A large and comfortable apartment with good kitchen facilities. An enormous patio with plenty of room for tables and sun lounges. Views of sea and mountains especially from the patio above which made the patio below not directly overlooked. Very close to the beach and to some of the best restaurants around.The pool was not convenient and was closed at this time of year anyway.

Prachtig ruim appartement met goede ligging

De communicatie verliep uitmuntend. Debbie adviseerde zelfs uit eigen beweging een ander appartement dan wij in eerste instantie uitzochten vanwege de zon ligging.

This property is so much better than the photos would have you believe . A great space in a great location . Immaculate and clean with amazing terraces . We will be returning!

Beautiful apartment highly recommended

This property was perfect in all ways, views were fantastic, close to beach and restaurants, lovely and quiet we couldn’t have asked for anything better can’t wait to go back next year!!!!!

Great property for 6 in Mojacar Beach

Located close to the beach, restaurants, ice-cream shops and grocery stores. Nice, large terrace with lounge chairs and a pretty view. The air conditioning in all the rooms and living room were great. We loved the quietness of the street and the apartment,. The garage (with large spot for our van) and elevator (for my senior mom) were super convenient. The only improvement I would suggest is to stock the kitchen with more cutlery as we struggled to find knives that could do the job. Great communication experience with Debbie (online) and Victoria (who greeted us upon arrival and explained everything perfectly!). I definitely recommend this place!

Great location

Great location, very spacious and clean. Furnishings bit dated and quality of bedding, towels very basic. Sun Bed cushions need replacing. Need to provide std supplies, e.g salt pepper etc. even if sachets because of COVID. However overall a lovely stay.

Perfecto, tal como se indicaba en el anuncio

El apartamento está muy bien, limpio, ordenado y con todo lo necesario para que la estancia sea muy agradable. Las habitaciones y los baños son muy amplios, y la terraza muy grande. El solárium no lo utilizamos pues nos coincidió con la ola de calor y ya teníamos suficiente sol :) La piscina es lo suficientemente grande para un buen chapuzón. La playa muy cerca y con restaurantes y alguna tienda para las compras de última hora bastante cerca. La comunicación con la agencia ágil y cuando era necesario. Lo recomiendo sin lugar a dudas

Cada grande y muy bien situada

La casa es grande y está muy bien situada. Tuvimos un problema con el agua porque casi no podíamos ni ducharnos por la baja presión. Lo dijimos a la agencia el primer día pero no lo arreglaron hasta el quinto. La agencia debería haber actuado desde el principio. Pedimos un beso comercial y nos dijo que no

Preciosa terraza

Es un apartamento con una terraza muy amplia, 3 habitaciones amplias, y se puede llegar perfectamente caminando a la playa. Repetiremos.

El apartamento es muy amplio, cómodo y situado en una zona muy tranquila, céntrica. Con vistas preciosas al mar. Un poco justo de cuberteria y echamos de menos un lavavajillas, pero, en cualquier caso, es muy recomendable .
