「この小さくて居心地の良い25㎡の巣は、歴史的なマレ地区の中心、有名な市庁舎広場とレヴォージュのすぐ近くにあります。
2010年9月に完全に改装され、注意深く装飾され、モダンな便利さ、食器洗い機、洗濯乾燥機、外国チャンネル付きテレビ、DVDプレーヤー、WIFIインターネット接続が備わっています。
このスタジオには、2つの非常に良質のベッドがあります。
きれいなメザニンの上に、豪華で厚手の2人掛けマットレス
階下、非常に広々としたシングルベッドに変換可能な現代的なソファ。
この禁煙のスタジオは、非常に高い天井のあるマレの典型的な古い建物の1階にあります。

Great location. Perfect place for one or two people. Has all the amenities needed. Very clean. Paul comes in person to meet you at check in time to give the keys and show you around the apartment. He is very easy to communicate with. It is the second time l rented from Paul and would do so again.

We were really pleased. But do be ready for the apartment as described — you need to be game for the ladder to the small comfy loft bed area. And probably bring earplugs if you don’t enjoy all night bar chatter from across the way. We didn’t mind it, made us feel vicariously young —but be ready for a lotta nighttime noise. The host was super accommodating to our specific request to drop off luggage early and responsive to questions. We loved it.

Superb location right in the centre of the city. I walked everywhere and got a real feel for the layout. Planned mornings north of the river, afternoons south nipping back to the appartment for a rest in between.

Nice little place

The place meets the requirements to stay in a good area for the cost. If you have mobility issues, the loft sleeping area may be a challange. Everything else is acceptable.The area felt safe had and all the amenities.

Christmas Trip

We ended a two week Christmas market trip with a 5 day stay in Paris at this location. It was in a great area and was just right for the two of us. Paul was very helpful meeting us on location for check in and gave us a quick tour. We would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyable stay

Pros: It was clean and comfortable, especially the mattress. Location is convenient to many things. Had everything we needed. Check-in, check-out process was easy. Cons:The bar across the street is loud until the early morning hours. At one point the water was shut off and I messaged the host but he never replied. Fortunately, it was back on by the morning, but that was very concerning.

Fabulous location

We loved the location as it is so easy to get to the subway or walk to town . The facilities were good and the bed ok although it may get pretty hot in the summer . No TV .A couple of flights of stairs but well lit .The place was getting fixed on the outside so it was covered in scaffolding and mesh so no view . Big of a shame but the rest made up for it . Good value for money .

Great stay!

We had a great stay at Paul’s apartment! It is in a great location and has everything you need to spend some time in Paris. The only thing missing was a microwave, but it wasn’t very important for us so it was totally ok. I would highly recommend this apartment!

Great value stay in perfect location

We loved our stay in the Marais. The loft style bed was very comfortable and we had no issues with street noise despite the bar across the street. Area is great to shop and dine like a local (not touristy) and super close to the Hotel de Villa and Chatelet metro stations. Would return!
