Beautiful place and beautiful hosts

We had fantastic time staying at this beautiful apartment at Scopello. The place is very nice and comfortable, with parking space, the location is unbeatable (ocean view, short walk to scopello center, super market. restaurants...) and the hosts are super nice, helpful and could not do enough for us. We had rental car problem, and the hosts (Daniele & Mari) spent 6 hours contacting rental company (we do not speak Italian), getting towing service to tow the car, driving us to airport (50 minutes away) to get a new rental car. We could not image how we could handle the situation without their help. Thank you, Daniele and Mari! Thank you, Guilia (owner's daughter) for all your help on communication. Thank you, Francesco (owner) for the yummy dessert and help on wine tasting information. Thank you!

"For those who have never...

"For those who have never been to Sicily there are at least three wonderful surprises waiting if you choose to stay near the charming village of Scopello: 1) the island itself, a paradise that will stun even the most traveled cynic, 2) the wonderful apartment Villa Lidia with a fabulous vista overlooking the sea, and 3) getting to meet the owners and their families. We lived in the apartment for two incredible weeks and never left western Sicily. It has all the amenities for a couple or a family with children. It is clean, well-appointed and delightfully landscaped. The owners are extremely helpful and will acquaint you with the apartment, the village and the surrounding area upon arrival. We traveled easily to Segesta, Selinunte, Mozia, Marsala, Trapani, Palermo, Castellammare del Golfo, Erice and the Riserva dello Zingaro. Some of the best times were spent just sitting on the porch or on the rooftop terrace with a glass of wine. We can''t wait to return."

Sistemazione ideale.

Difficile dire cosa colpisce di più di questa sistemazione. La terrazza vista mare, al mattino presto, regala un paesaggio meraviglioso. Gli spazi esterni garantiscono, per la loro diversa esposizione, di poter consumare la colazione o il pranzo all’ombra. Le docce esterne ci hanno aiutato a gestire meglio i tempi essendo la nostra famiglia composta da 5 persone. La casa, dotata di tutte le comodità, è molto pulita e accessoriata. Ma soprattutto è in un luogo magnifico. A piedi, in dieci minuti, si arriva alla Tonnara di Scopello, in pochi minuti d’auto alla Riserva dello Zingaro e nelle bellissime spiagge della zona. Con poco più di mezz’ora d’auto si arriva a San Vito lo Capo, alle saline di Trapani, a Palermo, Segesta e molte delle bellezze siciliane. Infine Francesco è un ottimo cicerone, offre indicazioni e suggerimenti utili. Difficile dimenticare questi posti.

Vacanza bellissima....

La Sicilia......che non avevamo mai visitato ....incantati....da tale bellezza.....una bellissima a Scopello casa dove tornare riposarci e mangiare con una veranda favolosa....con una vista mozzafiato.....i proprietari...Daniele e Francesco .....persone squisite...ospitali..........grazie....e spero a presto.....

casa dolce casa

Che dire la casa e' molto confortevole e quando dico confortevole vuol dire che non manca proprio nulla !! Pulizia eccellente e arredamenti praticamente nuovi. La posizione e' davvero giusta , a due passi dal centro di Scopello e vicino ai mari più belli. Avrete già letto altre recensioni fin troppo buone ma è così....e' una chicca ! La cosa più bella ? Farsi la doccia in giardino guardando il mareeeeee .... Vista pazzesca!! Gentilissimi e molto disponibili anche i proprietari , davvero . Speriamo di tornarci presto.
