Coquina Beach Club 110 est un studio spacieux de 550 pieds carrés avec vue sur la piscine et la plage. Ce condo a un accès immédiat à la plage, descendre nos escaliers, à travers le parking et sur notre plage privée. Notre piscine est chauffée, notre plage est spectaculaire! Notre complexe propose des salons de plage tous les jours. Ce studio peut accueillir 2 personnes dans un lit escamotable Queen avec un matelas en mousse à mémoire de forme Serta et un canapé-lit ajouté pour les invités qui passent la nuit. Nous avons une télévision HD 42 ", Wi-Fi, une laveuse / sécheuse, lecteur CD, terrasse meublée et une bibliothèque de films. Nous sommes à distance de marche des bars de plage, des magasins, des restaurants et de la jetée de pêche historique. Deux adultes, non-fumeur, sans animaux. Nous sommes à deux pas du bord des vagues, ce propriétaire ne facture pas le nettoyage.

Perfect location!

Great little place for two with heated pool and short walk to beach. Close to Bridge Street and tons of places to eat and drink. We hope to return next year.

Perfect for a 2 person getaway

Janet was very helpful and informational about what to do and see while on the island. The island was beautiful, there was plenty to do and see while also having a gorgeous beach to relax at right outside of the condo.

Amazing place!

This is my multiple booking with Coquina Beach condos, this stay was by far the best! Accommodations were perfect! Clean, new sheets & comforter was waiting, umbrellas, chairs, etc! Highly recommend! Perfect last trip before my daughter leaves for college! Location is great, beach steps from doorstep! Safe, clean, & amazing host!

Great Getaway

This was the perfect getaway. Easy access to restaurants, trolley stop and of course the beautiful beach! Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Dr. Janet and her partner gave us great recommendations on things to do and where to eat. It was great to meet them. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation.

The property I located on the most beautiful beach and everything you need is there. The property poolis very low key and private. The host was more that accommodating! We arrived very late and the host made sure we had everything we needed to start the week.

AMI Gem

This studio is perfect for easy beach access, jumping on the free island trolley and relaxing on the patio. The kitchen is set up for making your own meals. The Murphy bed was super comfortable. My only suggestion would be to add a couple more pillows for the bed. We will definitely be back.

Thanks, there are 6 extra pillows in the W/D closet with extra blankets and comforters, I am sorry you missed them. From now on I will have the housekeeper leave 4 of our large Sealy Memory Foam Pillows out on the window seat. Do come again! We were very comfortable. The beach is beautiful. A great sunset every night. We enjoyed the balcony for breakfast. There are more dishes and pots than we needed. We would have preferred less stuff and more cabinet and storage space

We appreciate the time you took to review our unit. Our unit is fully equipped because many of our guests, who stay for a month or more, entertain family and friends while staying on the beach, just as I do. I do not understand how fewer pots, pans, dishes, and glasses would have given you more storage space, my unit is a studio, it has 2 full clothes closets, and six bureau drawers, and a window seat, plenty of storage for 2 - 4 guests.

Perfect for a couple

Dr. JC met us at the condo with the keys and some great island insider info. “Very gracious host” whom we now consider a friend.... everything was as advertised..... The beach and island was more than we could have ever expected, and now consider it our home away from home. To sum all this up, AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!!!!!

Perfect beach experience

Such an amazing experience!! The property was super clean and our owners were amazing!! The best communication from any VRBO we have used. I can't recommend this place enough! My wife and I flew down for the week, no need for a car, as the island has so many options for travel. Restaurants are just a short walk from the room. The room was in perfect condition, with all the amenities you will need. Additionally, the bed was very comfortable. We hope to visit again soon.

Excellent Couples Getaway

First, the owner was great to work with. Met us at the property to personally check us in and give us a tour of the property and all it's amenities. Everything you could possibly need is already there. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated with a brand new comfortable sofa. I was concerned about the comfort of a Murphy bed, but it was very comfortable. Located in a great spot right on the beach, it is close to Everything and right on the free trolley line. Great property for a couples getaway, and the sunsets are incredibly beautiful!

Perfect Location Getaway

The property was literally steps away from the ocean with a balcony that offered not only a view of the ocean but a private area for dining in the evening. Upon arrival, Janet met us to ensure that her condo was in perfect shape which was not expected. In addition, she spent additional time telling us of some of her favorite spots and areas of attraction on the island! That was priceless! We cannot thank her enough for sharing her lovely place with us, we enjoyed it thoroughly and will definitely plan a trip next year! See you then!

Great location- poor bed

This is a budget property, located well and all was as stated except for the bed. We could barely walk upon rising each morning and took several days after leaving for our bodies to straighten out.. Suggest you bring bath soap. No dishwasher.

The murphy bed mattress is a new gel memory foam mattress, it was selected because it is highly rated for comfort, but some guests prefer hard-extra firm and dislike memory foam. As for the snarky remark about this studio being a budget property, there are several other coquina beach club luxury units open at $600 - $750 per day. The dishwasher comment was not necessary because guests know what options are available prior to booking a unit.

Location and Host top notch

Great location, this place in on the beach, a nice beach too. The place was clean, and well appointed. The host thought of a lot of things you may need and provided them (towels, umbrella, chairs, noodles, books, etc.). Pool is real nice too. Host is available anytime via phone, text or email and provided good suggestions. Location is great too. The island and beaches are top notch. One of our best trips ever. The host and the condo were a large part of that!!! Thanks Dr. Janet!!!

We have every amenity including a washer/dryer, furnished sundeck, and a 42' HD TV. Our pool is heated, our beach is 7 miles long. We DO NOT HAVE A DISHWASHER DUE TO A LACK OF SPACE.
