Town house located in the heart of Cannes in a very quiet dead end.
The stamp and the proximity; less than 10 minutes walk from the center, convention center, old port and 8 minutes from the train station.

We offer 5 rooms, different styles each equipped with a bathroom, air conditioning and a TV. And two rooms with air conditioning and shared bathroom.

Beautiful exterrieurs are at your disposal as well as a superb veranda.

Wonderful Villa in Cannes

I planned a trip for my husband's 40th birthday to the French Riviera and I'm so glad that we ended up choosing Fanny's villa to stay in as our homebase. The space was incredibly beautiful and calming. My husband loved the glass walled & ceiling breakfast room so much he wants to build something similar in our own home. The villa location was fantastic -- about a 10 min walk to central/downtown Cannes. Easy access to beaches, the train station, etc. Just a warning that walking to & from the villa involves some hills so be prepared. Everything in the villa was clean & Fanny had wonderful advice on where to go, where to eat, things to do, not just in Cannes but also the surrounding area. Fanny was incredibly accommodating -- we had an infant with us & she helped us find a baby sitter so we could all go out for a night. Highly recommend reserving Villa du Roc Fleuri if you're planning to spend time in Cannes.

Très bonne adresse sur la colline… chambres de grand confort à 15 mn à pied de la croisette. Beau jardin. Rien ne manque. Propriétaire sympa. Bravo.

AMAZING FRENCH HOSPITALITY

The owner of the property, Fanny, was an amazing host. The rooms are flawless with very comfortable beds and each with their own bathroom. Every morning we woke up to a delicious breakfast of fresh pastries and orange juice. Fanny is the sort of host that goes the extra mile and we would absolutely stay again in the future.
