Non seulement l'emplacement du chalet est idéal en face de la chaîne des Drus au Mont-Blanc, mais le chalet lui-même est parfaitement équipé, tout est gardant une atmosphère de maison de famille très accueillante. Très bon contact et disponibilité de la part de la propriétaire - Merci !

Stunning

The property itself was stunning with incredible views. We especially liked the fact there was a telescope to view the mountain ranges. The only downside was the mammoth climb up, however the views definitely made it worth while.

Très bon séjour en famille à Chamonix

Le chalet est incroyable de par la vue sur le Mont Blanc, la taille, l'équipement et la décoration

C'est l deuxième fois que nous venons au chalet. Il est très tr!è bien équipé, la propriétaire est présente à l'arrivée et toujours disponible. La propreté est impeccable. La décoration savoyarde magnifique et la terrasse plein sud face au Mont Blanc est incroyable. Nos reviendront l'année prochaine.

Chamonix is magical

The Chalet was wonderful! The mountain views are spectacular from the deck off the kitchen. It has a very homey feeling, and the kitchen is well equipped to handle meal prep for large groups. Catherine, our host, was at the chalet when we arrived, and went over all the details to make our stay pleasant. She was always available to answer questions, and make recommendations. Catherine provided an extensive list of activities and restaurants before we arrived too. She was wonderful to deal with. The location of the villa is close enough to walk to Brevent ski resort. There are buses in town to transport you to the other resorts in the area. I would recommend having a car to do grocery runs, and day trips if you are not skiing every day. We had a wonderful vacation in Chamonix and we will return in the future. Thank you for everything Catherine!

Beautiful property with a charming and considerate owner

We had a fantastic stay at Catherine's charming house. As a group of six friends, we found it perfectly suited to our needs. The location is truly picturesque, incredibly quiet, and the views are simply stunning. The sauna, with its incredible mountain vista, was a particular highlight!The house is very well appointed, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches. The real wood fire created a cosy atmosphere, and we made great use of the raclette maker for some delicious evenings. The coffee machine was also a lifesaver! The ski room was useful for storage, and the boot and glove dryers were incredibly helpful for keeping our ski gear in top condition.The location was ideal for us. It’s an easy 8-minute walk to the ski lifts, and a 15-minute walk (down a relatively steep hill) into Chamonix’s town centre, where we enjoyed the bars and nightlife for our five week stay.Overall, we had a brilliant time, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Catherine's house to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-equipped stay in a beautiful location.

Magnifique chalet pour un séjour en famille

Chalet tout confort, très bien situé, avec tout le matériel nécessaire et bien plus !Nous y avons séjourné à 8, mais on peut facilement loger 12 personnes.La propriétaire est super sympa et très accueillante, elle a répondu à toutes nos questions très rapidement !

Super séjour à Chamonix

Le Chalet est très grand et tout confort dans un style savoyard. Hyper bien équipé avec une vue à couper le souffle sur le Mont-blanc. La propriétaire est absolument adorable et laisse tout à disposition pour ses locataires! C’est la première location où je me suis sentie comme chez moi en terme d’équipements! Fantastic chalet!

We stayed at this Chalet in early July. The hostess was amazing. She was so helpful and also gave us several recommendations for local restaurants. All the restaurants and bakeries were fantastic. The house was perfectly stocked- not lacking a thing. Appeared very well stocked for ski season as well! The house was extremely clean. Very walkable to everything local including two of the cable cars and great hiking trails (an uphill climb from town but not too long). The view from the back porch is breathtaking. One member of our family preferred to stay on the back porch and read while the rest of us were out and about and she was perfectly happy- I cannot reiterate enough how breathtaking the view is!! A definite gem of a home. If we visit the Chamonix area again, we will stay here!

Perfect stay in Chamonix

Stunning chalet with amazing views of the mountains - the photos don’t do it justice. The host Catherine was very responsive and gave us a detailed check-in process on arrival. A lovely chalet close to Brevent

We were a family group of 7 adults and 4 children on a skiing vacation in Chamonix. The chalet was perfect for our needs: 6 ensuite double bedrooms, parking space our cars, an excellent ski and boot room with fantastic boot and glove drying racks, a well-equipped kitchen and large communal area for apres-ski socialising. The views from the terrace of the mountains to the south (Aiguille du Midi, Mont Blanc etc.) are amazing. The little bubble sauna outside was great too, also with amazing views of the mountains. The chalet is a mostly flat 10 minute walk to the Brevent cable car (though there is a brief steep shortcut through the garden in front of the chalet at the beginning), and about 20 minutes downhill to the centre of town. By car, those times are much shorter. Our kids had daily lessons at the Savoy ESF, and we found the easiest way to get them there was by car and using the Saint Michel covered parking, for which Catherine the host very kindly provided a parking permit. Catherine is a wonderful host and was very helpful and communicative. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this chalet and would certainly come back again. Thank you Catherine!

Amazing chalet for a ski trip to Chamonix with friends

We had an incredible stay at Catherine's chalet. She was very communicative and helpful both before, during and after the trip - providing recommendations, checking in and making sure we were comfortable. We were a group of 12 adults (30+) who stayed for a ski trip in Chamonix. We all had enough room and even better, each bedroom had their own bathroom! The house was clean, clearly designed for skiiers (boot and glove warmers, mudroom, ski storage, etc) and stocked with every kitchen appliance and tool we could dream of (we have a lot of chefs in our group). She truly thought of everything - the details she included were immaculate. The chalet was a 20 min walk to town (up a hill, though, be warned!) and a 5 min drive to Brevent cable car. We never drove more than 30 mins to any mountain in Chamonix and were the same distance from Courmayeur. We really enjoyed having the living room to gather in and how it opened up to the kitchens. And just wow, the VIEWS we got from the house were incredible. We really enjoyed the sauna and patio for apres - watching the sun come down over the mountains was beautiful. We made lifelong memories in Catherine's chalet - thank you for an incredible stay!

