This home is in a nice neighborhood outside of Taos aand the ammenities available were nice, including the community pool and the private hot tub. We were concerned about the "swamp cooler" air conditioning, but it kept the home comfortable during the day and very cool at night. The rental property accommodated our family's needs and was well stocked and was clean. Renters should pay attention to the layout of bedrooms and bathrooms as the Master Bedroom does have two of the bathrooms with showers.We were unable to get the television in the living room to connect to the internet. In fact, upon arrival, we had to request assistance in connecting to the internet as the information provided in the e-mail we received and in the book at the house was incorrect. Apparently, the network name and password had recently changed and had not been updated. Throughout the stay, there were multipe power outages which required resetting the router. The only reliable place to access the internet was in the bedroom with the router and even there, the access was not consistent enough to work remotely on every day of the stay.Multiple times througout the stay we did not have water. There were 2-3 times duriing each day that water stopped flowing, including around 10:00 pm each night. After 15-30 minutes, water would resume flowing.
