The house of your dreams to escape from cold Europe. Enjoy Europe's best weather.

Unique and wonderful house in the very first line of the beach. Swimming pool (clean all year), chimney, wonderful decoration.

It is a unique Mediterranean house. White. Color is provided by bougainvillea plants and orange and lemon trees.

The sea is everywhere because it is four steps away from the door. The sea side walk to the right or to the left of the house are both quiet and wonderful.

Spectacular decoration, swimming pool of 11x3m, Wi-Fi, dining room, fireplace, Barbecue ... The house is brand new (4 years old). 200M2 building and 1000m2 terrain. 4 Rooms with private Bathrooms and one additional courtesy bathroom. I have personally decorated the house with sculptures in clay and iron of Mediterranean fish.

Possibility of renting boats, 3 golf courses at 30 minutes distance. Very nice walking / bike routes and all water sports possibilities.

Small and nice village of Isla Plana is 5 minutes away, Puerto de Mazarron is 10 minutes away. Cartagena city is 25 minutes away for trains, and shopping. San Javier airport is 50minutes away. Alicante Airport is 1h. 15 minutes away.
