The location is perfect—an easy 8-minute walk to the beach and steps from restaurants, supermarkets, and the town center in San Vito lo Capo. The house itself was spotless, comfortable, and located in a lovely, quiet neighbourhood.A huge thanks to our wonderful host, who was incredibly flexible, supportive, and kept communication quick and easy. Nice in San Vito Lo Capo

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der sehr gepflegten Unterkunft. Es gab einen Balkon zum gemeinsamen Essen und eine Etage höher eine hübsche Dachterasse mit einem schönen Ausblick aufs Meer und die Berge. Die Lage ruhig und in wenigen Minuten im Stadtkern und am Meer. Direkt am Ende der Straße eine tolle Bäckerei. Wir waren sehr zu frieden und können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen. Vielen Dank!

Perfetto

Siamo stati accolti da Enrico in modo accogliente e professionale. Appartamento praticamente nuovo, in ordine e con tutti i conforto necessari, da vivere all'interno ed all'esterno. E situato in un quartiere tranquillo, fuori dalla movida serale ma a 5 min dal centro e 10 dalla spiaggia. Nelle strette vicinanze un panificio, una pasticceria, una pescheria ed un supermercato ed a 5 min tutto il resto. Da ripetere.

Calme et proche de la plage, du centre et des commerces

L'appartement est propre et confortable. Il est proche du centre-ville, à 2 minutes à pied notamment d'un petit supermarché, et à 10/15 minutes à pied de la plage. Le stationnement pour une voiture est très facile devant l'appartement (en plein mois d'août) avec le pass remis par le propriétaire. Le logement bénéficie d'une loggia où on peut manger (plutôt le matin et le soir lorsqu'il fait moins chaud en été), ainsi qu'une grande terrasse en toiture avec transats. Nous avons séjourné dans cette location deux semaines fin juillet-début août 2022 (un couple avec deux enfants de 7 et 10 ans), et nous y reviendrons volontiers.

Wohnung mit absolutem Wohlfühlkarakter

Wir waren im September für 9 Tage in der Wohnung von Enrice. Schon als wir die Wohnung betraten haben wir uns wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles noch ziemlich neu und sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Direkt neben der Küche ist die kleine Terrasse, auf der wir immer gefrühstückt haben. Aber der absolute Knaller ist die Dachterrasse, sie ist sehr groß und auch teilweise mit einem Sonnenschutz überdacht. Von dort aus hat man einen 360 Grad Rundumblick auf das Meer und die Berge. Es gibt 4 Liegestühle, einen Tisch mit 4 Stühlen und eine Lounge dort. Die Wohnung ist ca. 500 Meter vom Strand mit türkisfarbenen Wasser entfernt und gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Gleich um die Ecke fährt aber auch ein kostenloser Shuttlebus zum Strand, den wir aber nicht benutzt haben. Generell liegt die Wohnung schön ruhig aber auch sehr zentral zu den Geschäften für eine Selbstverpflegung. Ein toller Bäcker ist gerade mal ein paar Schritte von der Wohnung entfernt. Er hat nicht nur leckere Brötchen sondern auch Getränke, Lasagne, Pizza usw. Gerade mal 100 Meter weiter ist dann ein guter Supermarkt, Fischmarkt, Gemüse/Obsthändler und ein Imbiss wo man alle möglichen italienischen Köstlichkeiten einkaufen und dann in der Wohnung noch mal warm machen. Im Vorfeld hat uns Enrico alle Fragen die wir hatten schnellsten Beantwortet. Sein Bruder Claudio spricht sehr gut englisch und ist auch bei dem Check in und Check out der Wohnung dabei. Beide sind sehr nett und gastfreundlich und wir möchten uns gerne hier nochmal bei ihnen bedanken. Wir waren direkt traurig als unsere 9 Tage vorüber waren und kommen auf jeden Fall noch einmal zurück.
