Fourwinds 201 is a 2nd floor 2 bedroom 2 bath corner unit. The unit has currently went under major renovations. All flooring has been removed and new 12 x 24 porcelain wood tile planks have been laid throughout the unit. The condo also boast beautiful exotic granite counter-tops and back splashes in kitchen and both bathrooms. Freshly painted through-out along with mounted flat screen TVs in living and all bedrooms, new bedding, pub- style dining table, saddle bar stools, new Ashley sofa and accessories.
The master bedroom has a new king 2-sided Carlton Plush Memory Foam lumbar pad mattress and the 2nd bedroom has a queen size Carlton Plush as well. In addition, the bedrooms have low profile platform beds and there is a brand new Whirlpool washer and dryer that was installed in November 2014. The hall bunks have new mattress also and are made for children making the unit sleep 4 adults and 2 children comfortably.

-one free round of golf for one adult a day;

Great location, but......
The unit itself and the location were fabulous. The only reason this did not get 5 stars was because the cleaning was a bit sketchy. There were things left under both beds from previous guests - bobby pins, hair bands, I don't know what else, because I didn't want to find out. I would have gladly swept them up and disposed of, but there was no broom in the unit. Which I found a bit strange, because you always need to sweep up sand when you're at the beach no matter how careful you are. Therefore, I broke out my clorox wipes and did a scrub down of all the hard surfaces, because it led me to believe that everything else was not as clean as it should have been.
The walls are a bit thin, we could here the group in the condo next to ours running up and down the hall early in the morning. We could hear the people above us scraping and moving chairs around at all hours of the day and night. Just a note to let you know that you may hear noise. I do agree with another guest that the ac in does not flow well to the front/master bedroom. It felt 10 degrees warmer in there than the rest of the unit.
Also, the dishes, pans and such in a kitchen were lacking. There was only one spatula to flip things and it was metal, so that does not bode well for the non-stick coated pans. I don't believe there were any baking pans/sheets other than one muffin tin and a pizza pan. I made do, but no deeper dishes for cooking baked goods. I don't know if those items just happened to be missing or what, but it made cooking a little challenging. Usually, I have a better stocked kitchen when renting through VRBO. It wasn't worth calling the property manager during our stay, but should be noted for future guests.
Our guests are very important to us and when a complaint is made we do our best to address any issues that our guests may have. All properties are individually owned and due to heavy rentals owner upgrades and inventory replacement are typically done after the busy summer season unless it’s reported that items are needed and we immediately have the items delivered. Our housekeeping department is dedicated to excellence but we are aware that mistakes can be made and we encourage our guests to report any issues that they may have so that we may send a team to re clean any items missed or address any complaints. We’re sorry that you weren’t completely satisfied with your property and hope that you’ll allow us to try and correct any issues in the future. We’d also like to note that the air conditioning ducts have been re-routed to the master bedroom.
#201 was a great condo!
Everything for a fun stay. The only drawback was the air conditioning in the main bedroom was inadequate. The ceiling fan and an oscillating fan helped. I would definitely stay there again.
Easy with kids
Loved this 2nd floor condo. Easy access to car, pool and most importantly the beach! Nicely renovated, and it was stocked with several 'starter supplies' -a few dishwasher pellets, kitchen towels, paper towels, scrub sponge etc. The only two negatives for us was the master bedroom was on the warmer side and a cordless sweeper would have been nice. Would rent this unit again!

The unit was very nice, but...
Our unit was very nice, and we enjoyed everything about the unit itself. However, the fire alarm to the building went off twice during our 4 day stay. The first time it went off during the night, false alarm, a pipe to the building had a leak. The second time it went off during the pouring rain from tropical storm Cindy. Not sure what caused it but it was another false alarm. Other than the false fire alarms and the beaches being closed all but one day of our stay due to Cindy, our condo unit was very nice
We have stayed in other units in this condo and this is the best renovation we've seen. It feels so spacious. We had everything we needed. It's in a great location and easily accessible. We will be back.
