A pocos metros de la magnífica Fontana de Trevi, en el corazón del centro histórico de Roma, se encuentra el elegante apartamento GIUSI TREVI.

Este tranquilo y lujoso apartamento está en el segundo piso de un antiguo edificio con ascensor.

La casa consta de un amplio y elegante salón, con tres ventanas, donde tienen lugar la TV, los sillones, un cómodo sofá y la gran mesa de comedor de la casa.

Un corredor conduce a la parte restante de este espacioso apartamento donde hay una cocina cómoda, equipada con todas las comodidades, como una gran nevera, microondas, electricidad y lavadora; Un primer baño con ducha, un dormitorio con una cama individual y acceso al balcón del apartamento.

Al final del pasillo hay dos habitaciones espaciosas, la primera habitación tiene dos camas individuales, fácilmente convertibles en una cama doble y un baño privado con ducha, el segundo dormitorio tiene una cama doble grande y un magnífico baño privado con jacuzzi.

The apartment had a lot of charm and character with a location that made it easy to explore Rome on foot. Many of the city's best attractions, restaurants, and shops were only minutes away, which was a definite plus. That said, there were several issues that impacted the overall experience. The noise from the street below was extremely loud, making it difficult to sleep or relax, especially at night. Because the thermostat did not work and the heat was stuck on high we had to leave windows open, thus sleeping with the noise was a real problem. The third bedroom turned out to be a pull-down Murphy bed rather than a standard single bed, which as not clearly described in the listing. The kitchen was also understocked with basics, no paper towels, napkins, or hand towels or garbage bags were provided - and the washing machine did not work during our stay. Cleanliness was another concern. The furniture, carpets, and floors could have been cleaner and the supply of bath towels was insufficient for the length of our stay. We had to pay extra for a second set of towels for each of us. To make matters worse the owner was unresponsive and tardy in response to these issues despite multiple attempts to reach out. When she did, she accused us of misusing the machine. We left a full load of laundry stuck in the machine. We had asked for an early check in which was approved and the person was there to check in, however as we entered the apt. the previous renters were still there.

We loved staying right in the heart of the Trevi Fountain! The apartment was wonderful. It was clean, spacious and the perfect location. Even though the street below is busy and loud the noise is not an issue when in the apartment (I was worried about that for my three small kids but they slept great!) the washing machine and air conditioning were amazing! Domitilla was sweet, kind, informative and very responsive. We will definitely be back for another stay. Grazie Mille!

Fine for what we needed

Domitilla met us and showed us all around. She was friendly and helpful offering suggestions for restaurants. We had a nice stay in the apartment. I think the pictures make it look a little nicer and brighter than it is. It’s a bit tired but had what we needed. Nothing luxurious. It’s on a very crowded touristy street, but easy to get to all of the attractions.

In the middle of the Action ,next to Trevi Fountain

This place was perfect for a family of 5. The air conditioning was key since were staying in August. The street out front is busy with people, shops, and restaurants but you are right in the middle of the action. Very spacious and clean. We look forward in staying here again.

Heart of Rome

The place was clean and spacious, the manager was super friendly and inviting, greeted us upon entry and showed us around. Perfect walking distance to many of the attractions around Rome. Would definitely recommend.

Great location & spacious

The apartment is perfectly situated if you like to be in the middle of everything and in walking distance to the shops and main sights. It's huge, comfortable for 5 people. The tiling, flooring and detailing were really beautiful. Beds were comfortable and the windows did a pretty good job of keeping out the noise. If you're really sensitive, try to get a room on the back alley side. There could definitely be some updates made to the showers and shower pressure. I also wouldn't recommend using the washing machine, especially for delicate clothes, the rinse isn't the best here.

Perfect everything… That location was just steps away from the Trevi fountain, and the Spanish steps right around the corner. Everything was close by including many restaurants, shops, pastry, shops, and Gelateria’s. It was more than we imagined!!

Spacious appt near Fontana de Trevi

Perfect location just steps from the Trevi Fountain. Dozens of nearby restaurants and gelato shops. High energy and great for people watching. Grocery store a couple of blocks away, and metro access within 750m. Front rooms loud from the crowds, but subsides after 11PM or so.

Spacious apartment, central location

comfortable spacious apartment, well appointed. Close to all major sights, many cafes, bars in the immediate vicinity. Well sound-proofed, we were never disturbed by the noise from the street despite the throngs of people. We really appreciated the air conditioning in every room. It’s in an old building, but has a lift. Quirky Italian bathrooms squeezed into the spaces- would have liked a proper shower over or instead of the spa bath - which was very awkward to step into for the older guests. Quirky Italian switches - not all lights worked but there were enough. Overall elegant and comfortable and spacious enough for this 5 member cross- generation adult family group. Communications with manager very good.

Unbeatable Location

Great home base for a trip to Rome. The apartment was large and clean and as advertised. Being able to arrange airport pickup and drop off was an added plus. Some reviews have said it’s noisy but you are right in the middle of the action so of course it is. That only applies to the front bedroom and ear plugs work wonders. We were there for the heatwave in July 2023 and the air conditioning was wonderful.

Amazing location

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful apartment! It was in the center of everything! We were able to come back after lunch for a quick shower, and then out the door again for dinner. During the heatwave of 108+ definitely appreciate it. Inside the apartment was perfect and very roomy!

Great apartment, great location!

This was a fantastic apartment with a great location, right in the heart of everything. Be sure to understand that with this location comes noise late into the night and early morning, but this was not a poor reflection on the apartment. It just is what it is. One shower had poor water pressure, but other than that it was really great! Would definitely stay there again.

The apartment is beautiful and confortable: a mix of ald and modern forniture !
The buildinf is of 1700 century and the ceiling is in wood, typical of 1700 century
You go down from the apartment and only 200 metres you can see the fantastic Trevi Fountain, in 5 minutes you are in Spagna step and in Pantheon Square
The location is reallu unique !
