Lujo Individual 3 Bed Villa con una gran piscina y jardines impresionantes en Zona tranquila

Nuestra villa tiene vistas a las hermosas montañas Besparmak y el mar Mediterráneo y situado en una zona tranquila de la bonita localidad de Lapta. A sólo cinco minutos a pie te lleva a la Lapta de Gaza, donde hay varios restaurantes, bares y tabernas para todos los gustos y presupuestos, algunos de los cuales también proporcionan instalaciones de la playa. Lapta es de aproximadamente 8 millas de Kyrenia con su excelente puerto, castillo y muchas tiendas y restaurantes junto al puerto.

La villa dispone de tres amplios dormitorios (dos dobles y una individual) y puede alojar hasta seis personas. El dormitorio principal tiene un baño con ducha y puertas que dan a las terrazas y piscina. Los tres dormitorios tienen ventiladores de techo, así como aire acondicionado y armarios empotrados con un amplio espacio para colgar y estantes. El cuarto de baño tiene inodoro, lavabo y baño con ducha. La cocina está totalmente equipada con encimera de gas y horno eléctrico, microondas, nevera / congelador, lavavajillas, lavadora, plancha y tabla de planchar y refrigerador de agua.

La zona de salón doble aspecto / comedor está bien amueblado con una mesa y seis sillas, dos sofás grandes y una silla, mesa de café, TV vía satélite (canales en inglés completos), reproductor de DVD / CD y WiFi gratis. Las puertas del patio desde el salón principal a la zona de terrazas, jardines y piscina. Mosquitero de ventanas están instaladas en todas las ventanas y puertas y hay aire acondicionado en todas partes.

La villa está rodeada por los cuatro costados con jardines bien establecidos. La gran piscina de desbordamiento en forma de L con tumbonas, sombrillas y mesas de bebidas y una gran mesa de comedor y sillas para disfrutar de las comidas de barbacoa al aire libre. La glorieta de nueva construcción ofrece una zona de sombra para descansar fuera del sol. Luces que rodean los jardines y la piscina crean el ambiente perfecto para disfrutar de bebidas / comidas por las noches. La terraza también está amueblada con sofás, mesa y bebidas en voladizo paraguas, donde podrá relajarse y disfrutar de las hermosas vistas de las montañas durante el día y las abundantes estrellas en la noche.

Marvellous Mountain View

We have just spent a very relaxing 10 days at this lovely villa. Everything we needed was available and the area was great, so clean and tidy. The pool area was great and plenty of sun or shade areas to relax. A quick 5 min walk brings you to the main road with plenty of buses to take you into Kyrenia or to any of the many restaurants along the Lapta strip, some within walking distance. Communication with Pete and Jean was great as was the help from property management Di and her husband. We had a great holiday and would recommend this villa to anyone wishing to explore TRNC

Superb villa but........

First off, the villa is really nice. Location is good and we would have walked to the various restaurants, but the main road does not make for a pleasant stroll. After a couple of days we resorted to using taxis at £5 each way. The villa is well equipped, clean, in a quiet location, has a decent size pool and lots of space around the pool so you can have your own space. I could not give the villa 5 stars though. Main reason is that the AC in the bedrooms is on a countdown timer (in the master bedroom it only runs for 1 hour before shutting down). When we were there, it was 35c at 11:00pm and although there are ceiling fans, all they do is shift the hot air around the room. If I had known this, I would not have booked the villa. Another review stated the family bathroom was smelly. It is and the solution is quite simple - put a proper trap on the basin to prevent a direct path from the sewer to the bathroom. The other thing I was not happy about - the roof terrace. The villa was advertised with comfy sofa, table and large parasol to enjoy the mountain and sea views. The reality was 4 plastic sunbeds. I know the sun causes a lot of damage, but everybody else seems to manage. I would go back if the issues mentioned above were resolved - but as it stands, there are other options.

Superb Holiday Location

Villa really well laid out - plenty of space for 6 adults. Pool area was great with enough sun beds and parasols. Nice welcome pack in the fridge with essentials for our late night arrival. All commutations with the owners were swiftly answered. A thoroughly wonderful and relaxing 2 week stay. I would highly recommend this location to anyone thinking of coming to Northern Cyprus.

Wonderful Villa in a great location to relax and enjoy the beautiful Cyprus weather. Everything you need is there and pete and jean along with their management company are always ready to help. Would highly recomnend!

Overall very good stay

We stayed for 6 days. Overall everything was quite good. There were only a few missing details that are mentioned beforehand, but property manager was very helpful to solve those minor issues.

A fantastic, quiet haven

Villa site on a peaceful plot surrounded by the exotic plants and fruits you'd expect in Cyprus. The pool is very welcome in this climate and the numerous setting areas (even a roof terrace) means there's a space for you no matter how much sun you want or don't if that's the case A first class villa, just a short walk from some fabulous seaside restaurants, what more could you wish for?

Lovely villa and location

Had a lovely stay at the Villa, the location was excellent with only less than 5 minute walk to main road to catch dolmus (bus) and 10 to 15 minute walk to the Lapta strip for bars, restaurants & shops. The villa is well equipt, the owners have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. Will definitely go back in future.

Lovely villa

The villa was perfect, with everything we needed for our stay. The bathroom was smelly, perhaps due to the poor drainage on the island, so we just kept the door closed and used the en-suite. Bit of confusion for check in, but we found the key eventually. We would definitely stay here again as the area was nice and quiet and the neighbours were lovely… even offering to take us to the shops! With the doors open and shutter closed, there’s a lovely breeze and towards the end of the holiday when it cooled down, we didn’t even need to use the air conditioning. Recommend having a car, as they’re cheap and allows a lot of exploring. The villa couldn’t be faulted… but the pool grouting is a bit loose on the steps, so be careful. All in all it was a great 3 weeks. The mountain views were spectacular and on the roof terrace, you can see the sea as well. Evening barbecues we’re perfect. Lovely welcome basket on arrival was very much appreciated Thank you for a lovely holiday x

Relaxing and Peaceful

We spent two lovely weeks at this beautiful villa. The villa has everything that you could possibly need and everything was of a high standard. The outside area is large and well equipped with sun beds and various seating and eating areas. The pool is also quite large and was a welcome respite from the sun. The villa is located on a quiet street and the neighbours ( mainly English) are very welcoming. Although the villa is within walking distance of the Lapta strip it was a little further than we expected, but this was not a problem for us as we are all mobile. The footpaths are not the best and it is recommended that you take a torch, there were several in the villa for you to borrow. Pete , the villa owner, was very helpful prior to our visit and answered any questions that we had. He helped to book a taxi for us to and from Larnaca airport to the villa and also car hire with the same company. On arrival at the villa there was a welcome pack of some food basics, e.g. bread, cheese, water, milk etc which was welcome as we arrived in the evening.. Dave from the Management company popped in on our first day to see if everything was ok and also did a follow up visit in the second week. We would highly recommend staying at this beautiful villa.

Fantasic!

This is a lovely spacious villa within a quiet neighbourhood of Lapta. Clean, well furnished and tastefully decorated. The pool is an excellent size and the views from the balcony are fantastic. Pete, the owner, was very helpful pre- excursion and when we return to Northern Cyprus we will definitely stay there again. A wonderful holiday and a wonderful villa.

Wonderful stay

Spent two weeks in this lovely villa it had everything we wanted. In a great position very quiet but near to restaurants. Would defiantly return. The owners were very helpful with any questions that we asked.
