Casa de diseño con parking y vistas panoramicas , Cadaqués

Ubicación ideal e unica,entorno muy tranquilo con vistas espectaculares sobre el mar, las montañas y un pueblo pintoresco.La casa esta decorada con un estilo minimalista y cuenta con espacios abiertos y luminosos tipo loft divididos sobre tres plantas. La casa principal consta de tres plantas donde se pueden alojar 5 huespedes. Las dos terrazas de la casa principal de 18 m2 y 8 m2 están enfocadas al sur. La casa cuenta además con una cocina americana completamente equipada. En la sala de estar de la planta baja se encuentra una chimenea grande y un a estufa de leña. Hay tres dormitorios. El mas grande cuenta con una cama King Size y aire condicionado, el segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen size y la individual esta equipada con una cama de 1,40 metros. Ambas habitaciónes tinene ventildores. Tambien hay ventiladores de techo tanto en la primera planta como la planta baja. La casa cuenta con dos baños, uno con bañera y ducha y otro con ducha y una ducha en la terraza de la planta baja.

We loved staying here! The place exudes character from every corner. It was so comfortable and the view was glorious. It’s an easy walk to great restaurants and to the touring boats docked by the Dali house. Highly recommend!

Amazing home!

This property was one of the most beautiful we've ever stayed in. Everything from the location, the furnishings, and the architectural design was incredible. Our only regret was that we weren't able to stay longer. We hope to be back in the future!

Cool house!

We stayed 4 days and really loved this house. Incredible architecture that brings natural light throughout the house. Well equipped with a ton of books to read or browse. Many in English. The walk down to the harbor is less than 5 minutes and we found a lot of great food there along with very friendly locals. Hope to return soon!

A beautiful home in a perfect location in Cadaques

This is a wonderful home! We spent 6 nights, and loved every minute of our time there: the beautiful decks and views of the bay and town, the beautiful interior decorations, the perfect location - just the brief walk to the beach below was always interesting. Having renovated a couple of properties, I was impressed with the quality of the appliances, the comfortable bed!, and how everything worked as intended. We slept great every night - and I still marvel at the glass floors on two levels. Check in and out was easy. Very special!

Perfect in every way

We had the absolute pleasure of spending two weeks here. It was a splurge—a much needed chance to recharge the batteries. It was worth every penny. The house is beautiful, perfectly designed and situated. We spent hours on the giant couch reading and gazing at the gorgeous view, cooked meals in the well-equipped kitchen, and also trotted down the hill to swim, shop, and eat out. Quiet and comfortable, but still in the thick of things. We loved it.

Amazing Cadaques

Per earlier communication, Maya met us at the house when we got there. An spacious house/ condo at 3 levels with nice balconies and only about 5 minutes walk to the sea and cafes/ restaurants. The house parking spot is a good plus. Maya and owner, Nina, very responsive to questions. Maya also text us a lot of good information re the town. Overall we enjoyed our stays at the house and Cadaques. Working with the stove is chalanging.

The most incredible view and charming flat

We are so happy we rented this property for our getaway to Cadaques. As everyone writes in their reviews, the views are incredible with two outdoor spaces to take it all in (harbor and town from the upper and beautiful neighborhood and flowers with a peak of the sea from the lower). The sliders on both levels really opened up the house to bring the outside in. We visited in July and it was hot, but there were lots of fans in the house. The home has a lot of character - fun printed fabrics and tile, furry textured sofa. My son especially loved the Moroccan-looking cushion sofa on the second floor with a view of the Mediterranean. The kitchen was well stocked and beds were comfortable. We were a short walk downhill to town and a 10-15 minute walk in the other direction to Dali's house (incredible museum experience). At the top of the hill on the way to Dali's house, there's a great little market (Cal la Mama) and casual restaurant with yummy croquettes (Pillo Pollo). We really enjoyed dinner at Compartir Cadaques (make a reservation in advance) and Raviyu, renting bikes at Rentabit and sailing up to Cap de Creus with Chillimare. It truly was an amazing vacation and this property was a wonderful home base with an outstanding location.

