La cocina está totalmente equipada con muchos accesorios. Hay asientos para 4 en la mesa de comedor. Hay una cama tamaño queen en la zona de alcoba. Desde su balcón privado experimentar����� vistas a la monta����a y una vista de la pradera de Oma. Los inquilinos tienen acceso a la casa club, donde se encuentra la piscina cubierta climatizada, jacuzzi y sauna; un peque�������o centro de negocios con una computadora de escritorio; un salón durante el verano y una tienda de esquí durante el invierno. Skiing vacation

Is best of best location for Skiing/snowboarding activities. Everything is to closely and we need using our car all week when we stay on the property. Thank you!

Great for two people.

This is the second time in 4 weeks we’ve stayed in this unit and both times were excellent. It’s perfect for a couple. The views from the porch are gorgeous.

The management staff was wonderful. Accommodating and helpful in every way.

Property was nice and clean. Needs a hair dryer and get closet organized. Otherwise views where espectacular, the small balcony with chairs to sit down and watch the Blue Ridge Mountains was nice. Will stay there every time I visit the area.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spent a weekend here with a friend to learn how to ski and snowboard! Location was perfect to get to the mountain and the drive to and from was pleasant and scenic(though make sure to bring a car with four wheel drive if you expect snow!) The unit was perfect for myself and a friend, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable (after our many falls on the snowboards.) Five stars!

Fresh air

Nice studio at a nice price. Never got any instructions on how to check in but at the gate one can contact the office. I suggest owner clarify the process. The view lived up to pictures and that was important. Walls a bit thin. While our neighbors were reasonable it was distracting. One night I had to wait bit to fall asleep until the “Squeeky bed” stopped upstairs. This unit had a platform bed with no sound issue! Be a great location for skiing!

Do not stay in room 10-202

This was a beautiful area with nice looking condos on the outside but the inside was not clean at all. Thankfully I found a vacuum so I could clean. We also had to get Clorox to clean the bathroom. Not only was the room dirty but there were outlets broken & you could see a hole into the bathroom ceiling light. The bed was horribly uncomfortable & the room only had 3 pillows which had shams instead of pillow cases on them. It was definitely not like the pictures online! It needs to be updated bc the stained carpet is also gross. I would not recommend staying in this unit!

High country Festivals

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We did enjoy the time at Sugar and the visiting the 2 festivals. Except at night when we were trying to sleep the neighbors were loud and rude. The property next door at 10-203 was very noisy Friday and Saturday nights until well after 1 am. People were coming and going out the doors, slamming them, talking loudly, and playing music with at least 7 people present, 3 of whom were young crying children. We could not sleep because of the noise especially when the adults were all on the deck Friday night. The deck was about 3 feet from our bed. Sunday was wonderful because they all left. The ski suites are great unless you have rude, loud neighbors. We did enjoy the Linville winery, Bella's and the Savannah oyster house. We loved the hiking at Moses cone and Linville Falls. The colors were beautiful on the blue ridge. I'm not sure what could have been done about this situation as the Management Office was closed Saturday night and Sunday.

Reviewer Comments: Resort great indoor swimming pool hot tub sauna newly renovated Sugar Mountain awesome place to visit Our condo was downhill from there Desperately needs updating which we could live with but sleeping conditions unacceptable. Wooden board built in alcove with very soft lumpy (??) mattress the sofa bed mattress had metal coils which dug into your body at every turn. Resort said they could do nothing because we rented from VRbo. So we spent 2 very expensive weeks in 10-202 our nightmare condo

A wood burning FP was in the property description This was not mentioned when we rented the unit. There was an acrid cleaning smell which we tried to air out. The dining room chairs were wobbly and the caning was broken. The carpet was absolutely filthy with multiple stains everywhere. Basics like a spatula were missing. We tried to contact the office when we arrived but the building closed early for maintainence work. We would never stay in this unit again. I expressed these concerns to the manager and was told she would contact the owner. We have gotten no response back.

July the 4th Anniversary

Very pleasant and would recommend. Blender was broken but was immediately replaced with a brand new one when we called to let them know. Internet worked great and there was no need for air conditioning when you can open the windows and balcony. If you wanna rent and ride bikes using the ski lift make sure you do Friday, Saturday, or Sunday because it's closed during the week. Very happy with our trip.

Their unit is outdated and could use a deep cleaning. It’s location to skiing, restaurants and shopping gives it appeal.

Excellent view!

The views from this little studio rental are really great. It’s an older place, so get your expectations in line with that. Overall, we were pretty happy with our stay. Had everything we needed and the mountain breeze was great at night with the windows open. The only real “complaint” we have is: the construction of the walls is... thin. So... I wouldn’t say the neighbors are really not all that noisy, but you can just hear almost every word of normal conversation from the neighbors to each side and especially all the foot traffic and toilet flushes above. It’s a nice getaway and visually pretty private, but not “audibly” private.

Nice small condo with a great view of the mountains and ski lifts.

The process was easy. Pay attention to the damage deposit. It’s really high - or you can buy damage insurance. We would rent here again.
