates. There are 5 great golf courses all in close proximity. Or play a round on the free community pitch and putt course.

Just 300 meters from our front door is the Indigo Sky community pool with hot tub and park.

Close to Fry’s grocery store, Walmart, Walgreens and many great restaurants. Fantastic shopping malls just 20 minutes away.

Check out Allegiant Air and Alaskan Airlines for great airfare rates flying into Phoenix-Mesa Gateway airport approximately 20 minutes away.

Sky Harbour airport in Phoenix is approx. 50 minutes away.

Why Shelly & Rob F. chose Greater Phoenix Area

We had this home built after looking at many existing houses because the openness and design of the show home impressed us so much. We loved the tall ceilings and 8 foot front and sliding doors, the open and inviting great room floor plan, the gorgeous kitchen with granite counters and the large master suite with nicely appointed ensuite and big walk in closest. This was the house for us! We viewed step by step photos of the process of the home being built and visited a couple of times. The keys to our perfect little rancher in the valley of the sun were presented to us in April 2014. And the journey begins here :)

What makes this house unique

We love the wide entrance hall that anchors the home, with bedrooms, den and laundry off of this beautifully tiled corridor. The feeling of openness and space continues to the the lovely kitchen where you can have conversation with your guests and family as they sit at the rustic dining room table or lounge on the lovely leather sofas as you prepare a hearty home cooked meal.

We very much love the covered patio at the back of the home and one of our favourite things to do is sit and sip wine and chat as we look up at the stars in the warm Arizona night air.

The property description is exactly what it is, a beautiful home nicely decorated with a private back yard located in a nice and quiet neighborhood .A nice park with basketball courts and a heated pool a short walk from the house, anything your looking for is a short drive away. We spent a lot of our time relaxing on the back patio enjoying the Arizona weather. We are already looking forward to returning. Thank-you Shelly and Rob for sharing your home.

Outstanding Property and Owners

We stayed in this new home this past January/February 2015. It was a very comfortable winter home during these pleasant days in Arizona. The home is well-equipped and everything located within several miles. In the private backyard the stars were so many and bright with a wide-angle view. It was a quiet street with friendly neighbors and parks nearby. Our many adventure day-trips always ended by coming to our comfortable winter home. The owners are outstanding and property management was prompt and attentive when we needed them. We highly recommend this home.

Fantastic Owners and Property!

Shelly and her husband are fantastic owners! We had a last minute opportunity to visit family in San Tan Vally over Christmas and they were kind enough to let us book our stay in their home over the holiday.

This is a beautiful home, in a great location, with fantastic amenities in the surrounding community. We were only blocks from one of the community pools, and a short drive from most other needs - restaurants, drug stores, and groceries. There is even an excellent Urgent Care nearby, which we needed for one of the kids. The yard/patio is very private, the grill is large enough to cook your entire dinner, and the home is spacious and nicely furnished.

There are so many adventures to be discovered in San Tan Valley and the surrounding areas. Whether you're interested in a golf or a family vacation, there is so much to experience! For the golf enthusiasts, the abundance of golfing amenities Arizona offers is a given. For the sports enthusiasts why not take in a Cardinals, Coyotes, Suns or Diamondbacks game? There are plenty of college sports and spring training events as well.

Want to get in some great shopping? Check out Queen Creek Marketplace only minutes away, or San Tan Village in Gilbert, which offers a unique open air shopping destination featuring both trendy shops and box stores as well as many great restaurants. The weekend Mesa Market Place swap meet is also worth a visit.

Family friendly hidden gems include the hiking/biking/horse riding trails in San Tan Regional Park, Schenpf's farm which offers train rides, hay rides and misc. activities and tours of the Queen Creek Olive Mill. Visit the Gold Field Ghost Town in Apache Junction located near Superstition Mountain and tour the historic buildings, gold mine, eclectic shops and witness the live hourly gunfight shows. Go for a drive up the old Apache Trail into Tonto National Forest, take a steamboat ride on Canyon Lake, or visit the ancient Casa Grande Ruins in Coolidge.

Don't forget to spend a day in Old Town Scottsdale to enjoy all the art galleries, specialty retail, southwestern cultural attractions, dining venues that range from casual to upscale, and an extraordinary nightlife. And of course, what family trip would be complete without a visit to the Phoenix Zoo!

RENTAL RULES
1. Smoking is NOT allowed inside of the house, garage or on the premises.
2. Any other persons invited onto the property by the Guest are the sole responsibility of Guest. Persons other than those in the Guest party set forth in the rental agreement may not stay overnight at the property without prior approval from the Homeowners.
3. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Use appliances only for their intended purpose. Please do not move the furniture.
5. Pets are not allowed on the premises.
6. Parking:
Please park your vehicle(s) in the driveway and/or garage. Parking on the road between midnight and 5am is strictly prohibited by the HOA. Any illegally parked cars are subject to fines and/or towing fees which are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
7. Housekeeping:
There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the rental rate, daily maid service is not included. Laundry appliances are available for your use if needed. Please turn back used bedding before check-out. After you check out, the house cleaning service will launder used bedding and towels and will clean, sanitize and replace as required. Please check that all appliances and lighting are turned off.
8. Community Pools:
Please read and understand Rules and Policies as they apply to the local community pools in Johnson Ranch. Proper Identification and appropriate passes are required at each of the pools and are enforced by onsite monitors located inside pool compounds. If in doubt contact property owner or property manager for further clarification of procedures required to enter pool areas.
