Located in the forest beach area 2 1/2 blocks to the beach. This is an end unit on a cul-de-sac. This property features a brick-lined gated patio space to enjoy the outdoors. This condo features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. There is a King in the master, a Queen in the second bedroom, and 2 Twins in the 3rd bedroom. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There is an on-site pool and several amenities within walking distance. Coligny plaza is 1/2 mile which features shops, restaurants, and nightly activities. Forest Beach is not a gated community, and offers miles of sandy beaches and fun for all ages. Hilton Head Beach Club has remodeled this condo with a fun beach feel. The kitchen has been updated and equipped with everything you will need for your family to enjoy your beach vacation. The master bedroom is on the first floor and the 2 guest bedrooms are upstairs. This private location is perfect for relaxing, come and enjoy!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great Location. Had a nice supply of beach stuff (chairs, umbrellas, a cart). Kitchen supplies could use some love only one rack in oven, coffeemaker rusty, not a lot of silverware for number of people it sleeps). Internet is very bad- if you need to do work, it was very difficult to get and stay on line and the tv would frequently cut to the circle of death. Pool conveniently located to unit.

Location is great and an easy walk to the beach. However, the smell of pets is very noticeable and the black mold is awful. The carpet is DISGUSTING at the least it should be professionally cleaned. Both bathroom sinks drained very slowly. My son had fixed the one upstairs and someone was sent over to fix the downstairs tub. An Allen wrench should be available to fix the dining room chairs. Several cockroaches on the first floor one was the side of our palm hand and was climbing up the wall. The upstairs bed cover had spots which looked like previous blood stains. Should be darkening blind in the twin bedroom upstairs since the sun rises on the front of the house and unless you have eye covers good luck in getting any sleep. This place needs a deep clean, get rid of the mold and either rip the carpet out and put laminate flooring or spend the money to get the carpets professionally deep cleaned.

Check in and out/price: Wonderful check in and out process and very reasonably priced. Our family was very happy overall with the unit for the price. Thank you Seashore!Cleaning: The unit was overall very clean and we felt like we had a good bit of what we needed for a 7 night stay. One thing: The carpet was very worn and mostly clean, it just needs to be replaced. The unit could use some fixture refreshing (lights and shower knobs, sink fixtures) but everything worked great for us.Packing: If you do stay here, bring ALL kitchen and laundry cleaning stuff you need. If you cook bring spices as we could not find any. Basic kitchen tools provided. Some bathroom cleaning supplies provided. TP and paper towels and basic soap are there. Trash bags provided. Beach toys and chairs provided.Does it look like it looks online?: Compared to the pictures I would say this is very on point-there are a couple of missing wrought iron chairs on the main level right now but it wasn't an issue for us. Lots of patio space and a very nice area! Pool area is very cute but we didn't use it as we went to the beach almost every day.I know this is picky, this is just the kind of stuff I like to know before staying in a place. Very good overall. Very close to Sea Pines and South Beach and Coligny. We felt very close to everything while there! I would stay in the complex again.

Great location

We stayed at this condo for a week and loved it!! It's a great size and has everything you would need. It's also in a perfect location near the beach, lots of restaurants, and shopping. We would absolutely stay here again!

We definitely enjoyed our stay at this property. Easy check in check out process and good communication. Clean and ready when promised. Easy walk to beach. We loved our credit with VayK Life that helped us out with bike rentals for the family which was a HUGE hit all week with the kids. Only wish there was a bigger pool but that is not a deal breaker for us. Would stay again!

Would stay here again!

Perfect little spot with all the necessities. Our little ones loved playing on the closed in patio! Check in and out was super easy and it’s just a short walk to the beach that we could easily do with our two 3yr olds. Pool is right there as well!

Great location

Location was the best. Walk to beach and shops. The place did need a deep clean. The outdoor patio was not usable as it was covered with leaves. The layout was very cunfortable.

Great Location

Location was great and Hilton Head is great. Can walk to the beach and all the shops and restaurants. Place wasn’t as clean as I thought was expecting. Not sure if the kitchen was even swept. Place smells a little musty. Could also use some upgrading. Fridge also leaks. Overall we had a fun trip.

3 bedroom rental gets the job done

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a nice week in Hilton Head! The rental is about a 10 minute walk to the beach, which feels much longer when towing a beach cart and walking in dry sand. The unit smelled musty when we arrived but Seashore Vacations brought us an ozone generator right away when I told them about the smell. The courtyard is really nice for storing beach gear and for kids to play in.

Close to the beach

A nice end unit condo with 2 stories. The unit was a little outdated and the beds could have been better. Overall the unit was exactly what we wanted. Close to the beach, playground and shopping. I would stay again without hesitation. It also came with a voucher to rent bikes which was great !

Location was great. Parking was ok. Unit would not cool down enough upstairs. Upstairs shower needs work, shower curtain was moldy, patio nice but needs a clean up.

Thank you for your review! We are happy to hear you enjoyed your stay. We are beginning to schedule our post-summer deep cleans and Hilton Head Beach Club 23 will be receiving one very soon! After a long summer filled with many guests, our units begin to show some wear around late July/August. We will make sure to have a deep clean done. Also, the owners are planning on performing some upgrades this fall such as new TV's, new carpet, fresh paint, and a few other upgrades to improve the unit!

3 BR Near Beach

The unit was not clean as we would have liked. The bathroom doors were small and would not accommodate our granddaughter's wheelchair. The patio door in the family area needs some work to prevent it slipping off track. The location was great. Coligny Beach, Coligny Plaza and Plantation Cafe were all in close proximity to the unit. We had an enjoyable stay.
