Villa Luisella is a charming villa, situated in the heart of the medieval Etruscan city of Cortona, a short walk from the central square, with breathtaking views over the surrounding countryside till the shores of beautiful Trasimeno Lake. The villa's peculiarity is the garden, perfectly set between the walls of ancient palaces, a real rarity in the heart of the city. Panorama is a lovely apartment, situated on the ground floor, and it's perfect to host till 6 persons. It's composed of 2 double rooms with ensuite bathrooms and a twin room with private bathroom, which merge in the wide living area, where the fully equipped kitchen and the spacious dining room are ideal to host a small group of people. From the windows guests can enjoy a magnificent view on the incredible landscape while having breakfast with an eye to the horizon.

Beautiful View of Tuscany

The views from the villa were gorgeous! The villa was clean, comfortable and very conveniently located. Roberto and his team were very responsive and helpful. Everyone who stayed remarked how it was a beautiful a setup.

Nice central apartment but steep steps/hills to get into and out of town.

Spent three nights at this apartment in May 2019. There are actually 3 apartments in the house - two 3 beds and a one bed which leads out onto the terrace (which I imagine is therefore a shared terrace - probably worth checking). Despite booking a 3 bed we were actually given access to the whole house. It is well equipped but I had a couple of things that I thought ought to have been made a little clearer in the description. Firstly, each apartment has a single kitchen/dining/ living room. I had imagined there would be a separate living room. Secondly, whilst very close to the centre of Cortona, the apartment does require you to take steep steps or pathways down to the centre and, obviously, take them back up when returning to the apartment. I am not sure how suitable it would, therefore be for older guests or ones that struggle with uphill climbs. I did however have a nice stay and the local representatives were very helpful.

This is really important to offer a good description to our guests, As for the steep steps, this is the real soul of Cortona... It's easy to go down, and can be more difficut to go up but it's possible to reach the aprtament by car too, and stop just in front of the house. We hope to meet you again, Grazie!!!
