直接アクセスできる下の小石のビーチ。 家は、フィウメラッテの中心から800m、ヴァレンナから2kmです。 所有者は、必要に応じていつでも利用できます。

House was spotless, kitchen had everything needed! Hosts were very kind and helpful! Went out of their way to help us when stranded on Sunday, no taxi available.We did not have a car. Their home is so lovingly taken care of and has a perfect view for tranquility beauty! Grazie Mille Marco and Daniella!

Absolutely spectacular stay! The hosts are extremely helpful, communicative and kind. We felt right at home and they helped us to navigate successfully a medical issue that happened to occur while we were traveling to Varenna. They literally saved the rest of our trip because of their help getting my husband into a doctor. The property is immaculate, spotlessly clean and well appointed. The views are stunning and second to none. The private beach access was wonderful for our teenage sons- they loved being able to play in the lake. We would rate this property more than 5 stars if we could and will definitely recommend to anyone we know traveling to Varenna!

This property is amazing! My wife and I spent 3 nights here and it was a great spot for home base. Just a few minutes from Varenna, which is a ferry ride from everywhere. We spent much of our time in Varenna because we loved it so much. This apartment has beach access which we used to swim in the lake everyday. The garden and outside seating were so peaceful, with beautiful views of the lake. The kitchen was well equipped and the whole apartment was ideally stocked for your every need. Also, the garage downstairs for parking was very nice to have. I cannot say enough about how great Marco and his wife were. Very responsive and helpful the whole time. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful Lake Como escape!

Host and accommodations were amazing!! The views and location was perfect and we feel better than any hotel in the area. We truly had a great time at this property and enjoyed the views without having to drive to another location on the lake. It was clean, updated, and a special place.

Our family of five enjoyed our short time in this beautiful rental. The location is great, the views are fantastic, and the apartment amenities are wonderful. Great place to enjoy waterfront Lake Como

The place is as pictured and we loved it very much. Great views and great Patio. Bathrooms and kitchens were all full updated. Host was extremely accommodating.

Beautiful large apartment overlooking Lake Como, with a garden patio and private beach - lovely vistas from every room. Our host Marco was very helpful. The walk from Fumelatte to Varenna was best along the “Greenway.” We highly recommend this peaceful place!

Fabulous stay at an incredible home! Marco and Daniela have a beautiful home that they take great care in maintaining. The home has gorgeous views of the lake. The sunroom and garden are perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing and the house is decorated beautifully with super comfortable beds. Varenna is only a short 5 minute drive away. Highly recommend, you will love it!!

It was the perfect stay, after driving around Switzerland for several weeks, this apartment offered everything that you just dont get staying in town (Varenna), with onsite parking in a large garage, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, full kitchen and sunroom. The terrace was my favorite feature. With views straight across the lake to Bellagio, Menaggio and Varenna. We stayed 4 nights and loved our time here.

The apartment was beyond our expectations & although it rained heavily for a couple of days, this was the place to stay inside, due to the changeable views. Very serene & tranquil with a magnificent panorama of Bellagio & Menaggio. Loved it immensely, including the gift basket. Marco’s son, Giacomo was very helpful.

The House is Beautiful but the Hosts are the Best!

Lake Como getaway

First time to the Lake District and we fell in love with the views and and the accommodations. Outdoor area is truly wonderful so is the kitchen and dining areas! We stayed a week and really enjoyed the area with lots to do
