This 3 bedroom 2 bath condo has been recently updated to include: new stainless steal appliances, new furniture, decor, linens and bedding along with tile floors throughout. There are 2 sliding glass doors to lead out to the balcony over looking the white sandy beach, one from the living area and one from the master bedroom.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook for the whole family. There are 5 bar stools at the kitchen bar and a dinette table that seats 6.

The Master Bedroom has a connected private bathroom. Bedroom 2 is a queen with a connecting Bathroom. Bedroom 3 has 2 full beds. All Bedrooms have flat screen TV's. This owner has supplied a multitude of games and puzzles for kids and adults alike.

What a fantastic view from this 10th floor Balcony in the unbelievable Phoenix X Condo complex. Beautiful view/Needs repairs and updating

Condo needs quite a bit of updating, and needs some repairs. Receptacles don't work in either bathroom, so pretty difficult to dry your hair. Sent text and was told they would send repairman, but one never showed. Vertical blinds are so outdated. Mold in bathrooms - they both need major repairs.

The actual complex needs work as well - especially the pool areas, indoor and outdoor. If lightning is within 20 miles, they close BOTH pools for hours, which is infuriating. Hoses to wash sand off feet from beach have no pressure, so tons of sand is tracked upstairs.

Don't get me wrong. The condo has most everything you need (there's almost too much - it's cluttered). Views are lovely, and it's nice to have FloraBama right next door - go eat the Royal Reds and play BINGO at lunchtime! But I can't give this condo a 5 star review until management makes some much-needed repairs and brings the up to date.

Our maintenance team was notified of the receptacle issues after receipt of your text. Their schedule was backed up so the earliest date they could get there was Saturday to correct the reported issue, of which is now fixed. Our apologies for not being able to expedite it sooner. Disappointed

First I will start by saying my sister rents 3 condos in Orange Beach through VRBO and a management company. 2 are located in Phoenix X and 1 in Phoenix West II. NOT my first rodeo in Orange Beach nor the Phoenix X. We normally stay in one of her condos but sadly the timing did not work for us. SO, before I comment please know that I am speaking as a renter and an owner.

Your condo is spacious and tastefully decorated if not for the very dated kitchen and bathrooms. The activation code and door lock were no problem.

However, cereal bowls were dirty. Eating utensils had dried food on them as did the pans. Had to rinse the few glasses we used before we could drink from them. We had to look at every dish before we could eat, drink or cook. This was not one or two items but multiple items. Not cool!!

Are you aware You have no kitchen cabinets that are empty? All are stuffed. We had no where to put our grocery items. All our groceries/paper products had to be put on top of the cabinets and bar.

Last comment about the kitchen. On a good day it took 2 or 3 attempts to get the kitchen light to turn on. Two days we stopped trying.

In the master bath the sink faucet literally fell apart when I turned it on. I put it back together for the next tenant to be surprised. And please leave instructions on how to turn on the tub/shower faucet. Must be rather old as we had a difficult time operating and could be a hot water hazard.

The sink stopper in the second bath did not work. So if you happened to fill it up to wash your face etc., you could not drain it. Because it too was already broken and put back together for the next unsuspecting tenant.

The remote control for TV in Master BR needs batteries.

Finally the washing machine and dryer. I got ready to wash a few towels and inside the washer was sand and rug lint. The cleaning crew should make sure it is cleaned and sanitary before the next client??

I checked the dryer filter and the lint was 1 inch in size. As you know this is a fire hazard not to mention the wear on your dryer. Which does not dry very well. This only causes longer drying times which increases utility bill..

Please note I am very aware of what I saved you in maintenance call fees because of my sisters condos. Please take the savings and at least invest in new faucets, kitchen light or switch, batteries and how about a new cleaning crew..

It goes without saying I will not be renting/recommending this condo in the future.

We have immediately coordinated with our housekeeping to ensure all dishes are inspected and cleaned as well cleaned and inspected the dryer lint filter. We will remove items from cabinets to free up space for guests groceries. We had maintenance correct the kitchen lights, sink faucet, tub/shower faucet, sink drains, and replace batteries in remotes. Our apologies that your experience was not positive as we strive to please all our guest and provide a fun beach experience.

Family spring vacation

Condo was very clean and decorated beautifully. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Ocean and pool views were breathtaking, enjoyed the table on the balcony for breakfast. Staff were pleasant and helpful, great place for families.

Great condo for wheelchair bound visitors

Love this condo! It is beautifully decorated and very spacious for wheelchair navigating throughout the kitchen/living room and master bedroom. The front desk was very accommodating of our rental of a beach wheelchair. We were able to keep it on charge in the lobby during our stay. The condo is a great location to many attractions including the famous FloraBama right next door. We will defiantly go back!

Wonderful Condo in a great location!

This condo has everything you need, it's updated and is nicely decorated. Beautiful view you can't beat! It's close to everything (especially Flora-Bama!) so you don't have far to go for food, drinks or supplies. Beautiful beach with easy access and the pools are wonderful as well. Our family couldn't have been happier with this choice. We will certainly be returning and will recommend it to anyone going to this area!

Orange Beach has always been one of the best kept secret family vacation spots. However, recently families are starting to discover the white powdery sand and clear water of Orange Beach. If you can find the time to tear yourself away from the beautiful clear water and white powdery sandy beaches then there is plenty to see and do. The Phoenix X is located next door to the famous Flora Bama. There is always a band playing and you must try one of their Bushwackers. The Flora Bama Yacht Club is right across the street and the food there has a New Orleans flare and is wonderful. There is nothing like the sunrises and sunsets of Orange Beach. While staying at the beach you must try Fisherman's Corner, Lillian's, Sunset Grill on the water or The JellyFish in Perdido Key. Cobalt, Cosmos's, Tacky Jack's, Cotton's, Fisher's, Big Fish, Fiddle Fish, Another Broken Egg, The Gulf, Louisiana Lagniappe, The Steamer, Cafe Grazie, or Brick & Spoon in Orange Beach. Tin Top, LuLu's, or The Hangout in Gulf Shores. Pirate's Cove is a must for all ages if you can rent a boat or take the boat taxi. They are best known for their Bushwhackers and their famous hamburgers for which Jimmy Buffett wrote his song, "Cheeseburger in Paradise." There is plenty of shopping in and around Orange Beach. The Tanger Outlet in Foley has over 120 of the famous name brand stores of today. There is Waterville Waterpark, putt putt golf, go carts, a zoo, and zip lining in Gulf Shores. Deep sea fishing, dolphin cruises, jet ski and boat rentals, sunset cruises, and bike rentals in Orange Beach. Pensacola is only about 15 miles away and it is a whole little world of its on with plenty of things to do and places to eat. It has museums, antique shopping, plenty of flea markets, minor league baseball, and museums. If you venture over, you must stop in at the famous Joe Patt's. The things to do and places to eat are endless in this special part of the country.
