The flat was completely renovated in early 2025.
Guests have access to a bright living room with kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with four single beds and a bathroom. It is possible to have an additional room (the third) with annexed an additional bathroom (the second) for the additional cost per night indicated under ‘House Rules’ (50,00 euros per night).
The apartment is located in a quiet area of the village, surrounded by nature. From the livingroom, the bedrooms and the garden, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the lake and the mountains. In the garden, there is a dining table with view of the lake, a barbecue, and beach chairs to sunbathe. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is free Internet access. Those looking for peace, walks and rest, is very well cared for in Cremia. There were wonderful days. Our hostess Maria was a pearl. She has devotedly looked after us. Séjour à Cremia

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Cremia en famille. Maria nous attendait à notre arrivée, elle nous a donné plein de conseils de visites pour notre semaine.La maison est située dans un petit hameau à cinq minutes en voiture au-dessus de la route principale. L’endroit est très calme, on peut descendre à la plage à pied en 20 minutes par un petit chemin ravissant. L’endroit est très bien situé pour visiter les principaux sites incontournables autour du lac, en voiture ou en bateau.La maison est très propre, bien équipée et rénovée décemment. Elle est spacieuse, il existe une petite terrasse qui permet de voir une partie du lac.Nous avons donc adoré notre semaine au bord du lac de Côme. Merci à Maria et à son mari!

Wunderbare Unterkunft, alles neu renoviert, Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Sehr schöne Gegend, nur Anfahrt zur Ferienwohnung ist etwas beschwerlich durch enge und kurvenreiche Straßen.Ansonsten war alles super!

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans l’appartement. Le jardin est agréable pour les repas. La plage de la ville est également top, pas trop de monde contrairement à d’autres sites plus touristiques. Elle est accessible à pied 20-30min) et en voiture. Le seul inconvénient pourrait être les ânes qui sont pas trop loin et qui ont fait du bruit certains matins, mais avec les boules quies on ne les entends pas. Maria est aux petits soins avec ses hôtes et c’était très agréable et reposant de séjourner chez elle. À refaire :)

Sehr schöner Urlaub am Comer See

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in dieser FeWo verbracht. Schöne Lage mit Blick auf den Comer See, FeWo war sehr groß, ruhig und sauber. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche übrig. Schöne Urlaubstage in Cremia

Wir (Familie mit zwei erwachsenen Kinder) hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in den Sommerferien in Marias Appartment in Cheis, Cremia. Maria ist eine sehr nette, hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns alles erklärt und gab uns Tipps für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung. Wir durften unser Auto und Motorrad in der Garage parken und Maria ließ ihr Auto extra draußen stehen. Das Appartment ist wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Wir saßen sehr gerne auf der Terasse (es gibt dort auch immer etwas Schatten an heißen Tagen) und genossen den Blick auf den See und die umliegenden Berge.

Ruhig und sehr schön

Die Wohnung ist oberhalb vom Lago di Como in einem ruhigen Teil des Örtchens Cremia gelegen. Hier kann man wunderbar abschalten, auch für Kinder ist genug Platz in Wohnung und Garten. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr angenehm, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Nur zu empfehlen!

Fijn appartement - helemaal naar wens

We hebben een mooie tijd gehad in een mooi appartement met daarin alles wat nodig was. Wat ons bijzonder aansprak was de tuin met het zitgedeelte, zowel overdekt als in de zon. Behulpzame gastvrouw Maria die samen met haar dochter alles goed geregeld heeft en steeds beschikbaar was voor vragen. Aanrader!

Schöner Familienurlaub

Als wir ankamen, begrüßte uns Maria sehr freundlich und gab uns reichlich Informationen über den Ort und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Auch während unseres Aufenthaltes war sie erreichbar und hat uns immer geholfen. Die Wohnung ist recht rustikal eingerichtet, was uns aber, bis auf Kleinigkeiten nicht weiter gestört hat. Der Ausblick von der Terasse ist wunderschön und man kann sich kaum satt sehen. Das Einzige für uns persönlich Störende, was aber nichts mit dem Apartment zu tun hat, ist die "wilde" Fahrt auf den Berg. (enge Straßen, viele Serpentinen)

Schöne saubere Ferienwohnung mit tollen Gastgebern

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche am Comer See. Die Ferienwohnung liegt etwas oberhalb des Sees. Man braucht zu Fuß ca. 20 Minuten bis man am Strand ist, es kann aber auch ganz in der Nähe geparkte werden. Die Wohnung ist sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und Hilfsbreite. Es ist eine für uns der schönsten Ferienwohnungen, die wir in den letzten Jahren besucht haben. Ich kann jedem nur empfehlen sich selbst ein Bild davon zu machen.

Un printemps fleuri.

Emplacement idéal pour aller admirer au printemps la floraison des parcs des villas du Lac de Côme. Location trés propre et bien équipée. Nous avons apprécié la terrasse avec vue sur le lac et le jardin. Maria, la propriètaire, est d'une extrême gentillesse. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour.

Großartige Gastfreundschaft in toller Umgebung

Wir haben in Cremia sehr schöne Urlaubstage verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben sie sehr sauber vorgefunden. Wir haben alle Mahlzeiten auf der Terrasse eingenommen, die eine sehr schöne Aussicht auf dem Comer See bietet. Der Empfang durch die Gastgeberin war sehr herzlich. Sie erwartete uns mit großzügigen Willkommensgeschenken. Sie begegnete uns mit großer Freundlichkeit und war stets hilfsbereit. Kater „Ken“ wurde uns zu einem lieben Begleiter auf der Terrasse.

Trésr agréable. Maria trés à l'écoute.Location bien située au calme conforme à la description. Une rénovation de la salle de bain est à envisager . Difficulté pour stationner 2 voitures. Cependant je conseille cette location.

Supernett und superruhig

Wir kommen gerade von zwei wirklich schönen Wochen Urlaub in Cheis wieder. Schon die Begrüßung durch Maria war sehr freundlich, zugewandt und informativ. Die Wohnung war sauber, ordentlich und vollständig ausgestattet. Auch wenn das Bad alt ist, hat doch alles gut funktioniert. Ein Highlight ist die Terrasse, von der man einen wunderbaren Blick auf den See hat. Wir können das Apartment also wärmstens empfehlen. Hier noch ein Tipp: die Bar am Strand von Cremia (LoScalo) ist superschön, die Cocktails richtig lecker und die Location an sich ein Traum. Unbedingt hingehen!

Rustige rustieke woning met prachtig uitzicht op het meer en de bergen

Prima bedden, vriendelijke en behulpzame gastvrouw Het mooie huis staat vlakbij een oud en pittoresk bergdorpje, maar binnen 10 minuten ben je aan het meer met de auto Zeer aan te bevelen, we komen graag nog een keer terug bij Maria!