Nice house, but not suitable for a hot summer

Nice, clean house with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Perfect location, but the house is not furnished for hot days. There are no curtains or other options to keep the sun out from the large windows where the sun is on from midday into the afternoon. We contactet the owner after the first night to ask for help, but they just told us to wear eye masks and use the fans that were there. We tried one more night and slept on the floor on the ground floor. We think this is not ok for an expensive house like this and we moved to a hotell. When we asked if they could meet us with a refound for the 5 days we did not stay there, they did not want to. In the picture it looks like it has been curtains earlier, but not now. It is common for Spanish houses to be built and furnished so that you can block off the sun. We have holidayed in Spain for 25 years and are well used to heat, but we have never experienced a house like this.

Delightfully Different Designer Domain

We loved this place and would gladly return to it. It's definitely different and quirky, so may not be to everyone's taste, but we loved it. The unique furnishings, art, and books (in multiple languages) continued to surprise and delight throughout our stay. It's three stories, and there's sections of glass flooring so you can see thru the levels, which is a little unnerving at first, but quickly became a fun bonus. The view of the town & bay is beautiful, especially late at night. Our bed was comfortable in the 3rd floor bedroom, and the A/C there, and fans throughout helped keep it comfortable (but don't leave the AC on when you're not there!). If you're not used to induction stove tops, ask for instructions when checking in. The location part way up the hill was perfect, once we worked out the best walking route (you don't want to drive in this town). As people have mentioned in many Cadaques reviews, it's a pretty steep hill, but it's not that far to this place so long as you find the fairly direct route...the trick if staying at this place is to go right when coming out the door, then take the first walkway down, which is just a few doors away. Then just head down each near-connecting stairs or passage, which are pretty obvious. But if you go left coming out the door, you'll end up having to zig-zag on a longer and much less direct route. We're 68 & 69, in ok shape but hardly athletic, and walking up & down the hill was not a big deal once we figured out the route.

Designer house with perfect location

This is the second time we stayed in this designer house. It is both beautiful and practical. The location is perfect in the center of Cadaques, still a bit further away from the noise of the sea shore promenade. It has a panoramic view including the Cadaques bay and the old town. The owners are very nice and helpful. Shortly: highly recommended!

Spacieux et bien placé

Belle maison de ville, spacieuse et lumineuse. Terrasses agréables même si celle du rez-de-chaussée pourrait avoir un mobilier plus récent et en meilleur état (parasol plus en état d’ouverture/fermeture facile, table à manger en bois proche de sa fin de vie et avec des échardes, chaises inconfortables, chaise longue de même) Une tv connectée pourrait être plus pratique pour les vacanciers avec enfants. Heureusement que j’avais mon PC pour le connecter sinon pas de chrome cast ou Apple TV pour connecter des appareils mobiles ou tablettes. Dans l’ensemble la maison est top mais au prix de location ces petites améliorations me sembleraient de bonne augure. Je recommande vivement cette location car à part ces détails notre séjour a été parfait! Merci

Great location. Amazing view. Rare on site parking.

We (a couple and our 10 year old daughter) had a great stay in the house. It feels very homely, rather than feeling like a commercial let. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and eating at the house. The terraces are lovely places to eat. We had the bonus of the grape vine providing lovely ripe grapes during our stay. In the interests of a balanced review, it should be noted that there is no air conditioning and so, in the peak of summer, it is quite hot in the bedrooms, although several fans were provided. Overall, we really liked the house and would recommend it without hesitation. The parking in peak season is a major bonus. The owners were communicative and check in etc very easy. We miss the view!

Es un lugar especial donde hemos pasado momentos muy felices con nuestros hijos gozando de estas vistas tan especiales y esta naturaleza espectacular. Es la ausencia de ruidos sobre todo de coches que tiene un efecto calmante y ' Uplifting'

Se puede prescindir del coche por completo. La vista desde la cama del dormitorio del segundo piso es unica.Los colores prismaticos que se producen quando el sol toca el suelo de cristal...
