Michael and his wife are excellent hosts. The property had everything I needed and it is beautiful, clean and cozy. There is plenty to do in the area. I will stay here again. The hosts communication was excellent.

The space was clean and the host was responsive. The location is really close to the train station which made getting around town easy. The concierge people were very kind and pleasant. Felt safe the entirety of my stay

Michael and Irina were lovely hosts and super attentive to any issues that arose, they explained everything thoroughly and the rental was a smooth experience overall

Location is PERFECT for anyone looking to visit some of the biggest attractions in Atlanta. Host was very accommodating and communicated quickly before and during our stay.

Excellent communication from the host. The condo was an easy walk to all the buildings of the Merchandise Mart. The building was safe and quiet and had a 24 hour concierge. I’d definitely stay there again when visiting Atlanta.

Overall, the stay was decent. The location was definitely a plus close to everything, especially the stadium, which made getting around easy. The space itself was clean and had a nice setup for a short stay. However, I didn’t enjoy the experience as much as I expected. It wasn’t bad, just didn’t fully meet the vibe or comfort I was hoping for. With a few improvements, it could be a much better stay. I still appreciate the host’s hospitality

A great stay

Had a really enjoyable stay here. The room was very organized and clean. Check in was very easy as well. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone contemplating it.

I truly wanted to write positively about this property since the owner was very helpful but I have to be honest so that others understand what they are getting into. Let me first start by saying the owner did communicate well and kindly let us enter upon our flight arrival. Now unfortunately the bad part. Upon arrival there were so many unhoused people laying all over the front steps it unnerved me to go in. They will approach you. And they will not move from the steps for you to get in, you have to go around them. After going through the lobby and getting on the elevator you begin to realize how old this building is. There is a damp musty smell. The unit it self was okay at first site but the the living room pillows were stained and the ottoman too. The bed felt like someone broke the frame straight down the center and you can feel the springs in the mattress. The bathroom was just yuck and if you took a shower the water condensed on the ceiling and drips on you. Not to leave out there was rust and only one knob worked. Blinds were broken and smoke alarm hanging from the ceiling in attached. I did reach out to the owners about the blinds and alarm but there was just so much to address. At one point in the lobby there was a yelling altercation between a drunk resident and a unhoused woman at which the concierge who was helping a women check in got up and began yelling himself and a man with paint on his face wearing a sheet on his head and high. Only plus is proximity.
