wir fragten eine Belegung ab 12 Uhr an - konnte uns nicht beantwortet werden. wir baten 3mal um Sitzauflagen für die Plastikstühle und die Plastikliegen - wurden nie geliefert. wir baten um ein neues Schneidebrett für die Küche, da das alte Holzbrett nicht sehr appetitlich aussah - auch das wurde nie geliefert. Deshalb haben wir den Service als mangelhaft erlebt.

Ihr Unbehagen tut uns sehr leid. Der Reinigungsaufwand am Anreisetag machte es uns unmöglich, das Haus so früh bezugsfertig zu haben, deshalb garantieren wir immer den Zeitpunkt 17:00 Uhr. Das Thema Stuhlkissen ist aus hygienischen Gründen leider nicht im Bestand. Wir entschuldigen uns aufrichtig für die Schneidebrett, das unserer Meinung nach ein Sprachproblem war und von der Rezeption missverstanden wurde. Wir nehmen dies zur Kenntnis und hoffen, Ihnen in Zukunft ein besseres Erlebnis bieten zu können.