Chalet bien exposé, vue très sympa sur les montagnes

Une semaine à chamonix durant la période covid. Nous avons pu apprécié l’espace et l’aménagement du chalet, pratique en tout point de vue. Seul l’accès et le parking sont un peu compliqué mais tout ne peut être parfait. La Proprietaire madame Chassin prend régulièrement des nouvelles de ses hôtes. On est comme à la maison. À refaire sans hésiter.

Absolute Empfehlung

Großzügige Räume bieten reichlich Platz zum Wohnen, Kochen und Schlafen. Am Esstisch finden locker 12 Personen Platz. Das Chalet ist absolut sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich nur vorstellen kann. Das Panorama auf der Terrasse ist fantastisch. Die Vermieterin Catherine ist super freundlich, hilfsbereit und konnte uns auch in Fragen zum Skilaufen in Chamonix kompetent beraten. Wir würden sofort wieder hinfahren.

Superbe vue sur le massif du Mont Blanc dans un chalet chaleureux très bien équipé

Le cadre, l'équipement, le confort sont parfaits . Le sauna avec la vue sur les aiguilles est un régal . Du centre de Chamonix , il faut être sportif et bien assuré sur ses deux pieds pour accéder au chalet . L'accueil et les attentions pour les hôtes sont très appréciables .

Vue epoustoufflante, situation pratique!

Nous étions 11, 4 adultes et 7 adolescents avec des envies différentes (ski, révisions, promenades, détente, jeux...). Malgré le manque de neige autour du chalet , Nous avons passé une excellente semaine, le chalet est très confortable, agréable à vivre, et bien équipé : des espaces privés pour tout le monde, un espace commun salon salle à manger et cuisine, le tout bien agencé et décoré, accueillant sans être trop grand. La vue sur la chaîne du mont Blanc est époustouflante, face à l’aiguille du Midi, et un très joli sauna avec la vue sur la montagne présente une véritable étape détente après les efforts physiques de la journée Le temps a été variable, par tous les temps nous avions une option agréable sur place si nous ne voulions pas partir skier ou explorer les hauteurs ! De la détente sur la terrasse au soleil à la détente au coin de feu en passant par le sauna et le baby foot! Que ce soit dans la cuisine, le salon, les salles de bains, etc tout à été pensé pour que ce soit pratique et fluide en plus d’être confortable, y compris pour sécher les affaires de ski et ranger le matériel. Le seul bémol serait la chambre au sous sol qui ne bénéficie pas de fenêtre directe sur l’extérieur mais de puits de lumière, astucieusement décorés par une fresque. Ce qui ne représente pas un grand inconvénient pour des personnes n’utilisant la chambre que pour y dormir ou des fans de baby-foot, lequel est situé juste à côté. Le chalet est très bien situe : en hauteur pour la vue, à cinq minutes à pied du télécabines du Brévent et 20 minutes à pied du centre de Chamonix. Merci à la propriétaire pour son accueil chaleureux et attentionné,

Perfect chalet !!!

It‘s been wonderful! The chalet is very cozy and has e terrace with an absolutely breathtaking view of the mountains. Chatherine, the owner, was very helpful and friendly! Wonderfull stay in super chalet

We had a awesome week with my family, 9 adults and 3 kids (age 5,3 and 5 months). Chalet was cosy and we were welcomed by Catherine even before finishing the cleaning. She did her very best from the beginning to let us feel welcome. The views are magnificent, the pictures don't do full right to all of the chalet. I would advice anyone to go visit this chalet in Chamonix. I can compare as we've rented several Chalets the last couple of years and this is great value.

Super host , great rental experience

Catherine our host could not have been more helpful. On arrival took us to collect our ski equipment and then on to the supermarket in her car. Also dropped us off at our next location at the end of the rental. The property itself is first rate , short walk to the slopes and downtown , super spacious with unbelievable views. Highly recommended.

Chamonix chalet

Fantastic chalet with breathtaking views. Very clean with lots of kitchen utensils etc Balcony well equipped with outdoor furniture which was very welcome as weather superb while we were there. Catherine - the owner- very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. Everyone ie 8 adults and 4 children thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Chamonix a fabulous place with so many outdoor activities which were enjoyed by all.

Superbe

Nous (5 adultes, 3 enfants) avons loué le chalet pour deux semaines pendant nos vacances de paques en 2015. Nous l´avons aimé tellement, comme ca, nous sommes revuenues en 2016. Le chalet est 500m de la télépherique du brévent à la meme altitude. Il est 15 minutes à pieds du centre de Chamonix, tout en face de l´Aguille du Midi avec une fantastique vue sur le Mont Blanc. Le chalet est très bien équipé (cuisine, salles de bains, literie, etc.), tout est nettoyé. Sur trois étages les 6 chambres double, chacun avec sa salle de bains, la grande table à coté de la cuisine et la salle de séjour offrent beaucoup de place pour 12 personnes. Mme Chassin, la propriétaire, nous a accueillié très cordialement et nous a donné de bons conseils. Nous avons aimé beaucoup le chalet, il ná rien manqué et on va revenir, c´est sur!
