Perfect Location

Whether it was sunrise or sunset, every moment here was a visual treat. The rooms are generously sized, allowing for a sense of freedom and relaxation. What truly set this place apart was the amazing views with the spacious, clean, and comfortable living space. Our stay was nothing short of extraordinary. This place is a rare gem. Jerome is a wonderful host, and very helpful. Highly recommended!

Quiet, Safe, and Secluded with Great Views!

We stayed in Casa Islaya for a week in June 2016 for our anniversary. We loved that it was in a gated community and we had a private entrance with a gate. The view from the terrace is incredible and I loved having breakfast al fresco every morning. The bedroom features air conditioning and is extremely quiet. There was work being done on a unit next door, and we never heard the workers while the doors were closed. It's very close to beaches, and a great supermarket in the town of Marigot. Jerome, the owner, lives on site and was very helpful with our questions and helping us find things to see and do.

"Séjour très agréable dans cette belle propriété au calme. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et saura vous conseiller pour sortir. L''environnement est luxuriant et 2 plages à quelques minutes en voiture. Les 2 plages sont quasi-desertes. La piscine et le jacuzzi sont à partager avec une autre location du même propriétaire. "
